I came with a broken wrist from a fall from a bad maintained stairs. Luckily the ER wasn't busy on Friday evening, December 6. The receptionist took my information quickly and minutes later I was received by a nurse named Louie who was very calm, professional and understanding. He administered pain relievers effectively so Mike the radiologic technician could take X-rays. Shortly after the X-rays were taken, I was given sedation and Dr. Cortney Shier performed remarkable reduction procedure to stabilize the broken bones. We are forever grateful for the professionalism, effectiveness, care and services that this hospital in small town could provide.
