I like the clinic with the exception of Dr. Jamieson.... I honestly question the integrity and skill of this doctor.... He prescribed Progesterone Hormone and after a clear negative reaction I was ignored for days... Emails at times contain a single word response and generally he just doesn't appear to care, or be aware of the responsibility his position carries. It remains one of the most shocking experiences to date. I don't think he deserves a license or any contact with actual patients.

I was so happy i made the decsion to see doctor allana polo ...i was very over weight and my blood pressure was very high ... I was not very happy about myself As of today i am down 85 lbs and my blood pressure is under control ... I feel like a new person and i have tons of energy ...life is good again ! Allana is one of the best doctors in B.C... THANK YOU

I was in her Pound a day program, for which I did two 40 days rounds and lost almost 35ish pounds in total which was amazing for me. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Everyone I met was friendly and interested in me. I have used the infrared sauna and found it very relaxing. Dr. Polo is exceptional in both attitude and professional advice. I have lost 49 pounds on her HCG diet in 44 days. Margaret is a professional counselor who I immediately knew cared about me. She was instrumental in helping me get into the correct mind frame to succeed with the diet. The folks in the Pharmacy are warm and caring, they are very helpful to make sure your medicine is exactly what you need. I highly recommend this clinic for all your health needs.

Dr. Jamieson has been a life saver! He is very knowledgeable with sports injuries and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. I've never had a doctor who takes the time to explain the 'whys' behind both the injury and the course of treatment. I completely trust him and highly recommend him for anyone with a sports injury as he also has a degree in kinesiology.

Wow! What an amazing experience. Dr. Polo.... Congratulations on done job well done! You have assembled a remarkable team of experts to staff your clinic. I have had opportunity to seek the services of several member of the team including Dr. Polo, Dr. Gansner, Dr. Eberding, Lisa and Aman in the Compounding Pharmacy ( What a bonus that is!!!). Each of these professionals has their areas of expertise and to have them working in one location is just an outstanding achievement. The front end staff are awesome at making me feel welcome when ever I attend for an appointment and I have never experienced the extended wait that occurs at some other clinics.

Dr. Drew Jamieson is by far one of the best Naturopathic Physicians that I have had the pleasure of seeing. His ability to diagnose and resolve musculoskeletal problems rivals some of the top Chiropractors and Sports Medicine Practitioners I have seen. His knowledge and varied skillset is impressive. He was able to swiftly treat a foot injury that I had that no one else could. It allowed me to run a half marathon 2 weeks later. I experienced a debilitating back injury this January that he also treated with a mixture of different modalities leaving me pain-free and giving me back my mobility. Moreover, he has treated my knees and my shoulder resolving their discomforts after 2 treatments. He packs each appointment with so much valuable care. His interpersonal skills are also noteworthy. He’s confident, welcoming and attentive. Finally, I think his greatest asset is his ability to make you feel heard, take what you have said and come up with the best in session treatment to give you the best long lasting relief. I would highly recommend him!

They allowed me to book the infrared sauna at 5pm on Fridays for a while and suddenly changed their minds. Your response just had me down grade your review to 1 star. You allowed me to use the sauna several times at 445pm and then change your mind. I also notice that men get glares but women get smiles when either gender walks through your door.

Polo Health & Longevity Centre is my one stop shop. The staff are friendly, helpful, considerate and professional from the doctors to the counsellors, the front desk staff and the Pharmacists. The minute I walk through their doors, they make me feel like part of their family. Dr. Allana Polo’s knowledge and expertise has facilitated many strategies into my life to enable me to live my optimal healthy and fit life. The intuitive and compassionate Dr. Drew Eberding has helped my husband and myself with challenges in sleeping, stress, sore muscles and nerve pain.

This review is only getting 2 stars because they did get me in pretty last minute, and the doctor I saw was genuinely really nice. Today I came into Polo to see a doctor to conduct a food sensitivity test. I was told when booking that the first appointment would be $195 with another to follow up after the testing was done. Today when I went in, the doctor told me the actual price of the testing. It was an additional (about) $400 for the vegetarian version. I was not expecting to pay around $600 for a visit and test today, and was never told when making the appointment about this pricing, but just expected it was $195 as mentioned when I made the appointment. The doctor said that she keeps reminding the ladies at the front to warm people of this price, so I assume this happens more often than not. The doctor was nice and gave some advice on my stomach issues that are happening, but I was really expecting to get a test out of today for that price. Instead it was just a consult and if I knew that before hand I might have saved the amount it took out of my benefits category for naturopathy for a different service. I’m pretty disappointed and honestly not telling people that kind of price beforehand feels kinda scammy. EDIT The owner of the business (?) called me after leaving this review to try and communicate where there might have been an error. They started off by telling me that it’s the doctor’s responsibility to explain pricing as the front desk staff will not know what test you may end up needing. And that they were training three new front desk staff members that do not have all the training and information yet. This is true, but I reiterated that there needs to be some communication that there will be addiction pricing for tests on top of that initial visit pricing. They agreed and said they would follow up with the front desk staff on how to properly disclose information without going into testing details. Appreciate the call.

My partner started a new medication and was a bit unsure about administering it. Pinder made us feel extremely comfortable and took the time out of his day to explain everything to us. He also made us feel very welcome to call him with any concern that we might have in the future. Will definitely be making this my pharmacy of choice because of the exceptional service.
