I have been to Trinity medical walk in clinic a handful of times now and each time has been a great experience.

Refused to check my toddler's ear, as parents not vaccinated. This happened in August.

I recently visited the clinic and am sad to say that I did NOT have a positive experience. The receptionists seemed to have 0 empathy for their patients, and 0 regard for prioritization. I found the whole thing quite embarrassing and degrading. I watched another gentleman share the same experience, and walk out as a result. There was NO means of confidentiality, or any professional support system in place. I actually sat in the reception area in excruciating PAIN, where I could not contain myself. I was in complete distress, and tears for just over an hour, while other patients sat across from me with no visible, alarming symptoms or injuries. (so of course, out of boredom, sat and stared at me. ) I will however give the *DOCTOR 5 stars* as even though there was an additional excessive wait time in the examining room... (not her fault), she was very polite, and showed genuine concern. She delivered professional and adequate information and results.

Called, gave the reason for my call, the receptionist asked if he could put me on hold for a brief moment and then my call ended, guess they didn't want to help me. I will wait until my favorite clinic opens where they actually see their patients none of this take a picture nonsense.

if i could rate 0 stars i would, i am fully vaccinated but, because the vaccine i have is not one of the mRNA vaccines they denied service which is illegal as j&j is honoured federally by NB. a call to snb will be made later.
