I found their service is awful and disastrous after seeing my country of issuing a passport is wrong. My Country of Passport Issuance in BANGLADESH, but they have uploaded as INDIA and forwarded me the invalid document without even checking to upload into IRCC. It is severe negligence that will cause a devastating problem for the candidate. From the beginning, they put the wrong information in my documents, which I have marked and shared with all of you to avoid discrepancies. Finally, I would say staffs are amicable and polite, but they lack professionalism. In your response, you said it's a software issue, then why you did not check it before you submit that documents. Attached my correspondence for ready reference shows no communication fror your end.

He's a good doctor, and just to be clear the bad reviews were before he changed secretary which has make a whole difference on their service. The new secretary is helpful and you can tell that she's client focus and not angry with life like the previous one. I totally recommend it.

Great support. Although I have looked for an immigration physician for a week and all the NB ones get an appointment for two month later, his office arranged everything and gets the appointment for next week. In addition, they faxed the requirements to the hospital, so I arrange other tests blood and x-ray at the same day. I cannot wait to see them and thank their valuable supports.

I am really disappointed with their service. I mailed them regarding my e-medical appointment(at that time they were giving appoitments through e-mails) on 5 may and I didn’t got any response until now. Even they mention that they were gonna consider all e-mails before 1 june. After waiting for one month, I called them and they said that we didn’t got any e-mail. Upon request , they were ready to give me appointment if I gave them a proof that I sent that mail. So I send them screenshot and they said that you soon gonna get an appointment. Now, it’s 19 july and still I didn’t get any appointment. ????????

Did our immigration medical exam with Dr. Keripe and everything went really well. The staff were very helpful and efficient, we were able to book the appointment within a day after we called. We arrived in their clinic from Halifax much earlier than our appointment time but they accomodated us. The results were sent to IRCC in less than a week! Highly recommend.

My visit was for an Immigration appointment. I live in the Moncton area and was able to get an appointment there for about a month out but called this place to see if I could get in earlier. To my pleasant surprise I was able to get one within 5 business days. The appointment was quick and everyone was very friendly. My medical results were in after 5 business days. They have a clean and organized office.

This is the worst doctor office in the city now. They never answer their phone, when they finally do your put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. They will schedule appointments then close the office without notifying patients, hell they even moved offices without even notifying their patients. In this day and age here I Saint John, remember, if a doctors office is gladly accepting new patients there is probably a reason, and it's not because they had had recent deaths either.

When I showed up on scheduled time the door was locked, knocking on it didn't help. I was able to get in only when one of the customers opened the door on their way out. They lock the door due to COVID, but there is no sign saying anything about it, and no one assists you when you knocking trying to get stuff's attention, they just ignore you. When I was inside waiting in line, other patients were knocking on the door trying to get in, the receptionist just said "don't worry about it". I asked the receptionist for a clarification once, she yelled at me the same words I asked to clarify, that was very uncomfortable. Nurse measured my weight with my backpack on and measured my height with my shoes on. Tested my vision holding a tiny peace of paper in front of my face. They delayed my medical exam results deadline. My inquiries were ignored, they never returned a phone call or replied an email.
