Frist time I tried to call to get some informations. I've waited "in line" and there was 5 peole before me and waited for 25 minutes. Once it was my turn, no sound and the phone call ended. Called back, I've waited for 15 mins before hanging out. Still got a test, the test were around 120$ each and I learned later that a treatment is about 30$. They tell you that the treatment is not included in the test...after you gave the sample. After I gave my sample to the doctor, I asked about the treatment and she told me that they treat whatever are the results...why did you make me paid around 300$ if you were going to treat me anyway?! The price is very surprising considering how little effort is required for an ITS testing and that in other clinics, they do the test for 25$. They should at least put clearly on the website the rate for every treatment ( not a small font note at the bottom of the page saying it may cost between x and y) or tell you the full expected price before you do the testing. What makes me mad is not the the price I paid, it's the process of how I ended to pay it. In the short terms, this may work for their profit but I will never go there again. Edit: A month later, I never got the results of my tests.

Dr Carla Pietracupa was amazing with me. She was really patient and attentive. She took her time to evaluate my situation and asked me a bunch of questions. This is the best service I’ve ever had with a doctor. I felt very comfortable and safe. The receptionists were also very nice.

This clinic is horrible to their patients. I made a reservation for a phone consultation two weeks ago, and the doctor didn't call me for the consultation and gave no explanations for his fault at all. After that I made another appointment with the clinic staff on the same day, but then the next day when I called to confirm my appointment, I was told my appointments does not exist on their schedule system. The staff is extremely impatient, and didn't even bother to help me solve the issue. My god, hope this terrible experience never happen on themselves. I was treated badly and humiliated as a patient. Then clinic staff behaved extremely rude and hang the call on me, saying that she has patients waiting for her, as if I'm not a patient. Made two appointments, one was cancelled by the doctor with no notification, and one is not even shown on their computer, instead of helping solve their issue, the stuff just keep denying of their fault. Just imagine this happen on you. I definitely not recommended this clinic to anyone. Worst clinic I visited in Montreal ever. I doubt the stuff is even the professionals.

My experience with Dr. Fernandez was horrible in many ways! He is incompetent, rude and overcharges! He cut off my word several time when I wanted to ask a question and ordered me to only answer his questions. He caused me a lot of pain unnecessarely. Furthermore, he's super bad equipped! I was just there to remove my IUD, he didn't succeed and sent me to Radiology (he does not have ultrasound!). But I went to another gynecologist who removed it with ease (without the need of ultrasound). He charged me double the prize that I paid at the new place. Also he wanted to charge me an additional 500CAD for doing some tests???

I visited this clinic to take out my old IUD and replace it with a new one. I entered the appointment very nervous (my first IUD insertion 5 years prior at a different clinic was very painful), but Dr. Fernandez went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the procedure. He explained what he was doing every step of the way while reassuring me. His insertion was 10000x less painful than my previous insertion. There was also a nurse (whose name I missed) that was amazing! She held my hand during the process and went above and beyond to make me smile and feel better. Will 10/10 be returning to this clinic in the future. Thanks everyone!

I've been here two times. The first time, as I got there I had to wait about 10-15 minutes. I then met one of the nurses (can't remember her name), she was very sweet, was very helpful when explaining & even taught me a few things. The second time, I didn't even had time to finish my glass of water, it was so quick (and I got there earlier). I met one of the gynecologist, Dr Roberto Fernandez, at first he was very nice, big smile, but then as I was asking more and more questions it just appeared to me that he was a bit tired of my questions? I mean, I will admit that I was asking A LOT of questions, and pretty dumb ones too so I kinda get it, & to be fair it's been a long day and we're not always in the greatest mood. IMPORTANT : other than that he was very professional, efficient and he reassured me with some of my worries which I really appreciated. For the staff at the reception, they're all sweethearts. Always smiling and in a good mood. & the waiting room looks amazing, although you probably won't need to wait too long (yay for that). Overall, I would come again and would definitely recommend the clinic to my friends (or anyone asking to be honest.) :-)

I was happy when my family doctor Dr Jednac moved to this clinic. It doesn't feel like a clinic at all but more like a loft. There is a beautiful floor to ceiling window in the waiting room with lots of light coming in The lounge music in the background created a zen like mood. As for my family doctor she can be late with her appointments but when I do see her, she is pleasant and answers all my questions. She is one of the few physicians who actually calls to remind you when you are due for a checkup. I wish I could remember the name of her nurse who is an absolute "sweetheart". She knew I was nervous about my test results so she came to see me after my consultation to ask if I was alright. This gesture was thoughtful indeed. As for the administration I have never had a problem with them. They have always been polite.

Had a great experience here for IUD insertion. Not even half as painful as my last one done someplace else a few years ago. Doctor Fernandez and nurses were very sympathetic and kind. Everything was on time (actually even started a few minutes early). The place is stylish and comfortable which is not necessary but really nice if you're nervous for a procedure. Today was my second time calling to book a simple appointment with my G.P. The first time the receptionist told me they did not have the doctor’s latest schedule yet, and the second time I called I was immediately put on a hold line. I started at number 14 in the hold queue yet it took 2 hours to crawl to position 1 in the queue. Then I waited another 1.5 hours as the next person in the queue listening to the same monotonous hold music without any updates whatsoever. I even checked online to see if there was any reported issues with their phone line and used another device to ensure that the queue was still active. Now after waiting patiently on hold for 3.5 hours, the line suddenly dropped once the office closed at 4:30 PM. So my day has been wasted being put on hold and I still haven’t booked an appointment. Barring some unforeseen emergency at this office, this was completely unprofessional conduct and a frustrating experience to which any patient should not be subjected in order to receive timely medical care.

I just received a call from the receptionist saying she received my colposcopy results and that the doctor would like me to get another one in August. What does that mean? I asked for my results then, she said she did not have them. Are you joking? A colposcopy tests for cancerous and pre cancerous cells in your cervix. It’s very uneasy to receive a call from a receptionist with no medical background telling you that you need to come back for another test with no results. From my knowledge, the doctor should call you to give you your results and explain why you need to come back so soon. I did not have a good experience at this clinic, there were no explanations during the test or what to expect which led to a very painful experience.

Il me répond qu'il ne peut pas me "geler" le bras, et que si il n'arrivait pas a me l'enlever je devais aller a l'hôpital. Je lui demande une 2eme piqures, qu'il accepte avec grande réticence. Miracle ! je ne sens quasi plus rien malgré sa brutalité sur mon bras! Il me fait un pansement de fortune et me dit d'aller voir l'infirmière pour un meilleure pansement... Ma mère est infirmière et c'est une technique qui est très souvent utilisée par des gens qui s'y connaissent bien: un point permet de mieux cicatriser naturellement, plutôt que d'en faire trop et d'attrophier la peau. En plus de cela, je viens avec une carte de santé de l'Alberta, les secrétaires, comme le docteur ont été très à l'écoute pour m'aider à remplir le document pour que je me fasse rembourser en Alberta. On me confirme que les résultats m'ont été envoyés il y a 2 semaines, ce qui est complètement faux (oui je regardais à tous les jours les courriels indésirables au cas-où, et j'ai revérifié dans mes courriels supprimés, au cas-où et non je ne l'avais pas supprimé par erreur), ils ne me les avaient jamais envoyés. C'était ma première fois dans cette clinique et la dernière. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne donne pas 1 étoile c'est pour la compétence du gynécologue Fernandez.

I have a family doctor and I made an appointment at the clinic because the appointment with my doctor is far away and I'm quite worried about my problem but clearly I should have waited. Dr. Fernandez is very dry, hasty, I didn't even have time to expose all my signs of distress that he says to me "I know" whereas I want to tell from the beginning. I couldn't give more info about my situation and what is stressing me. He explained to me what I have, I didn't understand, I asked to explain a second time, I didn't understand anymore! I couldn't ask for anything again because he "finished" saying if it continues in 2 months come back. I do not understand what is happening to me because quite simply I could not explain the extent of my problem (and I had even taken pictures before coming), I do not feel reassured, and I am above all frustrated with this consultation in 5 minutes flat no kidding. I wanted to complain to the secretary at the entrance, but I just took the doctor's name. I was very frustrated and I don't think I would have been able to express myself properly with her, when she has absolutely nothing to do with it. At least seeing the other reviews I feel reassured that I am not the crazy one and that several people have already had mixed experiences with the same doctor. (Original) 3e RDV à la clinique A et je suis tellement frustrée que j'ai pleuré dans les toilettes de la clinique avant de partir ! 3e RDV avec Dr Fernandez, le 1er rdv était plutôt sec (pose de stérilet quand même), le 2e était assez banal, mais aujourd'hui là c'était vraiment rigide comme consultation. J'ai un médecin de famille et j'ai pris rdv à la clinique parce que le rdv avec mon médecin est loin et que je suis assez inquiète de mon problème mais clairement j'aurai dû attendre. Le Dr Fernandez est très sec, expéditif, je n'ai même pas eu le temps d'exposer tous mes signes de détresse qu'il me dit "je sais" alors que je veux raconter depuis le début. Je n'ai pas pu donner plus d'infos sur ma situation et sur ce qui me stresse. Il m'a expliqué ce que j'ai, je n'ai pas compris, j'ai demandé de réexpliquer une seconde fois, je n'ai pas plus compris ! Je n'ai pas pu redemander quoi que ce soit parce qu'il a "terminé" en disant si ça continue dans 2 mois revenez. Je ne comprends pas ce qui m'arrive parce que tout simplement je n'ai pas pu expliquer l'étendue de mon problème (et j'avais même pris des photos avant de venir), je ne me sens pas rassurée, et je suis par dessus tout frustrée de cette consultation en 5 min chrono sans blague. J'ai voulu me plaindre à la secrétaire à l'entrée, mais j'ai juste pris le nom du médecin. J'étais très frustrée et je ne pense pas que j'aurai été capable de m'exprimer correctement avec elle, alors qu'elle n'a absolument rien à voir avec ça. Au moins en voyant les autres avis je me sens rassurée que ce n'est pas moi la folle et que plusieurs personnes ont déjà eu des expériences mitigées avec le même médecin.
