We adopted twins and she helped us with various issues right from the get go. She knows what she's talking about and is a specialist in her field. She's not a super fan of alternate options although we did try it at one point but she is very clear when it needs to be treated with a drug. I like how she has so many ideas on how to help with nutrition and how she assured me not to worry about some things. It was a bit of a drive for us but worth it. It help she also had adopted twins.
