Kate helped me recover from a meniscus injury with acupuncture treatment. It was a great experience and the combination of physio therapy, massage, healthy diet and acupuncture helped me to have a quick recovery (as far as meniscus injuries go) and to get back to my normal activities and ultimately a full recovery.
