The best medical care I've ever had, the nurses I've seen are friendly, compassionate and honest, and the receptionists are always friendly! I have severe medical anxieties and I've never felt more comfortable in a clinic, I'd trust anyone employed there with my care.

So far experienced great and consistent care as a walk in patient. Booking appointments as a WI patient is pretty quick, I've never had to wait more than a day to see a physician for an in-person visit. The doctors I've seen have been empathetic and inquisitive.

Had to call back three times because the call would disconnect saying it was unavailable, putting me back to the bottom of the queue. Waited an hour on hold with the 90 seconds of elevator music on repeat. So I tried making my appointment online but there are no practitioners available for anything on the list apparently. The staff was nice when I finally got through on the phone but I think I lost several brain cells with that experience.
