Dr.Naidu and her team have been the perfect fit for me! Im in my early my 20’s I wanted a female doctor that I felt comfortable with, that I could stick with. Dr.Naidu’s kind and understanding nature with my concerns always leaves me feeling rid of any worry or question I came in with! Also her office is super cute and purple????

Dr. Naidu has been my daughter and my GP for over two years. She is an absolutely wonderful Doctor and we are so so pleased with the care we have both received. From the moment you walk into her office, you can't help but notice the contemporary, clean environment. Her support are warm, and welcoming as well which sets the tone for me. Dr. Naidu will always take the time to listen to your concerns. She has both amazing listening and communication skills She presents as warm, welcoming and helps create a comfortable environment for her patients. She will always take the time to discuss treatment options collaboratively. She is professional, respectful, and empathic. I recommend her to all my friends and family. Her instagram page is informative, up to date, and provides lots of information.

Reception was so rude on phone didn’t even say hi or by. And the tone of voice was not kind either. And I’m not sure if they’re supposed to do it but they don’t accept anyone who lives outside of new west.

Dr. Sarojini Naidu has been our family doctor for the last 6 months. She is very approachable and addresses our questions very well. She also excels in directing us to the right next steps. She monitors our results ahead of our consultations which make it very easy to ask our questions when we meet her. All her staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend her.

I have been going to Dr Naidu for fillers and Botox for over a year , the first time I got fillers at another doctor I did not have a great experience then I found Dr Naidu and she is amazing , she knows what she’s talking about and is very honest with you on whether something will look good or not. whenever anyone asks me where I get my fillers from I always recommend Dr Naidu cause She knows what she’s doing. My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Naidu for the past year and with the utmost confidence i can say she is a blessing! She is so attentive to any of our health concerns, she answers any questions I have especially being a new mom. She has ALWAYS made my daughter and I feel calm and at ease at every appointment. I have had some mental health issues and I can say she is very informative and professional at how she has guided me in the process, I do believe every person also has a responsibility to their own health but we need a doctor who knows what their talking about and Dr. Naidu absolutely does! And it feels wonderful to have a doctor who has so much knowledge about mental health and who understands the struggles it brings. I'm so very glad that we have her as our doctor because no matter what my questions or concerns are she never judges, she is always there to listen. I would definitely recommend her! 5 stars all the way!!

Passable. She at least wrote a prescription. But I had to call the clinic multiple times because the doctor kept forgetting to fax prescription to the pharmacy.

My family and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Naidu and her clinic. The clinic is so clean, spacious and gorgeous, I have never seen a medical facility as nice as this one. You can tell there is much pride in the work she does. Dr. Naidu is always very punctual and takes her time to really explore all avenues of the health issue at hand. She is great with my kids and is always quick to fit us in when we have a medical issue. I feel very confident in her as my physician. This is by far the nicest medical clinic I've been too! The waiting room has tall ceilings creating an open and friendly environment not like those older, small, cramped doctors offices that I'm used to. Dr. Naidu and her staff went above and beyond for my consultation and saw me promptly without any waiting. Best of all it was free! I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a doctor who is up to date with the latest cosmetic technqiues and equipment to give this office a call. She also sees patients for general family medicine which is a double bonus!!

I had come to this clinic based off the wonderful reviews and praise I've heard from my friends. This clinic has claimed that I missed an appointment and demanded that I pay $75. I have no recollection of making this appointment. The front staff had terrible customer service and made up lies about me. DO NOT come to this clinic unless you want to be scammed.

I have been having some difficulty finding a clinic for botox in BC. I had a great lady in Edmonton. Now I have found the place for me! I got the BEST brow lift, as well my frown line is gone. My forehead is nice and smooth, and no more crows feet. Saying this I still have movement , the look is so natural. I feel I was listened to during the consultation , and she targeted the muscles in a very professional way. I am one happy client!!!!
