Dr. Stephanie Aung is always caring and attentive. I am glad being one of her patients. The clinic's online booking system is also easy and convenient.

Mariano De Santis

Pleasant and personable Staff. Dr Mehta is great. Never feel rushed.

It is impossible for a working person to get an appointment after regular 9 to 5pm hours. The doctors need to make some evenings & every Saturday available, perhaps rotating the doctors to split different shifts. Staff is pleasant & doctors efficient & professional.

Dr. Kaveesh Dissanayake ????????‍⚕️ Dr. Dissanayake grew up in Toronto and completed his medical degree at the Imperial College School of Medicine in London, England. He then returned to Canada to complete his family medicine training at UBC's Vancouver-Fraser site. He is a clinical instructor at UBC. His medical interests include alternative management of myofascial pain. Outside of work, he's a keen traveler who enjoys scuba diving, tennis and basketball (he's probably B.C.'s number one Toronto Raptors fan!)

Dr. Aung is a fabulous family doctor. She has been great and patient with our family.

Dr. Aung has always been extremely helpful and professional. She’s very validating and never disregards what I say or suspect may be going on with my health. The online booking system is very convenient and easy to use.

Dr. Mehta is a great doctor. He is kind, gentle and reassuring. Our family is one of the lucky ones.

In November 2018 I was told they had a waiting list and would call people in January 2019. Those who do not already have a family doctor would be given priority. Called today, Feb 15 2019, to see what's what as I never received any call, and was told by receptionist that there was never a waiting list and no, they aren't accepting new patients. Not overly friendly.

Denise Gabriel

Very friendly staff and I love my doctor. Very kind & caring. ????❤

Dr Aung is absolutely wonderful! I began looking for a new doctor last year and am so glad that I found her. We live in the Coquitlam Center area and our former doctor was five minutes away. We happily make the trip out to New West now because she’s just that good!

Be careful with that staff with letter T in her first name. She is heavy weight woman with long hair and dark skin. She's the only one in the counter with those features. This review has nothing to do with race. It's just easy to ID her without posting her picture in the internet. She tells a lie, lie, lie. The doctors are fine but this woman gives medical practice an unethical practice. She shouldn't be in a doctor's office.

I called on Aug 25th 2021 to check if they were accepting new patients. They took the contact info and name and informed me that they will contact in 2 weeks time. After more than 2 weeks, I followed up to check the progress. When inquired about an update, the person on the line quoted " Do you have any idea what a long list we have?". Firstly, she should not pose a question like that to me since I cant solve her problem of the long list. Secondly, if the list is so long, why did you inform me to expect a call in 2 weeks time. In terms of professionalism, they deserve a negative score. No wonder why they have poor reviews. I think its time that they train the staff in how to deal with patients professionally.

When my family doctor moved out of provinceavout a year and a half ago, I was so stressed, because finding a family doctor in BC is tough! I called a bunch of places to see if anyone was accepting patients, and was able to get in with Dr. Dissanayake. Dr. D. is so great. He is really kind and patient, and also really thorough. I have a lot of chronic health conditions, and he has been so great at juggling my multiple prescriptions, lab reqs, and referrals. And when my husband's doctor went on an extended leave, Dr. D. took my husband on as a patient as well (which a lot of family doctor's won't do! My husband's "family" doctor refused to take me on as a patient). I think all the doctor's are full here at this time, but I would recommend this practice to anyone, to keep an eye out for when they are accepting patients. The front desk staff is so helpful and friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained, and even better the doctors are ON TIME. I'm so happy that I get to come here.

Bad staff specially those women behind. The doctors are good though. But who gives the first impression when you go in? The staff. And they are paid by out health care insurance

Dr. Chan is awesome but the receptionist or nurse or whoever is HORRIBLE. I was waiting in line, and they let the ppl in who came after us in first. And when I explained that, she didn’t even apologize. After opening the door, you should ask who was there first if there are 2 groups standing together. Because that means one group just budged in front of the line. And if you made a mistake, own up to it and apologize. Please hire better receptionists and nurses Dr. Chan. Thank you.

I went to this place to find out if I can get an appointment. They told me I can only get one in the New Year. I waited. I didn't get a word. I called and they said they have so many patients. The doctors are busy. I find this place like a business selling nothing but hope. You're on a waiting list but there is no list. You'll get an appointment but you're no where in their calendar. You'll get a call but they're phones must be off the hook. You'll be entered in their system, give them your health care card but like those fake credit card mongers, that's all. They get your card. This place lacks the integrity and respect for the medical profession. They cannot be trusted. Between a walk in clinic and doctors who can monitor your health care in your life time, you;re better off in a walk in clinic. You're a number or a quota for the day. You can tell they have to meet a certain number of patients and whoever that patient is, if you're terminally ill or if you're a person with serious health concerns, this clinic is NOT the right one. The secretaries treat you with disrespect. They talk loud, they talk to each other loud. They have no professionalism, no propriety. They look at you like you're stupid when actually you're sick. These types of people could not get into their heads that people go to them due to illness and needing help. They can't distinguish a smile of anguish from a smile of a person with diarrhea. To them, you're nothing either way.

Diana Dragos

Worst place ever, especially if you have to deal with the front desk over the phone.

Hassan Dewji

I would recommend Dr Mehta to anyone if he accepts you as patient the staff are friendly and parking is free and plenty

Brad Wilde CHQ

I just called to ask if they're taking on new patients and the person on the other end simply said, "No we are not, sorry" and hung up. Nice

This woman _Tiara ( sounds like or Tara, is a big,fat liar. She is lazy and didn't want to take my records from my other doctor. She said they're busy,it will take a year before she can input my health records which are in a DVD that I got from my former doctor. Fire her. These people are part of our health care system even if they're paid by the doctors. The doctors get their money from us and what a lousy secretary she is
