I was referred to Dr Gregory in early 2020. I have been dealing with mild to moderate adult acne for many years, and despite every which topical and extensive skin care routine, I couldn't quite get it under control. (and I cannot emphasize enough I LOVE skincare and all things around it) Dr Gregory helped get me on the right medication and dose (Spironolactone, and we tried low-dose Accutane which I wasn't keen on), along with staying on Biacna (retinol + clindamyacin) and within 3-4 months I had considerable improvement, and have been on it since. I feel so much better about myself. I normally wouldn't attach photos of myself to something like a Google review but I feel a review with photos of my experience could maybe help someone else struggling. The before picture was taken on a webcamera so it doesn't show the very harsh texture my skin had prior.

Dr. Gregory has been great to me since April 2020! She first started me off on spironolactone and biacna, which completely cleared almost all of my acne, and now she has me on accutane for a few more months! It is so refreshing to finally have a doctor who wants to actually help me CURE my acne, not just make it go away for a while until it inevitably comes back again. It’s also really great that she is up-front and honest, and does not sugar coat how the results of my treatments may turn out. She also always checks to make sure I am not dealing with any bad side effects, and is always on top of prescriptions, blood test requisition forms, etc. So grateful!

I didn't want to damage the reputation of this clinic but after 3 appts with Dr Allison Gregory i have no choice but to write a review about her philosophy of medical practice and about her unprofessionalism. The receptionist or the office staff messed up my appt by at first confirming it was in person by changing it from phone to in person when i booked on the phone with the receptionist and then later sending me a text message in big bold letters saying that i have an upcoming TELEPHONE APPT. I was confused but couldn't call because the office was closed and it was the weekend. So i stayed home on the day of the appt. I phone in to check on the day of my appt. Anyway Dr. Gregory calls me and tells me " oh you now want to stay home and do phone in eh??" I tried to explain to her that there was a misunderstanding and confusion because i thought the receptionist had changed it back to phone. They really were the ones who made this confusion not me. Rather than acknowledge this she goes" oh it doesn't matter now!' and just waves this off and stops me from talking. OK FINE if you don't want to admit that it was YOUR STAFF who made the mistake of sending that final confirmation text telling me its NOW A PHONE appt then so be it. I have never met a doctor who had so little empathy in the patients... to have them tell you in the face You are incurable , we will NEVER heal you and you will be like this for the rest of your life . Just Manage this chronic condition by slathering cream and oil all on your face everyday and go on with your life every day is very crippling. Of course she will never know this because she clearly is someone with no empathy.
