We have the reviews of people who purchase the services of Alliance Health Medical Walk-in Clinic (Doctor) in Moose Jaw area (Canada).
To this day this firm has a score of 3.2 stars over 5 and this score has been calculated on 47 reviews.
As you can read, the average score it has is average, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may think that the rating is very accurate. If people have bothered to give their score when they've done well with the business, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to put feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Doctor belongs to the category of Walk-in clinic.

The clinic says they open at 9am on Saturdays but I’ve been trying to get ahold of somebody for 1 hour now! What the heck!

I have had nothing but good service and respectful service from Alliance Health. They have been my health provider location for over 15 years.

I've been going to SHMC for many years, the staff and facility are top notch, from my own experience and they have a pharmacy connected to the clinic

Well all I can say is I've had better service at well....anywhere else. After the phone recording still saying closed close to 10 minutes after it was open.. once it did ring I got a 9 callers ahead of you message, then on hold 12 more minutes ...it rings... only to go to hold again for 2 more min.. then finally a person answers to ask me if I can hold please?! I wanted to say its been 25 min so far guess another min or 2 makes no diff, but was nice and said sure. Once I got receptionist again I felt there was a superiority tone before I'd even asked a question and I simply needed to confirm what specialist I'd been referred to as my appointment was in a couple hours and I couldn't locate paper I'd put address on..and the condition could only have 1 or 2 places it could be at didn't feel it was a big ask (silly me) ...but it was like pulling teeth to get 1 Dr number to try...as she didn't know??! (Surely records or charts had to say who I had been referred to??) Thankfully the next Dr receptionist was somewhat less caustic and helpful (though of course not one I was booked at) and gave me the number of only other place it could be...and I got the address of the place I needed to go. Seeing there's only 2 in town you'd think first receptionist could have mentioned both but made a point of how/why would she know, like really? Maybe cause its your job and you unlike me knew it could only be 1 of 2 places already... once if was told where it was I immediately remembered. Between this today and getting cleared as no problems by these guys...when I almost died in emergency the next day a few years back, I'm very glad I'm changing Dr's and will hopefully not need to return. Definitely don't recommend unless you have absolutely no choice and are fond of waiting and being treated as a necessary nuisance.

Dr. Bortolotti is an amazing doctor! I have been off my meds for over a year and I couldn't find a doctor who would help. If they did help it was momentarily and would take months to get responses. Within 3 days I was back on my meds thanks to him, its been less than a month and he has been working hard to make sure we check all the aspects of my health condition. I couldn't be more thankful. I don't usually do reviews, but Alliance Health deserves all the praise it can get!

My husband went there today. He saw the signs that said they were not taking walk ins but thought he'd make an appointment for Monday. He mentioned that to the receptionist who then screamed at him and called him stupid. She would not help him! What kind of people do they hire!!!!!!!??? Are they that desperate!!!!!!!

WHEN you can get in to see them they're great. Go in as a walk in this morning 3 hours before work, asked if I have an appointment and I don't. Shouldn't need one site says walk ins welcome but fine. Earliest we can see you is 110, problem being I'll be at work. Come home check schedule call to make an appointment for opening tomorrow told come as a walk in or call at 9 to make an appointment for afternoon again I work tomorrow. They make it very hard to get the medical attention needed to fix problems. Visibly straining to walk and being given the run around by the ONLY clinic walking distance from my home. What is the point of advertising publicly walk ins welcome if you won't see them when they come in.

My experience at Alliance was immensely positive, especially as I got care even though I am still waiting on my health card. I got a 1pm appointment by calling in at 9am, waited no more than 10-15 minutes. They were able to address an infected wound, and I was done by a little after 2pm. Everyone there was caring.

Friendly and fast, I haven't found any cons

Dr. Simpson is awesome! However, the receptionists aren't so friendly. I rarely get a "you're welcome" when I thank them for their work, just a 'yeh'... I just recently called back my previous doctor's office and the tone of their receptionist really makes me miss the friendly energy at a doctor's office... Also, I've been trying to call all day during reception hours and I get a 'line busy' tone... Normally you get put on a waiting line when you call for health services?? Bizzare...

This place ain’t cool I hate it not cool doctor ????

The most horrific experience of my life. The staff working the front desk were very nice. A little slow, but polite. It's once I got past them the real horror began. Walking to my exam room, I saw a woman in the hallway, dressed in obnoxious skin tight jeans, high heels, a low cut blouse and no doctor's coat. The woman looked like a prostitute. To my horror, it turned out to be the doctor. She walked in with a stethoscope around her neck (as if that were enough to appear decent), sat down and made light of every problem I announced. Not little problems either, some were serious, evident through touch and painful. The whole exam (100$ later) lasted approximately 10 minutes. All of my problems ignored, all questions sidestepped. I could learn more about medicine watching the TV series E.R. than this woman did going through medical school. It was a disturbing waste of time... Please avoid this clinic!

I wouldn’t even give this place a point of 1 star yet I have to pick one. Worst clinic in the province let alone the city!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Awesome medical treatment provide here. Doctor over here are very polite. They ask about illness and go through deep caution of illness and give best treatment options. Awesome cleanliness and helpful staff over here. Nice experience.

They do the job but I won't be back unless o have no choice. The doctor was outright rude. Twice after checking in I had not been placed on the list so no one came to get me to see the doctor. That is not acceptable. Great parking though and they have a lab. Tim's is next door to it as well.

It ain't the Ritz hotel but they get the job done and the wait times are pretty reasonable.

It's gone a bit downhill with the new ownership. Seems more privatized / focused on creating business. Most of the physicians are great, though. They only do same day appointments for walk-ins.

waste of time. useless staff and clinic.

Very very nice man easy to talk with very comfortable with him

This place is a joke. Says right on the automated message WE ARE SEEING ALL PATIENTS. Refuse my child healthcare, refuse me healthcare, They think absolutely everything could be covid so they don’t let you see a doctor. Avoid this place and their incompetent front staff.

Really awesome the receptionist was so great tried to help me

Have had very experiences great doctors and great front staff!

It says it is open online but when I call it is closed. My only problem. Other than that it is great

By far the worst reception I've ever dealt with. Their reception hours also never seem to align with the office hours posted online. The doctors are okay. Overall would not recommend.

Always had a good experience coming here.

Google says theyre open till 7 i worked today went after work and theyre closed i really need to see someone and now im screwed i guess im.suffering really bad

It's an alright place. Nothing special. Receptionist is awful. Everytime I book an appointment it's a fight with them. Doctor is nice.

I have been unable to get in contact with my own doctor the past three times that I've called. I had a heart attack last year and simply need a refill on my prescriptions. The office no longer takes faxed requests from the pharmacist so I have to talk to a doctor in order for them to call in a refill. This morning I called again and my doctor is out, so I asked if another doctor could call this in as I've been out of three different meds since yesterday and I was told I would need to call back tomorrow morning as other doctors were working at the hospital today. The receptionist was nice and apologized for this, but come on already. How is there no way to make a note that I have called and need a refill? I shouldn't need to call back several days just to get a prescription.

I wanted to give props to the reception who even through all this has always been polite and welcoming to me. I’d also like to tip my hat to dr. Janzen who really just has the best bedside manner and has always treated me great in not so great circumstances. Thanks to all the staff! Please keep up the good work.

Best doctors in town

The most caring and dedicated team of healthcare professionals you'll find!

Very poor walk in clinic. They close there 1 hour before there actually closing time.

Fresh and friendly

NOT A WALK IN CLINIC!!!!! ***sake change the name!
