Great clinic but it is impossible to reach them via phone line. So if you want to make or change an appointment do not count on it. They rarely return phone calls.

Was pretty unimpressed. Dismissive of my concerns, he seemed to not care about nor had any interest in understanding my condition. Treatment was perfunctory and glib, felt like he was in a rush to process me as there were a lot of patients waiting. He made assumptions that were inaccurate. Unlike other ophthalmologists I've seen, I don't trust his medical advice and want a second opinion.

Great office great staff not bashing them at all just a little frustrated that I've told them a few times and I could not answer the phone before 12:30 or after 12 55 so when I call them back they don't have a voicemail, they don't have a person that takes over at lunch, they shut the phone lines off. Now from every job I've ever worked out I've never heard of a company completely closing for the lunch hour and not having any employees on floor to do work other than that I'm quite happy with the doctors and staff when I am in there in person

Dr Neima is a very friendly man and as a Doctor he has good bedside manner. However in the 6 months i have been seeing him he has given me conflicting diagnosis. From one visit to the next he gave the opposite diagnosis so i have lost faith in his ability as a Doctor.

I have been going to Dr.Neima since I was needing glasses in early grade school I could remember. It was a couple days ago I went back to ask if he had retired yet. To my surprise he is still as i remembered and working. So i will be getting to soon get mr. Friendly neima in to check my soon. The staff are quick and friendly too. I look forward to my appointment as well. If you need an eye specialist here is the place

I found Dr Neima to be very thorough, very professional, and very personable/nice. All of the staff (reception and the people who do the eye testing), were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend!
