I started seeing Dr. Mawji when I wanted to figure out the root cause of my concern, as I believed it was caused by something internally. Unlike my family doctor, Dr. Mawji actually took the time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel validated about them. Instead of prescribing me a harsh drug that my doctor wanted to prescribe, we worked on a diet and supplement plan, as I wanted to go a more natural route. She is a wonderful doctor and person, and couldn't recommend her more.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mawji, but first, she is SMART. She understands the underlying functions and processes in our bodies to a degree that is extremely impressive. And, better yet, she likes to share that knowledge with her patients so we understand the WHY of the treatment plans she suggests. I went to her following 8+ months of dealing with an issue that neither my family doctor nor a specialist could get under control. During my first visit, Dr. Mawji asked me if I'd had certain blood tests done, and my family doctor had never suggested those specific tests in the 10 years I have had her as my primary care doctor. Sure enough, Dr. Mawji's suspicions were confirmed, which led me to DNA testing which revealed a genetic mutation that makes it difficult for me to process certain forms of B vitamins. She started me taking bioavailable forms and within 6 weeks, I saw a dramatic improvement after close to a year of daily struggle. If you're looking for a Naturopathic Doctors who truly cares, and has the knowledge to discover the underlying causes of particular symptoms, I'd highly recommend you book an appointment with her. I had seen another naturopath before, and my experience with Dr. Mawji was far and away more educational and more effective. She has changed my life for the better in a major way and I cannot thank her enough.

I started seeing Dr. Mawji in November 2019. At the time I had significant allergy symptoms daily (i.e. runny nose, migraines, nasal congestion, frequent sneezing, etc). It was to the point where I felt miserable EVERY SINGLE DAY. When I came to Dr. Mawji, I was fed up with the lack of service I got from my family doctor and was willing to try anything. From my first session with Dr. Mawji, I've had a phenomenal experience with her. She is very thorough in her work, takes her client's concerns seriously and focuses on holistic healing. Within about 6 months, my allergy symptoms were 90% gone. And you know what, I didn't take ANY medications. It was all through her guidance of lifestyle/dietary changes and supplements. At this rate, I can't wait to see where my health is in a few years from now :)

Dr Mawji is absolutely phenomenal! I started seeing her about a year ago. I had had a concussion and a bad neck injury and was struggling with anxiety and sleep issues from way before my injury as well as some gut issues. My body was completely unaligned. I had seen multiple doctors, specialists and several alternative practitioners, some progress was made but I had a long way to go. Dr Mawji really took the time to go over everything with me and over the last year we did an IV, an adrenal test and a food sensitivity test as well as consultations and the results were astonishing. She really cared and took the time to find the root of my health concerns and asked questions that other doctors had just bypassed . Not only did she address all of my health concerns and issues but she gave me a plan, put me on the right supplements and provided me with great coping strategies. I am probably feeling the best I’ve felt in years thanks to Dr. Mawji I wish I had gone to see her much sooner she really helped me!

Let me start by saying that if you haven't yet visited Dr. Mashael Mawji @ Polo Health & Longevity in New Westminster BC, you're missing out on the best in class Natropathic care in the Lower Mainland. I recently visited the clinic for an IV Treatment & Vitamin D shot, and though skeptical, Mashael made the entire experience one of comfort & care. I felt at ease and at no point did I regret the experience. In fact, the very next day I was on Cypress Mountain Snow Shoeing on a rainy blistery day and felt like a million-bucks.
