The lab itself was fine however they advertised 24hr pre-travel tests which is not true. My family are moving abroad tomorrow and the airline requires a PCR test to be taken the day before travel. We booked an appointment with Vitalab a month before the flight, however when we went today we were told they cannot provide test results within 24hrs like promised online. Now we are stranded and have to pay an excessive amount ($400 each) at the airport instead. If we had known that this lab is not suitable for pre-travel tests then we would have booked somewhere else while we had the chance. Very stressful.

Booked a PCR covid test for travel because they advertised results within 24h but when I got to the appointment, they told me that it was actually between 24h to 48h for the results, which was unsuitable for international travel because the airlines require the test to be taken and the day prior to your travel day and also requires the results to have come back, which makes this lab completely unsuitable for international travel. Had to do a last minute booking at a different place who was able to guarantee the 24h results. Would suggest Vitalab to clarify on their website that the results window is 24-48h and that they are not able to give test for international travel using that window.
