You should never use it but in the time of need to see a doctor it’s literally the best place in Montreal! You don’t have to wait hours, the doctors are highly professional, and the staff is just amazing! Keep up your good work:)

I took a phone appointment with them today, the appointment was at 2pm, they pushed it to 2h40pm first which was okay. I waited for around 35mins without receiving any calls. I called again to ask about my appointment, they said i should receive a call in the next couple of minutes. 2 hours later still didn't receive any calls, i called them to ask and found out that they are close for the day ! they do not care about the patient's time, which is unfortunate.

They operate their own medical center with doctors and professionals who treat patients every day, and are known to help out poeple who need advice. They're here for many years doing so many great things for an appropriative community.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. One of the most unprofessional treatment I have received. When I first call them they gave me an appointment and said call ramq and you can get this appointment for free. I call Ramq and then I call back clinic again to confirm my appointment (in 15 min), they told me there is no spot available and ``they call me if there is a cancelation``. This so unprofessional you cannot play with people in need like this and the worst part was the attitude. The person on the phone did not even said sorry once and repeated the same thing. ``We will call you if there is a cancelation``

BIG BLACK point however: the young woman at the reception (the youngest of the 2) is just execrable: she does not care why you are there, does not make an effort to speak French or in an audible manner. And it is obviously useless to ask her for any information whatsoever because you have the impression that you are too much .... It's still annoying when the doctor you saw asks you to come and see her for settle the last details !!! This is why I put 4 stars, although with this reception the rating should drop to 2! But I don't want to tarnish the excellent work of all the doctors and nurses as well as that of the rest of the staff, especially since this establishment is the only one that has agreed to meet with me, and that is PRECIOUS. So THANK YOU very much to you. (Original) Les médecins et les infirmières sont vraiment très bien, gentils et a priori très compétents. Les rendez-vous sont donnés rapidement. Ils vous réfèrent à qui de droit après la consultation. Je recommande. GROS point NOIR cependant : la jeune femme à l'accueil (la plus jeune des 2) est juste exécrable : elle se fiche complètement de pourquoi vous êtes là, ne fait pas d'effort pour parler français ou de manière audible. Et il est inutile évidemment de lui demander quelle qu'information que ce soit car vous avez l'impression d'être en trop.... C'est quand même embêtant quand le médecin que vous avez vu vous demande de passer la voir pour régler les derniers détails !!! C'est pour cela que je mets 4 étoiles, bien qu'avec cet accueil la note devrait chuter à 2 ! Mais je ne veux pas entacher l'excellent travail de tous les médecins et les infirmières ainsi que celui du reste du personnel, surtout que cet établissement est le seul qui ait accepté de me recevoir en RDV, et cela c'est PRECIEUX. Alors MERCI beaucoup à vous.

Best clinic ever with doctors that care, which is very rare and important,best nurses and in general best staff, polite,positive,and most of all you never find their phone on a busy signal simply because they care about their patient. If they are busy and cannot answer the phone you leave a message and they always call you back within an hour.

They confirmed the booking without knowing any purposes. I told them that I want medical for immigration purposes at the time of booking. When I arrived there, they asked me again for the purpose and staff members were looking so confused and have answers to my queries.
