I can't even leave a message.... To management if you need help with phone agents let me know I run a customer service call center.. I decided to do it in their clinic because I thought that doing it in the public would take longer (because of the covid) which therefore cost me 400 dollars, for 2 pipettes of blood ... OK I have not want to wait. The doctor and the nurse who took my blood told me that the results will be provided to me within 24 hours. 72 hours later nothing. I called several times, the first time the receptionist telling me "I'll call you back in 30min (calls that I have never had) then another time or another receptionist said" I'll call you back in 5 minutes ". Never received a return. They were supposed to contact me the following Monday but still nothing. At the moment I have been waiting for 1 week and I still do not know the results. In addition, they billed me a 50 piece for opening a file, a file that I had already opened last year but obviously it no longer existed .... These people don't care about your health, all that matters is your wallet, especially in times of covid. If you need urgent care go there but if not save your money and go elsewhere, really. Jamais reçu de retour. On était censé me contacter le lundi suivant mais toujours rien. A l'heure actuelle cela fait 1 semaine que j'attends et je ne sais toujours pas les résultats. De plus, ils m'ont facturé un 50 pièce pour ouverture de dossier, dossier que j'avais déjà ouvert l'an passé mais visiblement il n'existait plus.... Ces gens se foutent de votre santé, tout ce qui compte c'est votre portefeuille, surtout en période de covid. Si vous devez faire des soins urgents allez y mais sinon garder votre argent et aller voir ailleurs, vraiment.

Montreal Public healthcare is a joke. I honestly don't know why we pay so much taxes in this province when the healthcare system is broken. I was passing a kidney stone at Montreal General Hospital(Thought it was my appendix) and they insisted on pushing Morphine through my IV (When I refused because it wasn't working very well.) I asked for Tylenol extra strength, they refused and kept pushing the morphine. After 8 hours in pain, having my bed taken from me, forced to walk to radiology in excruciating pain----I left Montreal General. Purchased a Basic health Package at Union MD which turns out to about 60$ a month. This is affordable. DO NOT take a risk or chance with your health guys.

I was in a waiting room with 5 other ppl and it seems they were all overbooked on same time, they also have a policy to charge no shows that i find ironic considering they just make ppl wait. The reception can be rude ,-especially on the phone-. The owners should have a talk with them especially since this is a private clinic. Not even public healthcare receptionists are that rude. I had to write a review as this keeps getting worse. The last thing paying patients need is being antagonized even before showing up. The wait for appointments can be long when you show up. Expect an hour waiting time when you show up almost every time. Some of the procedures are ridiculously expensive -I compared prices with the hospitals -and not covered by health insurance. For the money you spend and the reasons above, you're better going elsewhere.

Après m’avoir posé 2 questions et avoir regardé mon visage près de 2 secondes, j’ai eu droit à une prescription s’élevant à plus de 500$. Le pharmacien a par la suite complètement déconstruit le diagnostic que le dermatologue m’avait fait en me déconseillant les crèmes et médicaments. Durant la rencontre, le dermatologue semblait pressé de quitter, peu rassurant et très peu à l’ecoute de ma situation. J’ai détesté mon expérience. C’est déjà difficile de vivre avec des problèmes de peaux, c’est assez insultant de payer le prix pour aussi peu de considération. Fuyez cet endroit si vous voulez des résultats!!!!

I’ve been coming here since 2019 and they are the nicest people who do everything they can for their patients.on my last visit,i got 20 minutes earlier to my appointment, parked in the free parking of the center,went to the clinic and was seen on time as schedulded,the family doctor gave me a requisition to do 2 x-rays and the receptionnist faxed it to the nearest center to my house and was informed that the clinic personnel will contact me for a follow up once they receive the results.

Great clinic, managed to get a same day appointment for a minor medical issue, got a diagnosis and minor medical procedure in the same appointment, the Doctor was lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome (Dr Elie) and assisted by the on-site nurse too. Seem to get a very reasonable price (although hard to judge specifics as not had this procedure before and from the UK which has NHS) which was all agreed upfront and was transparent.

This is a wonderful place and by far the best clinic for primary care in my personal experience. My doctor, Dr. Saghir, was warm, personable, and attentive in ways that an ideal family doctor should be. When I was struggling with curiously high blood pressure, he was genuinely concerned (even though it wasn’t an emergency) and interested in really getting to the bottom of the issue and he spent the time with me to thoroughly examine my medical history (i.e., my blood pressure readings in previous medical visits) to rule out possible causes for the high blood pressure and pinpoint the most plausible cause. In my experience, most doctors would take a cursory glance at your chart and leave it at that.

C'est ce qu'on appelle des "frais cachés" et c'est une pratique totalement indigne et inéthique. La moindre des choses auraient été de mettre au courant le patient de chaque frais qu'il aura à débourser or ce n'est guère le cas avec eux. Avoir su qu'ils exigent qu'on les payent juste pour ça je me serais naturellement arrangé autrement. Ça c'est juste concernant leur politique sournoise et malhonnête. En ce qui concerne le dermatologue Doumit, je n'aurais vraiment jamais du faire affaire avec lui ni même sa clinique en général. Depuis près d'un mois après l'extraction du grain du beauté, la cicatrice causé par l'opération est toujours présente et elle est pratiquement plus GROSSE que le grain de beauté lui-même. Aucun suivi, aucune prise en charge. Cette clinique cherche uniquement à vous faire payer, payer et payer. C'est pour ça qu'il faut simplement éviter, éviter et éviter de dealer avec cette clinique.
