Therr service is great, the Optometrist was very kind and listened well. I had to go in because I was recently shot on the ey lid with a bb gun and it cause a blood clot, which went away, but I had to go get glasses because my optical nerve in my left eye is damaged from a concussion from before, so I can't see fsr and my right eye has a cataract and I needed a different lense for that one, and I needed transformation glasses, they helped me find the right glasses for me and they were so polite in the process

I came early for my appointment and they saw me right away. Dr Thompson was very nice and made good conversation. The girls at the desk were amazing and helped me get the most out of my benefits and got my glasses made for me in less than 20 minutes.

Been going to Dr. Thompsons for years. Yesterday though the customer service was wonderful and needs complimenting. I took my dads broken glasses in as he had just broken them, but lives in a Care facility due to Covid I can't get him out. The staff as always were friendly. They replaced the broken part and returned back to me with a new case and cleaner at no cost all in less than a hour. Thank you so much! Wishing you all a Happy New Year.

AWFUL experience coming here. I was told my astigmatism went away and that my eyes went up two full points (which had never happened in the past). They had me come in for a retest in which my prescription changed to about half the amount of what they initially told me. The staff was also very unkind upon my arrival and how they handled the retest. There was no consistency or confidence coming here. I decided to go elsewhere and pay for another eye exam. I found a very informative, reputable Optometrist who made me feel great about the whole appointment. I was told I do in fact still have astigmatism and that's not something that disappears without significant injury. I do not recommend wasting your time at Dr. Thompson's office.

Extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. I tried to book an appointment twice through email without any luck. One month ago I called to book an appointment for today, and when I arrived they told me that they didn't have my appointment registered. A great waist of time.

I never thought I, a human of earth, would ever receive such a humbling experience at an eye exam. There is the nicest person that works reception, I don't know who they are but that person brightened my ENTIRE day ! Probably THE WHOLE WEEK! MAYBE THE ENTIRE YEAR ! Who knows. Anyways.... Dr.Thompson is a dedicated man, who is very knowledgeable. I thought I didn't have any eye issues until he showed me what I was missing ! Thank you for this experience!

My elderly parents have gone to Dr Thompson for years .The reception excellent friendly and accommodating,no egos here.Also they work around us, as moms disabled and they parents live in a care facility .Very happy with service provided here
