this was the best dental experience i have ever had. i have been terrified of dentists my whole life due to having some borderline sadists in the past. this time around was well beyond my expectations. my surgery was super smooth and painless, i am healing with virtually no pain (didn't even bother to get the prescription for pain killers they wrote me). truly professional in their approach and they made me feel right at ease from the get-go. from the front desk through to the dentists chair was amazing. their covid protocol was excellent as well. i recommend this office 100% and i cannot thank them enough. cheers.

I had an excellent experience at the New West Oral Surgery treating my wisdom teeth. I was really impressed by the amazing service level and the professionalism of all the staff and Dr. Akash Villing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. I felt cared for on every stage, starting from the first visit where I was provided with all important information about the surgery and the list of drugs to get, and ending with the recovery period when the doctor and the staff where available for urgent questions at any time. The clinic also has sedation option, which can be really helpful if you're afraid of dental surgeries. The prices are a bit higher than those established in the provincial dental fee guide, but it totally worth it considering the service level you get.
