Dr. Armas and Kassidy are a fantastic health care team who take the time to ensure every patient's needs are met. I've been seeing Dr. Armas for nearly a year now and the level of care is outstanding. I feel heard, valued, and respected. The whole office team are kind and professional. I've learned that while appointments often run late, it's only because every patient gets the care and time they need.

Nanaimo women are more than blessed to have the lovely Dr. Ana, Cassidy and Annie looking after us! Sure there is a wait but this is true of every medical practice nowadays and it's WORTH the wait. Sensitive, knowledgeable and professional, many years worth of questions have been answered. Thank you SO much.

Appointments are constantly over an hour late or rescheduled at last minute. Concerns are not listened to whatsoever. Felt totally invalidated, dismissed, and rushed every time. Treatment is also not trauma-informed in the least. I wasted a lot of time being shuffled around with no genuine apologies until I eventually just cancelled all future appointments. Be wary of all the 5 star reviews when profiles only have one review. Will not go back. (Caveat is that the nurse was absolutely wonderful, wish I could have just had appointments with her!)

Dr Enriquez and Kassidy are such a blessing to the women of Nanaimo. I have lived in many different countries with varying degrees of health care, and have never received the kind of knowledge, care, and expertise that I do at Vita. I consider myself very lucky to be a patient, as whenever I leave here I feel not only well taken care of, but educated and empowered as well. If I could give more stars ⭐ I would!

Womens vita has changed my life! For years other doctors have passed me off and said what i was going thur was normal and im fine. Till i came here and i meet Doctor Anna, iv never had a doctor be upset for me at what had been over looked by other doctors for years! And the nurse Kassandra is always wonderful and friendly when i come in and after my visit today she made my entire day! I can say that with out this clinic id still be lost and believe everything health wise was my fault. So thank you ladys for everything! I can now start living my life to the fullest.

Horrible. Awful. I wish Google would let me rate 0/5 stars. I was having some very concerning lady symptoms and had went to the hospital to get a bunch of testing done. I did not have a doctor on the Island yet so they offered to send my results to Dr. Ana at her Clinic, Women's Vita Medical. After a week or so I received a phone call so it was obviously bad news. The timing was unfortunate as I was away for a week and once I returned the doctor was away for another week after that. Waiting was very scary and stressful. During my appointment the Doctor was going over my paper work and being extremely rude. She was disrespectful towards my personal body choices, regarding birth control, we touched on my work/school life and told me I needed to consider an actual career instead of managing a coffee shop (keep in mind I am 22 years old), and she asked me how I handle my ADHD and when sharing my methods she started pushing medication on me telling me when I go to school she expects me back in her office to get a prescription. I was appalled by the lack of respect towards my personal body choices and what works for me in taking care of myself. On to the results. After all that she turns to me and says "What brings you in today?" I almost lost it because I had been called weeks ago to go over my results and she was completely unaware that the results even existed. She opens up my file and sees everything is negative (Thank goodness). However, I spent weeks being worried sick over my health and the only reason I can find that they called me in is that it is a new clinic that wants patients. Do Not Go Here. Horrible.

I can not express how thankful I am to the lovely ladies at women's vita. I am typically terrified of Doctors but this honestly changed my negative experiences in the past to positive ones looking towards the future. I had a tough month full of procedures and this clinic made everything so much better, they coach and help you through every step and make you feel comfortable.

Women's Vita has transformed my experience with health care professionals. The clinic itself is brand new, clean, and fully equipped to manage a broad spectrum of health issues. The staff are welcoming, intelligent, and obviously strive to create a safe space for women. Kassidy, the clinic's nurse and the most caring person I've come across in a while, was amazing! She answered every question I had without judgment or hesitation, and made me comfortable in an initially horrible situation. I will definitely be returning to Women's Vita for all of my future health needs, and will be recommending it to all the women in my life!

The ladies that work here are awesome, friendly and professional. They made an otherwise uncomfortable visit very easy and efficient. I would recommend this doctor to all my lady friends! (If you asked me which was worse, an IUD insertion or appendicitis, I would say appendicitis).

Best Doctor I have had in years. She is quick and to the point, but very obviously has a great passion for what she does. She has taken extra time with me and calmed me down when I was showing discomfort. She has made me feel heard and agreed to see me for issues beyond the original IUD removal and reinsertion. She is a wonderful woman and has become my hero. The other staff at the clinic also wear capes, they are always incredibly kind and do their best to squeeze in appointments, administer B12 shots, and distract me with stories when I'm freaking out about needles. Give yourself extra time around appointments, because she is so amazing, she can be high in demand. So grateful for this Doctor and the amazing team around her.

This place is a joke anytime I've come with or dropped my gf off she's always calling me within a half hour to an hour that she's been skipped or it's another 20 min wait they can never over book here there never on time this place is a joke do not waste your time coming here!!!! I mean it I'm not even giving a 1 star because it's not worth it!!! Lmfao

I love this clinic-the team is so mellow and easy to talk to, and Dr Armas is phenomenal. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything and you can tell she truly cares. They are usually pretty booked up so plan ahead!

Horrible experience didnt even end up seeing the doctor .. when you walk in right on the front desk tells you that the doctor often runs late and to please be patient and then remind you the clinic is really booked and a rescheduled appointment could be a few months.. ... well I was scheduled for a 110 appointment and was asked to come in 20 mins early to fill out paperwork. At 220 I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be as I just watched a 2 oclock appointment go in . She told me the doctor offen runs late and she appreciates the patience .. meanwhile 3 other people were in the waiting room and still 2 more in rooms who hadn't even been seen by the doctor yet that were there well before me .. if you know that the doctor is always running late on a daily basis .. maybe you should schedule you appointments farther apart so you dont have clients waiting hours after there appointment to get in . Or else being faced with a rescheduled appointment from weeks from now .

Women’s vita medical clinic is amazing. I have been coming to this clinic since it opened its doors on May 2, 2018. Dr Armas has literally changed my life. Best Dr I’ve ever had. I’ve had good doctors before but this women takes health care to a whole new level. Bottom line is she cares about people. And her staff are equally as amazing. I’m blessed to have found them.

What an amazing doctor and team! I feel so lucky to have Dr. Armas as my doctor. She is so compassionate and caring, I have grown to trust her like one of my best friends and a close family member. Much like the other 1 star reviews, the wait time is horrible. Which is strange because they don’t take walk ins… When I had my appointment to get an IUD in, my anxiety was through the roof. I waited for an hour before seeing the doctor to get the procedure done. Not great when you have anxiety… I will not be going back there ever again.

Wow, they really go above and beyond. Dr. Ana Armas Enriquez is lovely, very personable and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of her patients. What I truly appreciate as well is that the nurse Kassidy is also willing to go above and beyond for those in need. She is so kind and helpful and an incredible asset to the team. The receptionist is also amazing! Can't say enough good things about such a talented team of women.

Yes Dr. Anna can run late but i would rather wait then see a DR for 10m and be told to book again because we are out of time, which was the case with my old DR. She takes the time necessary to assess and discuss options and treatment. When other DR's didn't take the time to get to the root of the problem and we had all but given up hope, she diagnosed a couple of serious conditions. She has a different approach to medicine and it is refreshing because the way things are going with our system, a DR that actually spends time with the patient is very rare. The entire crew that run the clinic are always friendly and helpful! I am blessed to have her taking care of our family.
