I’ve never been so heard in my life. The student doctors I was seeing under the supervision of Licensed ND’s had such a wide knowledge base. They approached my well-being and health concerned in so many angles. I had acupuncture, laser therapy, massage done on my tendinitis. They gave me medicinal herbal formulations UNIQUELY formulated to me and my concerns. Not just a generic one given given out to everyone. I was very impressed with this. I would highly recommend coming to this clinic with any health concerns - mental, physical, emotional. They will hear you out. PS. Do not expect treatment until your 3rd visit. A little bit annoying but it’s worth it.

It's a teaching clinic so things work a little slower BUT there are multiple people (student clinician (s) + supervising doctor) working on your case to deliver extraordinary care. Great place to receive affordable and well rounded health care.

This is a teaching clinic. Many of the other comments are in regards to high clinician turnover etc. There is turnover every 6 months. Your first appointment will basically be an interview and a few basic tests, similar to a physical. It isn't a place to go if you just want to be in and out with a quick fix.

Easily the least expensive way to can see a Naturopathic doctor in New Westminster. A licensed ND oversees your case with 3rd year and 4th year students. Basically 3 docs for the price of one!

The ND supervisors and student clinicians all have different values, backgrounds, and philosophies to achieving optimal health, but they all follow their intuition and clearly explain the overarching physiologic disharmonies behind seemingly independent health concerns.

I had a great experience with these very knowledgeable students. After over a year of dealing with very low iron and no help from my gp, I sought out alternative care. It was the students at the Boucher clinic along with their head naturopath that helped me figure out that the problem was partially due to low acid levels in my stomach which impeded my ability to absorb the iron supplements I was taking. They also switched me to a much more bioavailable form of iron and within a few months my iron levels were up and I was feeling like my old self again. Can’t that you guys enough for giving me the help I needed to get back to a normal life.

I have had nothing but great experiences during my 3 years of regular visits to Boucher Clinic for acupuncture, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapy, cupping, joint mobilization, and overall upkeep of my general wellness. Your first appointment is quite lengthy (approximately 2 hours long) and is exclusively dedicated to recording your medical history and conducting the most thorough physical you're likely to have ever experienced. Proceeding appointments are 1 hour long, which you can spend discussing any variety of concerns that you may have (a FAR superior method of treatment to the 7 minutes your General Practitioner allots to discuss just one topic with you before you must reschedule for another appointment). I have recommended the Boucher Clinic to friends and colleagues in the past for a variety of issues and will continue to do so as I never get anything but incredible responses regarding their experiences there.

I've been going to the Clinic for about 4 years now to deal with chronic pain and some other issues. The student doctors are caring and informed. They work under the direct supervision of a Licensed ND and have found multiple ways to treat and improve my chronic pain and the shorter term issues I have gone in for. As they are, by definition, treating the whole person, things take a bit longer than your average 10 minute MD appointment, but I find that the focus on finding the underlying causes for my issues have made the extra time well spent.

As a former student and patient of this clinic. Never have I experienced such incompetence by both student docs AND registered supervisors. This clinic is a danger to the public as these grossly poorly trained students have no business practicing on the public. I am aware as a student that the loads of positive reviews both on this page and on the Google page for the school, are done by students themselves and a false representation of the operation of this clinic and school. Please, never go here.

It can't rain all the time

I was looking for a clinic. I called these people... This is how their front desk answered the phone: "Hello" (not saying anything else, like the business name or anything else, just "hello"). And then silence. I thought maybe I called the wrong number. So I asked if they took walk ins "NO" is the response I got, and then silence. Like, who answers a business phone like that? Completely unprofessional and unpleasant. What a poor representation for your company. This phone call took place on Wednesday July 29 at 12:20 PM.

I went for 4 months in a row and everytime I called to book an appointment the receptionist said that my previous"doctor" isn't there anymore and so I changed 4 "doctors" in 4 months. Sounds very odd.. Then they claim to be doctors but only thing they do is just ask questions and never actually help. After being questioned but not treated I must pay the bill. Wao, if they are doctors, better hit something else.

Went to this clinic to see if they could help me with my tinnitus and only came out with more problems, went for 5 sessions at 65 dollars a visit and never felt like they were really ruling problems that could be causing the tinnitus.They just wanted me to keep coming back, after I stopped going they tried to charge me for a visit that I already paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC !!!
