Although Dr Gooi is our regular ENT, Dr Dewji saw us on a emergency basis one time. Both are excellent doctors and are very compassionate and caring of my very senior mother. The receptionist is terrific: helpful and courteous. This is a great clinic. There's convenient (but extremely expensive parking) in the building, tho' of course the clinic has no control over this. Try for street parking if you can.

Dr. Gooi and his staff provided my mother the most wonderful care. We were able to see Dr. Gooi only a couple months after a referral was requested through our GP office. After many months of experiencing vertigo and having no answers/solutions from her GP office or her allergy specialist, to schedule the ENT appointment was a great new hope for us. My mother has been struggling with allergy issues for 20+ years and after years of getting GP/allergy specialist care, Dr. Gooi finally gave us the answers, diagnosis, and solutions we have been looking for for years. He took the extra step to ask additional questions and investigate further the root cause of my mother's medical issues. He provided treatment options, that in just 2 weeks have resulted in significant improvements to my mom's quality of life and ability to work and wear a mask. The Indigo technician who ran the tests for my mom during the appointment was effective and efficient. The pharmacist team was also incredible; it made it so easy for us to get her medication as soon as the appointment was over since the pharmacy is in the clinic. The pharmacist was amazing; he took his time explaining the treatment process that my mother would have to follow twice daily in perfect detail, providing suggestions and options for success and comfort. Both he and Dr. Gooi were an absolute pleasure and you can truly tell they care about their patients' wellbeing. We managed to do all her testing, the appointment, and pick up her prescription/receive instructions in an hour - so efficient! We are now waitlisted for my mother's surgery, which they have already scheduled her first appointment for to meet her surgeon. Thank you Dr. Gooi and team for giving us a life changing medical appointment!

Dr.Dewji and his staff including wonderful Preet! Are such amazing professionals. Dr.Dewji’s wisdom, knowledge and candor is refreshing and his energy is perfect for a specialist. He delivers information in a manner that is clear, direct, and reassuring (even when the news isn’t necessarily good.) I don’t know how he does it. With respect to his staff, just wow! Truly compassionate and knowledgeable professionals with amazing camaraderie. I look forward to my appointments no matter what! Thank you ????

Don't know what these other reviews are talking about. Dr. Dewji seemed very bothered by my scheduled visit and told me "we probably won't find anything" on the phone before he even looked at my problem (spoiler: there was a problem). I've never had a doctor say that nothing's wrong before they even take a look. Extremely strange, as if he didn't want to bother. I'd recommend looking for someone that actually cares about fixing your issues Reception was great though otherwise I'd give 1 star.

Very pleasant clinic visit experience. Dr. Gooi and his receptionist are very kind, friendly and organized. I appreciated for the very short waiting time and receptionist's prompt response for referral to surgeon. Above all, Dr. Gooi's practice experience was caring and gentle.
