Overall we had a good experience but something we noticed that,the attitude of the receptionist was rude at some point towards to the visitors. The information which she can provide politely has expressed with unkind manner. I understand the frustrations of a frontline CSR but she lacked some kindness to the unhealthy and sick patients. The Doctor was an old man but attended us well.

The doctor was very kind, the women at the front desk aren't. However the people they deal with all day I wouldn't be either. Their system for registering and admitting patients is ridiculous I shouldnt have had to wait 5 hours for a sick note

Worst clinic ever. I was sent here from another clinic because I needed xray for a broken bone, receptionist asked me if it was from an accident, I said yes (aren't all broken bones from some sort of accident?). She responded that they don't take accidents and wanted to send me somewhere else. I asked "what kind of accidents do you not take?" She and the other two receptionists ignored me. I stood there for several minutes being ignored before I finally left. Turns out that the "accidents" are work and car. Mine was neither. These people don't deserve their jobs.

I've never gotten such aweful service from a clinic ever in my life. I made an appointment online as requested and marked that I was available on Friday or Saturday, but was automatically given an appointment for a Monday. I finally was given an appointment on a Saturday a week after the original monday appointment. The doctor called me an hour and a half after my appointment was supposed to start, on which I had to ask to make a new appointment since I no longer had privacy when he called. I made another appointment online and again was given one a monday and was told a new appointment on a date I actually said I'm available for would be given to be another week later. I understand that it's a pandemic but having to wait a month later to speak to a GP is unacceptable. I suggest to find a different clinic to attend to your needs

I called this clinic last week and found their service is very good, they arranged an appointment with a very nice general physician the day after, I never thought I can have an appointment so quickly as I don't have family doctor so far, many clinics don't accept me or their online system or calling number is not workable at all. After the call with this physician, I got a referral to meet a professional doctor. Therefore I called this clinic again and they immediately checked all availability giving me a in-person appointment on the following week. I feel so lucky and appreciate their help as during this pandemic period, it's relatively hard and time consuming to schedule an appointment especially when you don't have a family doctor.

Great doctor, savy, a visible master. A 60+ years old girl doctor. It was great, solved my chronic dry cough very fast. If you want to wait less as other say, you need to go half an hour before they open. If you at 12pm as man persons I saw... they were pouring into the clinic and yes, then you will have to wait. Go early.

Very disappointed! We come in for a test appointment and they tell us that the nurse is on vacation??!! How are we supposed to deal with that??? No one called to let us know and how do you not have someone else to accommodate patients until JULY 19???!!!

Nowdays with the pandemia they change the way of work like everyone else. 1st you take an appointment 2nd the day of your appointment a nurse call you and during the same day you receive a call from the doctor. 3rd Either you get a prescription, a referral to see a specialist , a blood test or Xray depends your diagnostic.

The physician was very professional and considerate. The reception staff was very helpful. On the first day of check up. I was done within 02 hours, again visited for a test, and it took less than an hour. Very cozy, neat and clean environment. I felt very comfortable. I visited Clinic with an ear infection on Wednesday, August'05, 2020. I had an excruciating pain. Thear at reception was very kind, sympathetic and helpful, considering my condition, he got me an instant appointment with a general physician, Doctor Neel Patel, who was very professional, considerate, thoughtful and supportive. I forgot the name of the nurse, she was very caring and accommodating. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I have had worse experiences, but that visit was a complete package, from a receptionist, nurse to a doctor, I would give it a10/10 exposure. J'ai visité la clinique hier avec une otite. J'ai eu une douleur atroce. La réception était très gentille, sympathique et serviable, compte tenu de mon état, il m'a obtenu un rendez-vous instantané avec un médecin généraliste, le docteur Neel Patel, qui était très professionnel, attentionné, attentionné et solidaire. I was supposed to get the phone call appointment from an specialist but the doctor was a generalist and did not want to hear much about my problem. She said "I can not do anything for you by phone! (they don't accept patients in place).My question is why do you give phone appointments if you know you can not do anything? (I had explained my problem before getting the appointment. Also a nurse asked questions for triage.)

I went for general check since I had headache and my left ear was in pain, I wasn't expecting that the DR has low level & rude he can't check 2 things in the same appointment. I'm just thinking how they hire him - (name will be down after I check it )- WE go to this places since we have no choice bad overall it's like just business not medical place. The worst clinic I've ever been to. I've never seen an office so disorganized. I would give it 0 stars, but it won't let me. The first time I went here, have an appointment given to me by one of the secretaries. When I arrived that day, they told me it was for the following day. Also, one of the doctors was asking the secretaries for an important paper that he's looking for, from 2 or 3 months prior. It looks like the secretaries just barely graduated from school and are very lost at work.

This was the best experience with a clinique medicale I've had in Montreal. Rather than a web of automated menus that result in dead ends or refer the patient to resources that no longer exist, Diamant's personnel were human and alive, and offered courteous, kind service when I was in medical trouble. One of the worst clinics in Montreal. They just want to male money dealing with the highest number of patients possible. This means big waiting time and a 10 minutes consultations that doesn’t solve anything. Don’t waste your time.

I went to the Gynaecologist doctor over there and the doctor peeled me off like a carrot to take a biopsy , which was very unpleasant,from the cervix of the uterus on 14 June! Up to now , I have got no results, no answer and today 18 October 2021 ,when I went there and asked for the result of the biopsy , nobody could find any report result of the biopsy!!! This is sad and disappointing and unforgivable! I had Iron deficiency and after 4 months taking Iron pills , I still have Iron deficiency! There was nobody to help me and the next appointment with the gynaecologist is a month and a half apart from today which is 18 October. The doctor Was supposed to prescribe me a medication after he make sure that I do have a cancer, but there was no follow up!!!????

Now this should be a zero start clinic. I had an appointment set up 6 months ago. Went there half an hour prior and ended up waiting one and half hour past my appointment. Finally decided to leave. The reception literally told just wait another 5 minutes and if they didn’t call you, leave. I hope they encounter the same situation once at least so they can see how they reflect.

Dr was very good ... he checked me with paiteince. I asked Dr to give me a paper which shows I came here for check up.. he gave me and ask me to get it stamped from the front desk. I went there and the lady asked me for $25 for that paper. First I thought just for a paper I hv to pay $25 then I thought it's ok.. I took out my debit card then she said only Cash. I was with my 6 years old Son. I chose to leave without that paper. I just needed that to show in my ofc because I had to take leave that day. Thank you

I wish I can give them zero star and they don't even deserve zero star. I went to the walk-in clinic for pregnancy test and I have a letter from RAMQ which states, related to any pregnancy case that the process should be free from any pay but the receptionist mistreated me, make me feel less than a human and she was trying to boss me around like I don't even read. Then I asked for a supervisor, another women come in disagreeing with the receptionist that she is not willing to speak to me. She do not even look like she likes her job. Finally, she came to me and she told me I can not see a doctor or I should pay 100ish $. For me it is not even about the money because this is an important part of my life which no money can buy but what really hurts me is how they mismanaged my case and disrespected me. All the women there does not even know what customer services mean.I worked as a customer service representative for more than 3 years and I know a good customer service when I see one and this one is horrible. While I was on a line I was taking a look at them and they don't even know the word "please".The worst sentence that she told me is to go to another clinic. This woman who they call a supervisor redirects people to another clinic to not do her job properly and she doesn't even understand what she was saying is contrary to what the RAMQ stated in the letter. She was taking away my right and she invaded my humanity. I know the health system around here sucks and I will not say don't go there because we don't really have much option because the medical sector is a joke but at least if you go there don't let them disrespect you and boss you around.

Receptionist is very rude, ignorant and she is the worst ever I think her name is Saeid and she is talking to people as if they are her servants. She REFUSED to give me an appointment with DR. Han although I told her I agreed with to have my tests and come back to him. She told her colleague to tell me that they do not have his schedule. I left the clinic determining not to come back. I do recommend that the management should get rid of her if they want to remain in business. She makes them lose clients as simply as that.

During the pandemic, we were looking for a doctor to see us. We were so happy that Diamant accepts walk in patient and assisted us in our medical concerns. The receptionist were polite and was looking into possible options to get hold of their doctor asap. Dr Han was amazing. He was really good and patient with us.

Very poor service .. I had a phone call appointment at 13.45 with the doctor but received their call at 16.24. I didn’t answer it because it is disrespectful towards patients to let them wait for 3 hours. Moreover, when you call the clinic nobody answers the phone. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The absolute worst experience at a clinic I have ever had. Never mind the wait or the fact that they had NO machine to process the credit card (or any change even - once I got money from the ATM up the street in my ill state) , but the DOCTOR was concerningly uninformed and uneducated. The Romanian doctor who saw me was one of the worst and most absurd practitioners I have ever encountered. First of all , he boldly proclaimed to me that stress and health are unrelated things (which to any modern day educated physician or researcher is similar to saying that the Earth is flat), then he went on to concern himself more with that state of my skin than my viral linfection. I told him I had a rash from the antibiotics I had been prescribed at another clinic. And he said that, again, abtibiotics and skin are unrelated things and went on to convince me I had acne, meanwhile I NEVER had acne - I got the skin rash 3 days into the antibiotic treatment. This doctor is full of ridiculous conspiracies he seems to have invented on his own. And worst of all, while he gave me a useless referral to a dermatologist which I didn't ask for, he somehow refused to refer me to an Ear-Nose-Throat Specialist. He told me to just go home and drink hot milk. And joked about putting on weight from that. He was rude, completely uneducated and, worst of all, condescending. It was a complete waste of time seeing him. I honestly felt that a monkey could have examined me better than him. Overall, the treatment I received at this clinic was not only unacceptable, but it was deeply distributing. I worry for a patient with a more serious illness than mine coming in to see this doctor. AVOID. THIS. CLINIC.

I'm since this morning trying to make an appointment to renew my prescription for high blood pressure pill but without success. The e-mail for the first try said that I should mention which medicine it was and the name of the doctor. I responded the e-mail with the information, nobody ever answered me. So I sent the form again with the information. Next e-mail told me to ask the pharmacy to fax the renewal request. I called the pharmacy and they faxed it right away. Again, no response. I called, and was informed that you are not doing renewal for prescriptions for chronic diseases, which is really weird for me because I've been doing the renewals at this same clinic with the same doctor during the whole pandemic, and even before. The person told me that the doctor was there and they were going to check and call me back. Never called back. Now nobody will even answer my calls. I'm not sure why I am meeting all this bureaucracy now. I clearly don't have a family doctor, I am trying to find one but it's obviously not that easy. I am really desperate and don't know what to do anymore.

Went today to the walk-in clinic after many years. The experience was excellent. Very nice stuff (receptionists are very friendly and professionally), the nurse saw me in less than 5 min(very nice and efficient lady) from arrival and the lady doctor I saw was very competent and nice. Very effective also. I arrived around 9:00 am (rush hour in walk-in clinics) and I left in less than 1 h (saw nurse that did a urine test, took my blood pressure and the temperature and saw the doctor in this interval). The clinic is newly renovated and very clean. They were like 15 people in the waiting room. Overall the experience was great and from now on I know where to go to see a doctor. I wish I could give zero stars. 1) Secretaries behind the counter are incompetent and rude. They literally misplaced my file so I had to wait an extra 3 hours since they let people after me go first. I checked in at 8:10 AM and saw the doctor around 3:18 PM which is a complete waste of my day. They are far more interested in talking about their lives in their native language than helping people. 2) The doctor is also incompetent and arrived at 11:30 which is 3 hours after everyone checked in and completed the triage. Then he couldn't even prescribe me a test to see what's wrong with me and sent me to another doctor. Also, he decided to go on a 40 minute break before seeing me while I've been there since 8 AM and I haven't eaten yet. 3) The only redeeming quality of this place is the nurse. She was efficient and hardworking, overseeing every patient and their symptoms beforehand. What's funny is the nurse would spend more time with each patient than the doctor yet each patient didn't have to wait that long to see her.

Worse clinic ever. Saïda behind the counter is EXTREMELY rude and don’t seem like she likes her job. Can somebody please tell me why she still works there? People are calling and she puts them on speaker. We don’t need to hear people’s private medical condition. This is against confidentiality and I am looking to file a complain to the administration of this clinic because these type of people shouldn’t work there.

I went there to consult with Dr Neel Patel for a problem on my leg. They did not consume extra time or did not bury me with unnecessary test. I love the professionalism of the team along with the Dr Neel. Dr Neel was very diligent and knowledgeable person. He explained everything so well. Hope to see him again if I need to make another visit there.

This clinic is wonderful! Newly renovated & expanded as well. Dr. Arif Ali Awan is a shining example of what all physicians should strive for. His professional, consultative and educational approach to healthcare is appreciated as well as his attention to detail. Dr Awan takes his time to properly review his patients files before seeing them, this creates an impressive level of familiarity with each case. Although I am thankful that I am healthy, if God forbid I am sick and need a doctor, Dr Awan is on my speed dial. I cannot sing his praises enough. The other staff at the clinic is pleasant as well, and they have recently expanded to offer an in house test centre as well. Doctors are super nice and they work hard. Receptionists on the other side, are very rude, they don't like been ask questions and wont even look at you when your talking to them. They treat you like you are annoying them. With time they are getting worse. Its like a requirement for front desk is being rude!

I am international student in Canada, took appointment with doctor with $150. He gave me medicine which I couldn't take then at second day I made call to clinic about change medicine they were asking to pay again for appointment. I convinced them and then got telephonic appointment with doctor. Doctor told me to visit ENT . I told to them that I need this thing in written note because my insurance policy says first visit general doctor if he says visit specialist only then you can. From last one month I am making calls to them to send written note but still didn't get. May be I will have to pay again for this written note.. very disappointing

It is a good clinic. Inside is very clean, modern and spotless but the outside decor in the actual building resembles a building that has "seen better days." The clinic staff were very helpful. Dr. Ngyuen was very helpful. It looks like they are under a heavy workload, as I was the 2nd one in line and I got there 1.5 hours before they opened, within 15-minutes of open there were no chairs left. Thanks.

Only giving two stars because the wait for the doctor was short and the doctor was nice. The reception though....I was standing infront of them waiting for a paper that one of them had right infront of her , while two of them were engaged in an irrelevant conversation about their lives. They were speaking their native language most of the time. Very unprofessional. I am very sick , I can't stand and wait for their conversation to be over.

Yes, the waiting is a bit long but that is pretty much for any last minute appointments, anywhere you go. The staff was friendly, and the complaints about them being rude are mostly because they are tired. There is a great amount of patients all day long and some of them are not very understanding towards the rules in a walk in clinic. My appointment itself was great, and Dr. Cormier was a sweetheart, very professional and interested.

Have no words to express my satisfaction from the consultation. It's a beautiful clinique however the customer service is really bad. I had to return several times for the same issue as the doctor had to leave and the doctor doesn't handle patients who has anxiety. Use another clinic. We took an appointment with a receptionist that wasn't in the mood to work and forced it to be an appointment over the phone and then never received a call because the appointment wasn't booked right. If someone has an emergency they have to rely of on their terrible receptionists, one which barely speaks English. Their receptionists think all high and mighty of themselves but I hope management shows them they are disposable and that respect goes a long way in the industry especially where health care is concerned.

First of all , I would like to tell about the receptionist, they all were very helpful in getting me the appointment since it was my first time with clinique diamant . Secondly my doctor was Saleh Ramy . He asked me about my problems nicely and gave me an xray and asked me to do it and than see him again . Overall very good experience with this clinique .

I have been a client of Clinic Diamant for 16 years now and I will not be leaving any time soon. The receptionists are respectful and very professional. If you call the clinic and have to leave a message, rest assured that you will receive a call back by the end of the day. Most of the time though, the receptionist answers the call and are respectful and I always get answers to my questions. A few minutes prior to my scheduled telephone appointment with my physician. The Clinic Nurse calls me in order to conduct a pre appointment assessment. I get to tell her my situation and how I am feeling. Therefore coming into our appointment, my physician has prior knowledge of my situation is ready and mentally prepared to address it. It also means that nothing gets missed. My physician addresses my complaints efficiently, listens to me, takes my complaints seriously, takes appropriate measures to address my situation and if needed refers me to the appropriate specialist and/or test. For those going to vaccines for a trip. Visit your CLSC and find out the vaccines they cover and then go to a travel clinic. This placed charged me for Hep A and Diphtheria when it should've been covered with the medical card. Had i went to visit my doctor first I would've known and would've never paid for it. When I called, the lady told me this is a travel clinic and they charge for everything and that if I want it to be covered then I should've went to the CLSC. So disappointed. If the nurse who gave the vaccines had atleast told me, then I would've gotten them with my doctor's. Really disappointed.

I called after 2 hours and the receptionist told me it can take all day for the doctor to call me, even though I booked an appointment at a specific time. Why would they tell me to call after 2 hours then? Waist of my time and now I have to find a walk in clinic last minute.

the secretaries from the office 201 or 204 hang up the phone in so rude way when you call there for information, they do not take the messages for the bureau 206 neither, always they say "call tomorrow because the secretary is not here" even if is an emergency... You may call every day and it will be the same. (The clinic has just one telephone line for all offices) some times?....often! (the secretaries), they take a very arrogant attitude, acting like giving you a charity. It is most important for them to talk each other than provide the service to the people. I am not a new client, I have been 10 years with that clinic, always the service was average but since they moved from Bois de Bologne to Côte des Neiges.... The service is getting worst! The place is so small and looks messy, now I feel that is more important the watch than the patient health. My family doctor seemed before more relaxed and minded, now he looks in a hurry. I repeat, I am not a new patient, and only until now I am complaining because before I had no problems, the clinic was at first in the Boulevard de la Sainte Croix, then In Clinique Bois de Bolougne (Henry Bourassa) and now in Cote des Neiges. I have reasons to say what I am saying. THIS IS AN UPDATE service is a lot better, the change of location seems to positively affect the staff; more efficient and kind, until now no complains... SECOND UPDATE Good service, my family doctor is kind and ready to listen, the by phone consultation was easy and kind from him, good communication, his secretary was efficient and the nurse that was preparing the consultation few minutes before i had to talk with the doctor, was sympathetic, so…. There is an improvement in!!

The first day the assistant gave me excellent information.In the afternoon I went to the doctor firstly one person took my blood pressure,temperature,asked about medicaments that I take .After this the doctor asked about my symptoms without review my throat ,bronchus and lungs ..She told me that was a virus ,I explained that in the past I had a pneumonia and finally ordered an chest Rx .I took this Rx and another excellent doctor reviewed perfectly asked a lot of thinks and told me that lungs are clean but ordered one throat exam and the results are going to be ready in 4 days .If there is a trouble the doctor is going to call me ,if not there is no problem. I had a good experience at the clinique. The place is nice and the service was very efficient. Came in Saturday morning. Talked with the receptionist and was scheduled to come in later in the day to see the doctor. I waited about 20 min before I saw the doctor. Solved my problem. Thank you.

My mother is in Canada with no insurance so we needed a consultation, the secretary told me to pay in advance, and after paying she tells me that the consultation is on the phone, if she would have told me this before paying I wouldn't have accepted (first alarm sign). In the afternoon, the nurse called me to hear about the symptoms and all the story; a few hours later the doctor called me to prescribe an antibiotic because according to him it was a virus, and this would improve everything. Mind you, he arrived to this diagnostic without even seeing the patient, I don't know about you but I have never in my life seen a doctor make a diagnosis without seeing the patient and at least doing a physical exam. Now we lost 150$ and to see my mother again (on the phone obviously), he wants of course to get more money, never again to this Clinic. UPDATE: a week ago they offered me to see my mother in person, but then today they told me that since it’s Corona Virus symptoms (???) they cannot risk it so they have to do it by the phone, it shows you the level of knowledge in this clinic. Obviously, this is not Corona virus, as she has been here for 3+ months and none of the dwellers of the same apartment have any symptoms, what a rip-off

When she got to the clinic and saw the doc, he told her he couldnt treat her because she hot hit by a car and he does not treat people wuo got hit by cars and to go see someone else. That was it. The receptionists are understanding and friendly though ,sometimes, some of them forget to smile due to the pressure when the clinic exceeds it's capacity, and they have to refuse patients. The doctor I met with was very kind and service was very quick. The receptionist, however, is quite a treat. She will ignore you while she takes a personal call and tell you to wait on the side and she will get to you. Then, she will proceed to ignore you while helping the client that came in after you with the later appointment. A treat! Be sure to announce yourself and stand right in front of her just in case she forgets you came in.

My tests results from my thyreoid ultrasound, for which I had waited 4 months, were lost and never found. Nobody cared about them. For my biggest surprise my dauhter's blood test results were also lost. She was told to wait until somebody called her. I am sure that nobody will bother looking for them. We lost more than a couple of days each and we waited for more than 3 months each.We both have conditions that must be followed but all our efforts went in vain.

I had a medical emergency, severe skin infection, and needed to speak/videoconference with a physician. I called on Sunday and promptly got a call back on Monday morning to schedule a teleconference with Dr. Truong. I sent him pictures of my injured limbs (I had been prescribed antibiotics 2 days before) and doubting my previous diagnosis, he send me a prescription to go to the emergency. Sure enough, at the Jewish Hospital ER, blood tests revealed that I had no infection, that the severe oedema was most probably caused by heart troubles. So now I am waiting for an cardiac echo appointment at the Jewish. Thank you doctor Truong for your acumen and great listening skills, please advise if you are still taking patients! Efficient walk-in clinic. Good alternative for minor urgencies instead of ER. Open during weekends too. The decor is renovated and has nice paintings. Receptionists are good at offering options. Cons: The reception area is in the open therefore, it is (sometimes) difficult not to hear confidential information about patients. However, a receptionist should not give her opinion out loud on “how this girl [a patient who had just left] came with gastro just get a medical bill.” This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Also, receptionists could be more polite and welcome patients with a warmer greeting. This is my 2nd visit. Would recommend nonetheless.

First time in a clinic sans rendez-vous we get there around 10h and get an appointment for 13h30 so we come back at 13h just to be sure we don't miss the doctor but we waited 3h before actually seeing him. During our 3h wait, the receptionnists seemed so disrespectful to everyone we saw. The receptionnist from my doctor doesnt want to give any specialised professionals names even if it was suggested by the doctor to ask the receptionnist. Its like the doctor tells you to go see a specialised doctor and tells you to ask the receptionnist and then the receptionnist says search one and good luck i don't know anyone. So we don't bother more and leave for the test at the hospital. And then at the hospital they tell us that it's the wrong gender written on the paper and we have to go back to deal with the receptionnists that we saw for 3h being rude. Lucky us we have to go back and have the full rudeness service you would think of, yelling to wait, telling us they dont have specialised doctor to refer, and when they realised they made a mistake not even one sorry for the rudeness. If you have a choice take the other clinic.

Had a bad experience in this clinic. I walked in to get a medical certificate. They took my info and asked me to pay $60 then told me to wait. After a while somebody took my blood pressure then told me to wait again. After an hour of waiting, the doctor called me and asked me about my purpose and then she said that she cannot give me a medical certificate because she didn't know me and it's my 1st time and she can't say that i am fit to drive. Then i went to the lady in the registration counter and i told her that the doctor didn't give me a medical certificate then the lady said "you need to see the doctor again and pay another fee for the medical certificate because the $60 that you paid is only for the form". WTH! A total waste of time, money and effort!

I had the exact opposite experience in this clinic. The receptionists and nurses were all fine and even though there was a bit of a language barrier the nurse really tried to understand my symptoms. But the lady doctor in the first room kept me waiting in her room for at least 20 mins before she comes in, and when she did and I started to explain my symptoms she just asked me explain the core problem and come back another day for other stuff. Then continued to complain that they are so busy while she was joking and laughing when patients were waiting for her. Embarrassing
