I am leaving this star specifically for the reception. They rarely RARELY pick up the phone! I continually call and need to schedule and then finally get the reception she is curt when I ask about why it’s not being answered. Seriously have spent all of my breaks and then coming home to spend 1 hour trying to get through !!!! Unprofessional and amazes me that people get paid to pick up a phone and don’t. Leaving patients stranded and frustrated. Never had this issue even with my GP!!!!

I have seen Dr. Cameron several times. He is patient, courteous, professional. He takes the time to explain options clearly - he is a top notch specialist! The reception staff have been terrific as well.

Very unprofessional. I had to travel over an hour to Nanaimo for the appointment and take time off work. Two times Dr. Cameron cancelled last minute. Do not recommend if you value your time.

I broke my ankle on Jan. 17, 2020 and Dr. Cameron was called in to help with ortho surgeries (there were dozens of broken limbs that day!). He was so kind and welcoming when I got into the operating room and his work was exceptional (my bones already appeared fused in the x-rays after only 2 weeks). My follow-up was upbeat and positive and his sense of humour was so refreshing. He's also an obvious perfectionist, which I really appreciate!

Ive been in so much pain, waiting for 7months just to get a phone call, but then found out from my regular doctors office that he looked at my file and tossed me to someone else..... what kind of doctor does that.

Incapable of answering a phone or returning a call, answering machine set to no longer take messages... just a bit of a slap in the face to have to be screwed around like this.
