You will see all the feddbacks of real people like you who used the services of Foremed Walk In Clinic (Doctor) in New Westminster area (Canada).
Nowadays this business receives a rating of 2.9 stars over 5 and this rating has been calculated on 113 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is average, neither too high nor too low, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the valuation is very reliable. If people have bothered to rate when they are happy with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to put scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Doctor is included in the category of Walk-in clinic.
I feel so fortunate to have Dr. X Huang as my GP. He is kind, listens with empathy and always asks very pertinent, insightful questions. He is also quick to refer if/when he feels a referral is in order. He is a star and the clinic is very lucky to have him on staff. Thank you, Dr. Huang. Kudos to the great staff too - each of you is so personable, professional and efficient.
1. Difficult to make an appointment, if you miss their call and call back, can never get through. 2. Every time you came on time for your appointment, had to wait for around half an hour. Nobody respected your time.
I have never had issues with them, my family doctor (Dr. Dasanjh) is always responsive and helpful, however, almost every time in a rush. The front desk employees are also friendly. There is usually pretty busy and even if you book an appointment you may still have to wait. Currently, they expanded their location, there are also massage therapy, cosmetic services and other at nearby office.
Dr. Matthews is great. I have been coming to him and Foremed for years and they have always treated me well. Sometimes I wait a bit too long, but as a fellow store owner, I get that they are trying to maximize their economic efficiency. But one thing is for sure, Dr. Matthews acts like he gives a darn and has always been a good listener when I am there to address a real concern. 5 stars for sure.
Unfortunately it was not really the clinic that was the problem, but the horrible, useless nurse practitioner, Sukhwant JASSAR that I seen that is cause for this review. I would not even put 1 star if possible. I am also planning on filing a formal complaint with the proper board of authorities regarding her unprofessional and inappropriate manner and care towards me and my health issues. First off, I had the same Vancouver doctor for over ten years, then moved to New Westminster over a year and a half ago and had to find a closer doctor. There were no family doctors accepting new patients but this clinic said they have a nurse practitioner taking clients. I thought nurses always seemed to come across so caring, helpful and attentive. So I booked a meet and greet with Sukhwant JASSAR. I also asked her if she can take my husband on and she also booked a meet and greet with him. After my initial short meet and greet I could already tell she was not what I expected but since there were no other options, I stuck with her. Then she called my husband for his meet and greet and during that call she asked him "who is your wife's doctor" and he was confused and told her she is. I was pretty upset about that of course since you would think she would have at least knew that before calling him. So far this was not looking good I thought. She sent me for a bunch of blood tests that yielded information I already knew about myself to which she went over. I explained that I already knew all of that from before. I also told her that if she knew my medical history and got some of it from my previous doctor, it would help a lot with further assisting me to which she stated "No, I will not do that, I do not have the time and that would take forever." I was quite surprised at her response as I think a medical person knowing my medical history would be vital in their proper care of me as their patient. Guess all she cares about was getting paid. After getting seriously ill in December and having to take off a few weeks of work I needed a medical form to be filled out and booked an appointment with S. Jassar. She seemed extremely irritated and told me that I did not need any form filled out but I explained my employer policies with my extended health coverage and she demanded my supervisors number to tell them they did not need the note (which I did obviously in order to get paid for time off) My supervisor messaged me after the call with Jassar stating that was a weird conversation and that Jassar seemed to be in a bad mood and not very professional. After being told I DO need to provide a medical note she filled it out with literally a few words stating my infection and how long I needed to take off work and just signed it. Then the office called and said it would be $60 and to go pick it up. When I arrived at the clinic they then told me the cost was going to be $200!!! I was floored since I have never in my life had to pay that amount for that exact same form to be filled out. My previous doctor had to fill out that exact same form with a lot more information in the past when I was ill and she has always only charged me $40 maximum to fill it out. And my previous doctor has had to fill that form out 4-6 times before in the past so I was very shocked. I felt like Jassar was so irritated to have to do her job that she decided to charge me the top amount of their "sliding scale" for about 10 words on a form and a signature. How disgusting. She is the worst medical person I have ever seen in my whole entire life. She is rude, apathetic, EDD, inattentive, unprofessional, stuck up, self centered and clearly comes across as thinking she is better than her patients and does not have any time to even care about their health. What a joke!!!!! She is not capable or able to do her job and should look for something else where she does not need to have peoples health in her hands where she can cause serious risk to someones health because of her selfish unprofessional ways. She Sukh's!!!!
dr. Huang is the worst Dr. I have ever had, his bed side manners are the worst and doesn't follow up with any lab reports, is only in thursday and Friday
Great people. Always good bookings. Dr Tran and Dr Matthew are amazing
ditto. not a walk in clinic.
Went in with an asthma problem, was seen straight away. The Dr was clear, professional and thorough. Lady at reception was fantastic. Great experience
Dr. Matic and Dr. Adi are both amazing! Super efficient and understanding. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone.
Dr Jinu Mathew is my doctor, and couldn't be more happy with him. Goes above and beyond the call of duty to get health problems fixed, great guy and doctor.
Extremely knowledgeable doctors and a very friendly staff!
Its always busy in this clinic :# but the fun part is the receptionists infront are very friendly lots of smiley pretty faces, feels like home. God bless this clinic. Would recommend my friends to visit for a walk in -
Complete waste of time. Filled the form and had set up an appointment with the receptionist. Then they call me that Dr. Huang cancelled my Friday appointment and had to reschedule the following week. Dr. Huang called me an hour later than my scheduled appointment. He’s very dismissive and sounds uninterested in hearing why I had scheduled for an appointment in the first place. He sounds like he just wanted to have the appointment over with. Proceeds to tell me that he can’t help me now because I don’t have the papers from the ER from RCH. Instructs me to call the front desk and have them call RCH. Called the front desk 4 times and there was no answer, they weren’t even closed. Frankly, I don’t see how it’s my job to call the front desk for it considering they have assistants there. Just plain awful.
Without Dr. Boudreau and her nurse (Chris) gone; whole clinic is falling apart. The changes have not been positive.
I've had very positive experiences here in regards to service and care.
Was instructed to get an x-ray from a different place but was not given any kind of requisition form so an x-ray was not possible. Pretty much just told to go away
The Dr here assumes you are lying when explaining your symptoms. He also assumes patient intentions. He said he is unable to help. He suggested I need a family Doctor. If I had a family Doctor at the moment, I wouldn't be clogging up the walk-in clinic. The Dr actually hung up on me during my visit as well. I understand that people can have bad days. However this is also my second experience with the clinic. My previous time was also as bad as my most recent. Again, my options were limited as my employer demanded a sick note ASAP. I was met with rude practitioners and felt like an annoyance and cheat to them. I have have better experiences elsewhere, almost everywhere. Maybe you'll get better service than me? There are a lot of other clinics in surrounding area that are worth the wait.
All good people works hard in here!
Dr Jinu Mathew Is the worst he’s very rude I don’t recommend anyone ????????????
I visited this clinic years ago, even though they are not my family doctor. I remember I had a little bit of a lecture by Dr. Ademiluyi 2 years ago, but it was because he cared about my well being and my health decisions. Today, I had a last minute phone appointment with Doctor NIKHILESH DASANJH, he was very caring, and catered to my needs. I had a positive experience with the reception there, they were kind. They responded to my email and phone call quickly. I feel like it is hard to find medical clinics that do not rush you, or genuinely care. It is also hard to find a medical clinic that has good customer service. I will definitely come back.
Been with this practice for a little over 8 months now I think. Got accepted an a patient for Dr. Dasanjh. This guy is probably one of the best GP doctor I've had. He is thorough with my sickness and remembers to ask me about how I'am regarding my last ailment. The receptionists and nurses are super friendly. Glad I found this place. I highly recommend Dr. Dasanjh!
The point of "Walk In" is to have your current ailment examined. They refuse. Don't go here. Ever.
Best Dr I have found in years & I am a RN. Thanks! Lynn
Was told 15 minutes wait, ended up waiting 2 hours. If they had provided me with the true wait time from the start I would not be writing this now.
Found the receptionist uncourteous. And the place was dirty. I mean I keep my house cleaner there was grime on the floor and just a general shabbiness that gave me a bad vibe. Ive never seen a dirty doctors office! Will not be returning. The doctor was super young and nice enough but I could feel the inexperience.
My doctor left many years ago and his patients, like me, were not informed he was leaving, never told he left and were not provided a new GP. The first new doctor I saw there was for an ICBC accident. I got T boned traveling 50 Km/h and he wrote the other person who hit me was going around 5 km/h. Not only does that math not make sense to me, why would he include that in a report? It made it hard to get ICBC to appropriately look at my accident claim. I went to another new doctor about a big bump on my face. He tried squishing it, saying it was a cyst and made it worse. So I come back and he says it must be a spider bite and prescribes antibiotics. Still didn't help much and I went back and he offered to cut it open but would not give me a refferal to a specialist. One day, after waiting 2 hours to see the doctor about the issue on my face, I informed them I had to leave for work. I made a second appointment the next day, and after waiting an hour I asked if it may take much longer to get my appointment done and they offered to reschedule. When I came back, the manager told me they cancelled my appointment due to me cancelling two appointments. She even said she was there when I rescheduled the second time. They apparently hired all new staff behind the desk and they all seemed rude except the one guy who helped me reschedule. The old staff never called about test results, not even for my great uncles positive cancer results. Proceed with caution. The positive: Dr Pawlik was an amazing doctor! He went over your symptoms thoroughly and would look stuff up if you had an unusual or rare issue. I hope he comes back from the Island one day.
A few people here talking about Dr. Huang. I've been a patient of his, and I can confidently say, I've never met a more confident and useless person. He is dismissive, unempathetic and acts completely uninvested in helping you solve your problems unless you try to strongarm him. Honestly, don't bother with him unless you have very minor concerns like needing some simple antibiotics or simple prescriptions. But if you want to ask how I really feel...I feel that you could replace him with a talkbox that says, "refer to specialist". Dr. Huang the kinda guy to put, "MD" as the first line on his bumble/tinder profile, and be happy to tout that he's a doctor, but have no interest in helping his patients. Thank god he stopped at family doctor and didn't make it into a more critical role in a hospital. This boy got lost in the sauce, and now he's just a leech on society. Useless af.
Dr. Mathews is really good
Found a doctor who works in the clinic through the BC College of Physicians, claiming that he accepts new patients. I called them to make an appointment for my 3-month old, and the admin informed that they do not take new patients.
The staff are all quite nice, and I've been pleased with my care here so far. Dr. Ade has been a great doctor. However, they do need to update most of their website, and I'm pretty sure their hours aren't as posted.
Dr. Matthew is awesome.
Dr Adi is really such a smart and wonderful human. He has helped me to find the best treatment for my health issues. He is present, listens and then comes up with the best solution. I would highly recommend him.
If its an important appointment, be sure to book it more than a week in advance. Telehealth just screwed me
I have been going to this location for years and it has been fantastic until this year. I have been unable to see my family doctor for half a year now. When I recently tried to make an appointment with him I was fed a BS line about their appointment rules changing and they were unwilling to schedule an appointment after 5pm unless it was same day. I ended that call with no appointment made, then received a call an hour later saying they have placed the appointment for the time I originally wanted. When I called back I was told that "the doctors were complaining about big gaps in their schedules" and the rule has now been reversed. THEN THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT THE DAY OF. Apparently I was the only appointment for my doctor that day after 2pm so he just left. Then I met with a different doctor (something they were initially unwilling to do) only to find out my actual family doctor has not been providing full quality of care. I don't know what exactly happened at this location in the past year, but the staff has made it perfectly clear to me that they do not care about their patients.
2 stars because of terrible terrible reception. Dr Matic is one of the most professional and friendly doctors I've ever had, and I've been seeing her since 2016 and have had only glowing reviews. However, the admin has been awful, consistently. Incorrect hours information, kept on hold and seemingly forgotten and called multiple times for wrong reasons or for the same thing. Try somewhere else if you can, for that reason alone. Tldr: Doctors fantastic, Admin staff awful.
Dr. Ademiluyi is great. Intelligent and caring. Took the time to listen and understand the concerns. Properly diagnosed me and my son. On the hand, the front desk staff, while being friendly, seem to not coordinate well with each other and appear to be disorganized, which added unnecessary confusion and miscommunication and resulted in more time wasted for everyone involved.
If zero stars were an option I would have given that, from entering to leaving my experience was cringy. long wait time had an appointment at 4:30 .. called in after 40min and doctr came 10-15min late total approximately an hour!!!!! I do not recommend the doctors they are so lame .. confusing. Staff is rude & unprofessional . Bad Experience ! Never going back again.
I gave them 1 star. They used to be a good clinic, and actually answer calls. Now it's almost impossible to get in to book an appointment. If you miss your appointment call by 1 minute, you are screwed. I have been trying to get ahold of them to book my appointment for over an hour, left multiple messages and filled out the online forms 4 or 5 times. I am so frustrated and want a new family doctor now.
im not sure why but the doctor and front reception arent very friendly in my opinion compared to the other clinic ive been...
Dr. Matic is amazing, one of the best doctors I've ever had the chance of seeing. She takes time in reviewing your medical history and explaining next steps for followup so that you are not left alone in the healthcare system. Highly recommended. I feel like my time of wait is worth the appointment, even if I only waited shortly.
Don’t see Dr Huang if you’re looking for an actual diagnosis and not a drive thru. Absolutely useless.
This clinic is very good and the staff are chill! Totally recommend this clinic!!
Dr Nikhilesh Dasanjh is so wonderful. I feel so lucky that myself and my family is in good hands. I have no words to describe how wonderful physician he is. Full of knowledge and devotion towards his work. Staff is wonderful, always professional and kind. I want to thanks Dr Dasanjh and the whole staff for working so hard for the community.
They open at 8 but it's 8:46 now and their answering service says office is closed . Dr D puts sensitive information on the medication instructions that are not nnecessary. Its nice that you can make an appointment tho. I mean. If they turn on their phones.
Absolutely love Dr.Dasanjh. He’s very attentive, keeps perfect track of all my referrals, medications, appointments, checkups, etc. He’s very kind and a great listener. So happy to have him as my family doctor.
I have been here a few times and dealt with a few GP's. The wait times are very short, the staff are caring, and the physicians are great. I highly recommend.
Avoid Dr Matik like the plague! Anyone looking for a family doctor, Id advise to choose wisely. Dr Matthew is personable and warm and clearly his name has been mentioned in glowing reviews. However I wanted to try a female doctor for a change so I went with Dr. Matik. Unfortunatley she lacks empathy and will make her patients feel like quite bad if you have been late for appts. Id try to explain why I was late and the confliction my schedule had with hers by taking ownership. Instead of acting professional and laid out simply how it can cause a disruption to her schedule and ask questions with what happened , she instead accused me of making excuses and continued to talk to me in a condescending tone all the way to the end of my appt. Unfortunatley she didnt know her place that day in how she was conducting herself in a doctor/ patient relation. I asked her for her schedule at the front. She responded with a snarky tone and said " well i cant print you out one!". Her tone was so rude i was shocked. At the the end of the day, i came to realize either she was stressed, annoyed or lacked the self awareness of her approach. Regardless, one thing is clear. There is a heightened type of patronizing superioity coming from her and its not something I wish for any patient to experience. Something Dr Matic may need to work out on her own before considering pro longing her role in health care. Once again, I highly recommend Dr Matthew as his professional, friendly and warm demeanor will have you left with a pleasant experience.
Dr. Jinu Mathew has been my family physician for 5 years and he is wonderful! I have a chronic health issue, but under his careful oversight. it has improved greatly.
Saw dr Gbogboade Ademiluy today! I cant say enough how devastated and shocked i am! He doesn’t have skills to be a dr. I brought my 2 year old who has been coughing for over a month now. We moved to a new place and discovered there is a mold problem. So i wanted to know if he needs antibiotics or allergy test. The dr was sooo rude asking me silly questions not related to the issue i came in for- and when he was checking my son’s throat for any infection he was so rough that my poor baby started throwing up so much. Dr just walked away when he saw that without telling me what is next just said if he doesnt stop coughing in few days just come back again. I was sooo shocked . I myself am a nurse. And this was sooo very unprofessional and rude. The staff is great but the Dr suck!!!!!! I will write report on him everywhere i can!
Dr. Boudreau is an incredible family doctor. Handy having the pharmacy adjacent as well.
This is not a walk in clinic! And the receptionist is surprisingly dirty. Makes you wanna leave right away. She's was very helpful however.
Doctors or whatever they are, have no skills at all and are extremely rude. Still don't know how this clinic could possibly be still open..
I have a broken back and require certain medications. My family Dr Anthony Tran left this office and they didn't even call any of his old patients to let them know he dumped all his old patients. Then they won't even take old patients back unless over 65?!? So now I'm stuck with no family Dr and trying to struggle to find a new one to get the meds I need!!! Do not, I repeat to not go to this medical office. 0/5 stars!!!
Worst clinic ever! The doctor filled the wrong prescription twice and when i called they said they would send the right one to the pharmacy before the end of the day and they didn't!
Got there at 6pm and they said they were not taking any more walk-ins for the day
Was turned down service and told it's mostly a family practice, and to ad insult to inconvenience she said besides we closed at 4:00 and its 4:20 (website said 6:00) Don't bother with this as a walk-in
doctors are rude and unprofessional. Receptionists don't answer the phone before 9 am, worst clinic to drop by.
Dr. Ade is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to understand the issue and works with you to find the best treatment option that you're comfortable with.
EVERYTHING about this clinic is BS! From the wait times( I have waited as long as 2 hours), to the severely inexperienced doctors who completely lack any kind of bedside manner. Iam a mental health patient and have been treated like s_ _t on multiple occassions. If you are looking for a new doctor or a positive and pleasant experience please stay far away from this place........PLEASE!
Phoned them well before hand to book an appointment, then it turned out that on the scheduled day, the clinic staff said there was no record for such appointment. Be cautious for this unprofessional practice!!!!!!!!!!
My interaction with Dr. Dasanjh was cursory and condescending. I was stressed and disheartened by his communication. Also, Kent pharmacy tends to up charge people even if you 100% coverage. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Great receptionists and Dr's ,very professional and friendly. the staff is very knowledgeable from the fr om the reception right up to the Drs
The drs are great and very informative!! The receptionists never fax your presceiptions. I have had to wait over the weekend for important medication for my son as the presceiption never got faxed. This has happened 3x now total. It is quite frustrating.
More than one year now. Doctors are very smart and friendly. My family doctor is dr Mathew. He has always been of great help to me and my family. Virtual appointment or in person, he listens the problem patiently and explains the solution in a very easy way. His treatment advices always worked for me. I Highly recommend this clinic .
I recently moved here, and all of the staff and doctors are excellent! Best service I've had in a very long time, Dr. Ade took his time and listened to what I had to say. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!
I love this place because Dr Anthony Tran is at this location. The staff is super friendly and flexible with appointments. I can even call an hour ahead to book for an appointment. Dr Tran is honestly the best Dr that i have seen!! :) He knows all of your history, medications and concerns
Dr Majid Jafari is arrogant and disappearing. Do not waste you time.
Make sure you call ahead to see if they're actually accepting walk ins that day. I went by today and they had a paper sign up on the door "No walk ins today" and lady at the counter confirmed. Totally unacceptable. If your website says you take walk ins, you should take walk ins.
The receptionist is awesome! Also, I was looking for a GP forever and I just got Dr Dasanj and so far I have nothing but good things to say. It looks a bit sketchy from the outside. But it's really clean with a bright atmosphere. I found the receptionist and the doctor very accommodating. Will definitely keep Dr. Dasanj in mind if any of my friends need a doctor. (hopefully I'm spelling the name right)
Amazing staff. very friendly. Dr. Jinu Mathew is one of the best.
Dr. Matthew is pretty good but when I arrived on time for my morning appointment, they were running at least half an hour behind, with the waiting room full of people. It wasnt even 10am!!! Who gets that behind in their scheduling so early in the day?! Ridiculous. What is even the point of making an appointment in that case?! If you come here, don't make any plans for your day afterwards. Prepare to be waiting FOR-EVER !
They are a bunch of rude idiots.
Always greeted on phone with friendly reception . Very accommodating & Dr. Ade is a excellent doctor & My husband and I are Very grateful to be patient’s of his for years.
Dr. Matic is absolutely amazing, she always remembers my name and the multitude of injuries I'm recovering from. On one occasion Dr. Matic had a few spare minutes so actually saw me early, which I've never had happen in a doctors office. There are a few bad reviews regarding the front desk staff. They appear to be hard working and incredibly busy resulting in a number of missed phone calls. They've always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with me.
AVOID. This is the little clinic that could ...but doesn't want to. Hours are very often not as advertised and appointments are frequently shorter than 10 minutes. And even though they are in general over-concerned about ending appointments on-time or early, you will still find yourself stuck in the waiting room, and every time you're stuck waiting you'll be forced to listen to receptionists dramatically perform boredom and talk down to clients over the phone. I've never witnessed medical office staff this disrespectful before. Drs here don't take adequate notes on walk-in patients so you have to reinvent the wheel and repeat your history from the ground up at every appointment. The takeaway is that the staff here must think they're above being a walk-in clinic bc they seem hostile to the whole idea, so if you attend as a walk-in you can expect some hostile treatment. Worst therapeutic experience of my life, wish I'd never crossed the threshold. One star is too generous
Dr Mathew is amazing and good listener. And the receptionist are awesome and friendly ????
The physician name Dr Mathew is very disrespectful and so rush to do your exam to consume more money. I went to certify a document because all the government office are closed first he was willing to sign it then he change his mind and wants me to pay $40. What do you feel if your family doctor dont treat you well??? Good luck you won't see me again Dr Mathew
This is not an actual walk-in clinic and should not be advertised as such. I was turned away after being told it is primarily a family practice and that they are not taking any new walk-in patients... isn't the point of a "walk-in" clinic to be able to walk in without an appointment and without having previously visited the clinic? What a waste of my time.
Have to say Dr. Dasanjh is very knowledgeable and nice with absolutely no attitude highly recommend seeing this doctor for any needs.
The receptionist is very friendly and awesome. Dr. Matthew is pretty good .He solve my problem.
Came here today in the morning 9am for IUD check. They gave me an appointment for 4pm. Great! Then they called couple hours to ask me to come in at 3pm instead. Fine. So I come in at 3 pm and 3:55pm Im still waiting. I will report back and post the time they actually see me. Update: I was led into a room at 4 then seen by 4:15. I changed my rating to a 2 because they apologized many times. The receptionist didnt put in their computer system that I have checked in at 3. So I was sitting there for nothing for one hour.
I filled out the online new patient form and Dr Ademiluyi was set up as my doctor (over the phone). I live a block away so I thought it would be nice to have a local doctor. I told him about my issue and he asked me if I'd seen a doctor for it. I told him I had a family doctor previously and that I felt he hadn't provided the level of care I was comfortable with and I was looking for a new doctor. This was a mistake, because after this he kept saying I needed to discuss this with my family doctor. Why would I be going to a new clinic if I was happy with my old doctor? After receiving my results, he told me he wouldn't refer me to a specialist and that everyone at his clinic was "too busy to deal with a new patient." He also didn't want the paperwork that accompanied referring me to a specialist. I've now found another doctor who is taking my results seriously. If you have other options, I strongly recommend staying far away from this clinic and this doctor.
I am visiting from out-of-province and needed a form carefully filled out (with accompanying tests) for residence visa application to another country (English translation on the form). This required a few phone calls, tests done elsewhere, and picking up the form. Everything was done quickly, everyone was excellent, and I couldn't really ask for more.
I have been going to this clinic to see my family doctor for about 8 months now. I had such as bad experience last week that I immediately found another doctor at a different clinic. I had an appt for a tetanus shot, and they literally forgot about me. I was waiting for an hour. DURING A PANDEMIC, I had to wait in the lobby, seated, for an hour. The admin staff literally didn't care about me and didn't want to help. I only actually saw the doctor after pestering them repeatedly that I had to go to work and I had an appointment scheduled. The appointment they say shouldn't have been scheduled as my doctor didn't write an order.. well.. why didn't you tell me that when I checked in, an hour prior?? I should mention I was the only person in the clinic seated and waiting. Basically incompetency after incompetency. The nurse did her job, but everyone else did not.
Okay experience
My appointment got cancelled 45min before arrival what sort @$%& is this? If you call this place your phone call WILL NOT get through whats so ever GOES straight to a voice message and you'll not get a call back!!!
Bunch of incompetent doctors and staff. So unimpressed.
Dr. Matic is a wonderful physician. She's caring, empathetic, and very professional. It's refresingh to see a smiley Doctor who always seems to be in a good mood ! She also takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. The reception staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Awesome! Nice and efficient staff. Quick reacted and flexible. Dr Ade is very good and patient. Together with the assistants, they are very kind and quick reacted to solve my problems.
Walked in at 10:30 this morning only to be told that I could have an appointment via teleconference only. They originally gave me a time slot of 2:30 but after I filled out the forms they changed it and said Dr. Dasanjh would call me at 3:10. It is now 4:45 and I still haven’t heard anything. They close in 15 minutes. How rude. Too late to go anywhere else now.
Checked the internet, nice and close to home, open early Sunday. Much to my dismay there is a sign on the door that there are no walk ins on a Sunday. Receptionist not very caring, didn't know what the internet says when I asked why don't they state that for people to know that they don't accept walk-ins on a Sunday. Went to ER at Royal Columbian, same amount of wait, fantastic service - I felt guilty for being there as I wasn't bleeding or broken. I don't understand why clinics aren't more up to date with information and the attitude is so? I don't care!
