My family has had great service over the years. We always see the same hygienist and I like that consistency. I had a procedure that could have been done a few ways and it didn't quite work out on the first go. They were very professional and got it done right for no additional charge.

Iv been a patient of dr. Lovely since the age of 2 (25 years). I couldnt ask for a more genuine, kind and friendly dentist. The way Dr. Lovely and all his staff conduct themselves is unmatched in their industry. I cannot recommend them enough

I went in today by 5:40, and asked to use their phone to call my mom ( since i don't have a phone yet). The receptionist gave me their wireless phone to use, i didn't know how to use it at first, but when i figured out, i dialed the number. My mom wasn't answering, so i kept trying than the receptionist look at me and asked, "Is it a long distance call?" i answered her and said No. Afterwards she looked at the other receptionist behind her, and said "Hey, we have to take to take the phone... i think it's a long distance call". CLEARLY i told her it wasn't. So I just gave the phone back and said "it's okay, she's not answering." Started walking away and turn back and saw the receptionist looking at me in the rudest way. It was only my first time walking in there. I think they should be a little nicer and LISTEN properly.

10/5 stars here. Everyone I encountered in this office was amazing! Very professional but also warm and compassionate. I had my wisdom teeth out with no issues and I was consistently being asked if I was ok and made to feel cared for. They even went out of their way to make sure my insurance was going to cover everything since there has still been issues due to covid. I will be coming here for everything from now on. Thank you Dr. Nobahari and Dr. Lovely you guys are rock stars!

My girlfriend had an appointment, and they were supposed to have a reminder call few days before the scheduled appointment. Instead she never got one, and never got a voice message but somehow they managed to reach her the day of the appointment and informed her there will be a no show fee of $100. This is not how you do business. She's been a long time customer at this office since she was a little kid and now I will be taking her to another office. You guys are not the only dentist around, and that's not how you treat someone that's been a long time customer and this was honestly not her mistake. Take the money and enjoy ripping people off.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years . Love my dentist and her assistant : highly professional, experienced, honest . Very disappointing however , rude and unprofessional reception . For God sake, Dr Lovely , the new office looks good ,but what is left to do is to hire new reception! Seriously ! They make me feel as if I shopped at thrift store not walked into the dental office to have $2000 treatment!

Had implant surgery today. Dr Lovely’s chair side manner is excellent. I felt relaxed and confident that all would go well & it did. A bonus when your dentist does all your procedures himself. The manager Cindy in the front is efficient and friendly which makes the office a welcoming and inviting space. I felt I was in good hands and cared for right down to the phone call checking up on my well-being tonight.

Most friendly and helpful staff, we are here since 10 years. Our kids love Dr Nobahari, she is very caring, loving, soft hearted dentist. Specially my son really thinks that our dentist smile is the most beautiful and perfect smile in the world ????

Ive asked them how much the costs would be on my sons cleaning after using a benefit he is entitled for. She said he wasnt in the system and when I called the benefit place he was indeed in the system. The reception then ignored my call for over an hour and havent even gotten back to me. Horrible customer service as of now and will not remove my review until someone can call me back to explain their horrible administrative behaviour. Not hard to find another dentist, but with reviews like yours, good luck staying in business. Good riddance. ✋

Worst receptionist experiences in this office. Waiting time was incredibly long, half year to make another appointment. patients were too full, much more than their capacity. Receptionists always made mistakes, never checking your insurance properly before your coming and asked patients at the last minutes regarding the coverage. They made the wrong appointments with wrong doctors or hygienist. Their office was expanded last year, recruiting many young staff without experiences, making the office worse. They claimed they were the best, sorry, terrible service there.

I have been going to this dental office since 2011. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. Dr. Nobahari is so kind. Her attention to detail is amazing. I feel so blessed to have her taking care of my dental needs. She makes me feel so comfortable. Trish, Dr. Nobahari’s dental assistant is also wonderful. The office staff is so accommodating and spends the time with me to work with my dental plan. If I call with an issue they get me in very quickly. I moved from New Westminster to South Surrey in 2014 and I still go back to their offices for my dental needs. Thank you to everyone there.

Dr. Lovely corrected my dental issues, that had been performed by other oral surgeons....he is honest, patient, and has a terrific staff; he took care of me and my family. This is a VERY good dental office.

The receptionist Shannon was so rude on the phone. She made me feel stupid for asking questions and she periodically coughed at places as if to drive home that point. When I was physically in the office, I have noticed her demeanor when she was speaking to someone else on the phone as if she were superior to whoever it was on the other end. Bad apple out of their front desk team.

Was told I'd need gum graft surgery URGENTLY as my gums were in terrible condition. They tried to get me to book an appointment that same day. I instead got a second opinion from another dentist who informed me my teeth and gums are fine. It is a few years later now, teeth and gums are still in perfectly good health. Stopped going here immediately after this.
