Dr. Gordon is very professional and friendly, but the receptionist is SO RUDE. Has a very condescending tone in her voice and interrupts the caller. And judging from other reviews, I am not the only one who had this experience.

Dr. Jung has been my Dermatologist for almost 3 years now and he’s always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a well rounded Doctor who’s open to listening to his patients history and goals.

Dr Gordon is friendly, he listen to you, addresses all the issues you may have. I had a great experience. He explains everything. He honestly will do whatever possible on spot. He followed up to check up on me to see how is everything. I definitely recommend him.

The girls on the phone/front desk are brutal. If you don’t like your job just quit. I had gotten a cream from my previous appointment that wasn’t working and I called to make an appointment and the woman at the front desk basically told me “no”. I have an appointment booked for July but I needed to get in sooner to get a new cream.

Dr Jung was very friendly and personable. He was very thorough with his explanation of process, diagnosis and treatment. He answered all questions patiently and with reassurance and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

The worst experience I have ever had at a clinic . I waited HALF AN HOUR for my appointment before telling the staff I had to leave because I had to rush back work . The staff didn’t even apologize for making me wait so long and didn’t offer to rebook the appointment. Complete waste of my time . I waited half an hour but who knows how much longer I could have waited!!! They are completely unorganized and the staff were also extremely rude to patients , I was shocked . Not to mention Dr. Jung will not assess you properly and will rush you out the door.(as he did my first appt) This is the the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to.

Receptionists are very rude, not welcoming at all, more attention given to Asian patients. Dr Jung is good but the unfriendly environment makes the visit depressing.

Dr. Jung was good, efficient and willing to listen. However, his Receptionist was the rudest person I believe I have ever encountered. I think he will lose patients due to her attitude regardless of the waitlist for Drs. I will advise him of this during follow up visit.

I didn’t get a chance to meet Dr Jung because it took over 6 months to book an appointment with him and my problem was solved on its own after 9 months. So I really can’t say much about him, BUT, I would say 3 words about his receptionists RUDE, RUDE, RUDE

The receptionist was very RUDE! I'm not sure why she even works there. She needs to be fired. Plus she tried charging me for 2 no shows lol. The first was in 2016 apparently. However I had no idea I had an appointment with them. I was in Europe and she told me I should have called to cancel. lol. The 2nd time is when the OFFICE canceled my appointment due to COVID last year 2020. And they still wanted me to pay lol. WOW. Anywho, fire the receptionist. If she doesn't enjoy her job perhaps she should look into another industry that doesn't require dealing with people. She might be a good litter picker or dog poop scooper at parks. Just keep her away from human interaction. NO EMPATHY either.

I have seen Dr. Jung for a few years (in different clinics!) and he has been excellent. He is friendly and efficient. He always answers all my questions thoroughly even if I bring up other skin problems I have that my doctor didn’t send me to him for.

I took my daughter here expecting to get professional assistance but can say with out a daubt it was the furthest from that. I'm sitting here wondering if doctor Jung even is certified becuase his clinic was such a terrible experience. He didn't provide any help or insight into my daughters suffering issues and basically mocked us. I am disgusted with this clinic and will never go back.
