It's a normal, busy walk-in clinic; if you want to get in right away you need to show up well before opening and wait outside. The doctors are pretty friendly. The clinic can get fully booked by 11am or earlier, so showing up early is important.

The reception staff are not exactly trained in good customer service, but Dr. Klein is the only reason I keep coming back. He is thorough, professional and efficient. I highly recommend him.

I went here after attempting to go to several other walk-in clinics. The receptionist warned me that there was a two-hour wait but said I could come back then. So I left and came back when indicated and the doctor saw me within 10 minutes. He was friendly and easy-going and wrote the note that I needed (which a previous clinic doctor had refused to do).

I have been coming here for about 15 years now. One of very few clinics that understands and helps with mental health! Though I cannot even get in to see my regular doctor of late. They are always closed so early due to high volume of patients and I have to be honest it's very frustrating when you just need a refill on a medication and the clinic closed 5 minutes after they open... I hope they can resolve this soon.

I've been coming here for 12 years now, on and off, mostly on--depending on when I was living in NW. This time for over seven years. They know me, the reception and all the doctors. The doctors are caring and professional. They have gone above and beyond on occasion, giving me samples and what not. Sometimes I have to wait, sometimes I walk in there and the place is empty, inexplicably. I can recommend this office without reservation.

The receptionist was friendly, and gave me an accurate wait time for the walk-in so I could go have a coffee and come back rather than sit in the waiting room for an hour. Doctor answered all of my questions well, I feel like I was well looked after.

Doing Best We Can

Doctors are pretty good. Office managers are a bit off and never available. Likely too busy. That's our lower mainland medical system though. Quite pathetic. Hours on website do not match the signs they put on their door. Even the door signs are conflicting. Arrived early on a Saturday morning and one sign says back at 9:00am and another sign right next to it says back Monday at 8:30. Website says clinic is open from M-S 8:30-2:30. But often they turn away patients an hour or two after opening. If you can figure out their schedule the doctors are pretty good.

Receptionist hung up on me. Very rude! Avoid this place, I went here years before and I experienced terrible service from the receptionist. Called to schedule again this morning thinking it is different now, but no, still the same rudeness after all these years. She hung up on me!!

See Doctor Klein if you are lucky enough. Unfortunately in the Lower Mainland it is very difficult to find a doctor who isn’t prejudice in some fashion. Doctor Klein was professional, kind, and still checked me out. Despite looking completely fine to everyone else, he still diagnosed and helped me. Stay away from Doctor Natarajan. For your sanity come when it first opens. Even before the office opens there is almost always a lineup. Any later in the day and you’ll probably have to wait a very long time.

If you have any health issues, I strongly recommend going to Dr. Natarajan @ 10th Street Medicentre. She is competent, amazing and very caring doctor. Always patient and answering all the questions. The receptionists are nice and polite.
