Excellent, quick and efficient service.
I was really disappointed with the service that I received here. I was referred by the walk-in clinic on the bottom floor, and walked up to the office to book an appointment. The doctor's upcoming schedule was not yet available, so the ladies at the front desk wrote their phone number and extension on a sticky note and directed me to call in 3 weeks. I did so, and booked my appointment. When I came here the day of my appointment, the lady told me that the appointment was at their other location in Parc Ex. I told her that I wasn't aware that there was another location, and she told me that it was my problem because I was referred from the clinic and I should have looked at my appointment (there was no appointment to look at as I booked via phone, so I'm not sure what that meant). I was shocked because when visiting their office in person to book the appointment, calling them, and confirming the appointment a few days prior, no one had mentioned that there was another location. As my appointment was to start in 5 minutes, she said that the other clinic was waiting for me and told me to go. I'm not sure how to get from Guy-Concordia to Acadie metro during rush hour in 5 minutes. I told her that this was too far and would take too long to get to (I'd probably get there 30 minutes late). She essentially said "too bad", and didn't even offer to rebook my appointment. This would have been the most basic level of customer service they could have provided me, and they did not.
The care provided here is impeccable. The tools used on patients are state of the art. It's a little bit pricey but you get to make an appointment which can be a life saver in this city. And you get wonderful care.
You have to call more than 5 times in a row to even hope that someone will answer the phone. Never had a good follow-up after my check-up. Will never recommend this private clinic. You’d think the service is good because it’s private but this clinic isn’t worth it. Keep on searching.
Really bad experience at this clinic. It took multiple emails back and forth to finally book an appointment here as the staff are not clear in their replies and don't tell you the appointment opening times that they have. After we finally managed to get appointments here, we arrived and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged by the receptionist, then waited almost 30 more minutes to be called for our turns, just to be told that they didn't even have our vaccines (TDAP for pregnancy) in stock because the person taking the appointment didn't ask the nurses! I know human errors happen, but for a clinic to charge $60 for an appointment, they should be operating more professionally. We took time out of work to come to the appointment, waited 45 minutes after our appointment to be seen, and the multiple staff they have on file failed to even verify if our appointment would be possible (either the day that they made the appointment, or the day before, or the day after)! To make it all worse, the nurses all walk around looking miserable and have major attitude when they speak to you. All levels of staff at this clinic are unprofessional and just unpleasant to deal with.
Very good; expensive but it's a private clinic and you get what you pay for. Made an appointment in the morning for that afternoon and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend and go back again.
Dr. Allen Ryder Cook is great neurologist. He was ready to answer all my questions and was very thorough with his history taking and examination. Over all good experience. Would definitely recommend.
Having moved to Montreal from Toronto, it's rather challenging to find a decent, nearby walk-in clinic. This one is a private clinic (not covered by RAMQ) and is located close to Guy-Concordia (green line) metro station. The wait time wasn't great; I arrived about 10 minutes early and still had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. They apologized & informed me that they had delays all day due to their printers being down. Overall the doctor that saw me was very pleasant; she apologized for the delay. My visit was quick and not complicated. The price to open a file is $80 and the consultation is $175. Pleasant staff overall.
Unprofessional doctors, they seem lost when they pull out your file. You are just another client to them that brings in money. Don’t spend your money on this clinic. Was never able to find the issue or help me in anyway.
(Translated) Customer service null, the wait for such takes more than an hour, I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I did everything to come to the appointment but unfortunately the traffic delayed me. took the clear point road I went to the city center, when I went to the clinic, they refused my delay and in addition charged me $ 100. We called them during our journey to prevent our delay but never got a response Service null (Original) Service clientèle null ,l’attente sur tel ça prend plus d’une heure,j’ai vécus une très mauvaise expérience avec ce clinique .J’ai tout fait pour venir au rdv mais le trafic malheureusement m’a retardé .J’ai pris la route de point clair j’usqu’au centre ville, quand je suis rendu à la clinique, ils ont refusé mon retard et en plus m’ont chargé 100$.On les appelé pendant notre route pour prévenir notre retard mais jamais on a eu une réponse.Service null

Terrible service - don't go here if you aren't willing to pay the entire amount out of pocket, since even if you have private insurance, there is a possibility that the doctor won't be willing to fill out the forms. When I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Michaud, I asked if she would be able to fill out my private insurance claims form. The staff told me that it would cost 50 dollars to fill out four lines, although after I protested that the Mont Royal location had done it for free, they changed their minds and agreed to fill it out for free as well, given how short it was. However, when I got the form back, only two out of the four required sections were filled out, and my insurance did not accept it due to the diagnostic code being missing. When I contacted Rockland about this, they at first refused to give me a clear answer on whether or not the doctor would fill the form out again correctly. I imagine they were hoping to drag things out until after my scheduled follow up appointment. After giving me the runaround for over a week, they finally informed me that Dr. Michaud would not fill out the form again, since including the diagnostic code would take some research and she wasn't willing to take the time to look it up. Oddly, the doctor I saw at the Mont Royal location had no issues filling out the form in its entirety, including the diagnostic code. However, Rockland's staff informed me that how insurance forms are filled out depends on the doctor, so it is impossible to know in advance whether or not they will be willing to fill out all the information. I wish they would have told me this at the beginning of the appointment - I could have just paid the cancellation fee instead of the massive amount I'm currently stuck paying!
Great service, no waiting and friendly staff. Best private clinic experience so far!
(Translated) The website is not up to date I'm spoken to as if I'm stupid (Original) Le site web n'est pas à jours on me parle comme si j'étais stupide
Overall the staff has been very nice and helpful. I have gotten very good services every time and have been able to get appointments with little issues. Sometimes though I have been put on hold for a long period of time just to be hung up on, but usually they either call me back or get to me pretty quickly. Otherwise, my experience has been very positive!
Just called to get information on pregnancy follow up in their downtown or mont-royal location as per their website. Reception picked up the phone and said no Rockland does not offer gyne. I asked if she is sure because their website states otherwise. She just hanged up on me. Guess this is not the best private clinic to go to
multi-functionnal, efficient team. No waiting.
This was my first experience trying private care, and my last. I called ahead specifically asking if their gynecologists had any experience treating and diagnosis endometriosis, and was told they see endo patients so not to worry. Day of appointment they were not only running late, but I had such an unpleasant experience with the doctor they had me see. She didn't really believe what I had to say and insisted I see a GP and that my issues aren't gynecology based. I had brought previous medical notes with me and she disagreed with what my other doctors spent 4 years leading up to. On top of that, the appointment went over of no fault of my own and I was left to pay for the additional time. No one warned me this could happen. I paid $350 for an incredibly painful pelvic exam and to feel completely hopeless and humiliated.
Impossible to get someone on the phone.
Excellent, quick and professional service.
