I've always dreaded the Visual Fields Test -- like many people, apparently, I'm not alone in finding it an ordeal -- but my technician (Kelsey, I think) was wonderful: understanding, sympathetic, supportive and friendly. I had a minimal wait, everything was Covid-aware, parking was easy.... simply excellent all round.

Such a great group of professionals. The only Doctor I have seen there is Dr. Rajagopalan and I found her to be quite personable, very thorough and someone that genuinely cares. The other folks I have interacted with at New West Eyes have all been wonderful and all seem to be very committed. Referred here after an emergency room visit the night before. Clinic called to confirm a 9am appointment. After checking in at reception I sat 2 hours only to be told it would be another 30-1hr, as I was an emergency case the regulars maintained priority. HOW DOES AN EMERGENCY GET PUT AT THE BACK OF THE LINE? This place is garbage.
