Dr. Long is amazing, the only doctor who is actually trying to figure out what is going on with my knees. I have see many doctors about my knee pain, and none of them was trying to get a diagnostic. The secretary is having a hard time to answer the phone tho and is a little rude. As a medical secretary myself I would have expected a better service.

Saw this man in ER when I was feeling mentally ill. I didn't want to be there and it was clear. This "doctor" looked at me and said "it's not my fault you tried to kill yourself" He has no heart and no empathy. He should lose his license but I guess this town will take any "doctor" that comes their way.

The Secretary's there have a hard time trying to answer the phone or returning calls.. The doctors they are great, just the secretary's need to answer the phones way more!

Atrocious and useless, the very definition of "C's get degrees". A couple years ago I took my fiance over her fainting and was told "with people like you its usually pregnancy" and refused to do any tests until he did a pregnancy test despite us knowing that wasn't the case. When that inevitably came back negative he still wouldn't do any tests and he PRINTED OFF A WEBMD PAGE for effectively unexplained passing out and sent us on our way. I know doctors are hard to come by in this town, but you'd be better off just going on WEBMD to begin with, saves you from the same miserable experience we had.

To say this man is unprofessional and uncaring is beyond generous. His dog ran through the office jumping on people and smashing into things. He is supposed to be a marijuana doctor who knows nothing about what type is used for what ailment. He gave me a prescription for Nabilone and to quote him “ I don’t care if you use it or not” . Wow great bedside manner. Sad that people have to see this man for anything.
