Dr. Waterman has delivered my baby in RCH and he was very nice and caring and straight to the point. Our baby was over 10lb and my wife required episiotomy and the procedure went smooth and the baby is healthy and my wife is healing quickly.

Dr Waterman did my emergency c section. Even though he was not my Dr at that time he didn’t hesitate to help me and made me feel at ease and comfortable during the whole stressful situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had an unexpected pregnancy with an IUD. The specialist I saw was Dr. Waterman and he was incredibly insensitive & essentially told me I'd lose the baby & asked if I had any questions for removing the IUD. Fast forward 9 months and about to deliver my healthy baby with my midwives at RCH, Dr.Waterman was on call and kept coming into the room while I was pushing and asking "Everything alright in here ladies?" Every 10-15mins. I strongly disliked the vibes from him. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It felt like he was expecting me to give up so he can come in "save the day" with a c-section. (Something I personally very much wanted to avoid) There was no support. I found him uninformative, inconsiderate and just lacking in bedside manners.

Dr Waterman is very professional and empathetic. He helped me when I was in a severe health condition after the neglect of other doctor, and I could finally return to my normal life. Highly recommend him.

I felt the need to write a review for Dr. D. Waterman. I had a forceps delivery and an episiotomy which resulted in some complications. After seeing my family doctor and the mat clinic doctor, I was out of luck with issues in such a sensitive area. I recalled Dr. Waterman telling me on the night of the delivery that if I had any problems to come and see him. I emailed Dr. Waterman and asked if I could have him examine me based on what he had mentioned that night. Luckily, I was able to get in due to a cancelation within the same month. Lisa is so nice!! She makes you feel like family. After I saw Dr. Waterman he quickly discovered the problem and honestly, fixed/fixing it. I've never had so much relief so quickly! After months of dealing with the complications. I also has a chance to speak with him about more children and he was so good at putting my mind at ease. The best part, he has a great sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Waterman.

Horrible doctor. I had emergency c section and he gave me a single layer closure and closed my incision with staples which I had no idea about and now I can’t have a VBAC without having a higher risk of a uterine rupture. He was so rude and in a rush to finish everything that he ruined my future family plans as I would have to do another c section now and can’t have more kids in the future :(

I went to RCH with preeclampsia, and he was the OB on call. I found him very “Get to the point/blunt” and was so nervous at first, I feel once he understood he was more assuring, and told me I needed to welcome our daughter at that moment and explained risks and everything. Once I was on the table and ready, again I was nervous, blood pressure high, so I think he started and didn’t tell me to keep me calm, and he just told me he was going to touch my tummy, and minutes later I could tell he had already started.. and baby girl was born! Best recovery. And my scar looks amazing.

Highly recommend! Dr Waterman is so kind, knowledgeable and relaxed. I had to have a sudden surgery which in itself is stressful but he put my mind at ease and continues to do so over a year later. I am so grateful to have found him and his lovely assistant Lisa. Talking about your down there area can be uncomfortable sometimes but I can't even emphasize how comfortable he made me feel! No question is off limits, he takes the time to explain everything and even made me laugh in moments when I really needed it! Lisa has always followed up with me with the exact same energy!!!! Thank you Dr Waterman and Lisa! You guys are the best, I appreciate you both so much!
