The receptionist upon answering my call was terrible. The receptionist started talking to someone else without asking me to hold. Gave me a appointment date then said wait you better talk to the doctors nurse first.

This medical office has gone above and beyond for me. The reception Shelly and the team are great. Many times I've been dizzy or having health issues and they've have intervened and helped me during my times of need. Dr Lee MacKay is a fabulous family doctor. Compassionate caring and understanding. I do see some complaints on here and reviews regarding being seen . I want to point out that it's not the clinic's fault our doctors are overbooked. And have very little room for accepting new patients it is the norm that when a new doctor comes to town that that doctors list is full almost within a few weeks it is also normal not to be able to find a doctor close to you. Please be kind and patient with the receptionist they're quite busy please be kind and patient.

Dr. Adam Newson has been a very good family physician for my husband and myself. He is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We have been able to get visits in very good time, telephone visits during Covid have been adequate for our needs and in clinic when he thinks necessary. Office nurse, Jean is wonderful, very kind and professional, helpful and efficient. Front desk staff very busy, but efficient. FYI, please slow down a bit when you are speaking to older clients, thanks!

I've attended this clinic for over 30 years to see Dr. Jim Noiles (retired) and now Dr. Kelly Mieske. Nurse Jean is the best in town. ???? Never a bad experience here.

Dr.Woodward has been the best Doctor I've seen! I switched to him through my pregnancy and he's been so kind and understanding and knowledgable to me and my new son. His staff is excellent and go above and beyond. :)

Tried to seek medical attention, and a fair physician to treat and monitor a very unstable thyroid condition due to a specialist in 2017 stating no operation could happen for severe varicose veins, edema results in which the entire legs swell at times. Instead I was met with a receptionist who made complaints about me that are unsubstantiated but enough for every doctor at this clinic not to see me. so much for the Hippocratic. oath. Doctors run a business. After being banned in Kaslo by IHA in 2014, its is fair to enough to say that it can take time to get rid of a whistleblower, by fabricating medical documents, ensuring medical services are not available, ,removing specialists reports , causing stress ultimately sheer discrimination. bordering hate mongering. Either way federal legislation must be enacted to change the existing laws that allow general practitioners the right to destroy all medical documents after the present required retention period. of a patient that they may have misdiagnosed with a mental illness. This must be held forever, right now it is a loophole that protects doctors not patients. No one can go back and find out how the diagnosis occurred. I learned this in the first complaint verified by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, and realized that this is nothing but a racket. they had information that could easily have broken the information sent to them by doctors proving the statements written , medical and mental health files were was falsified including the defamation of character statements written about my father, mother and uncle by Erik Paterson, and Michael Brownstein the same ''professionals'' that participated in falsifying the Termination Summary written in January 2008. Was this done to cover Leigh Anne Myers aka Lafrance , Bill Lynch, PowerSense and the damages done to the home my father paid to have Built? Is that all a person is worth in this society?.

Dr.cochrane was very impatient and was not conpationate what so ever. I would never recomend his practice.

Wouldn't take me in as a patient after a year of being on a waiting list because I have a family doctor an hour away. Talk about great medical care. Now every time I want to see a doctor I have to drive all the way to New Denver with my 2 babies
