Le manque de professionnalisme de la première réceptionniste et son abus, m'a obligé d'attendre toute la fin de semaine avant de passer la radio, Cependant, s'elle a le moindre respect aux patients-dans cette période de crise - elle aurait dû me faciliter le diagnostic au lieu de me laisser souffrir plus de temps !!!!!!
