The doctor I saw here almost killed me. Went in with a drug reaction to a sulfur drug, didn't take me seriously, sent me home with Nasonex. Been at The Moncton Hospital for the last 8 days, recovering from Stevens Johnson Syndrome, brought on by the sulfur drug I was taking.

I usually never write rewiews, but this one, I had to.. The receptionist was just extremely rude to us as she also tried to hinder us in getting medical service in another clinic that had been willing to help us, but at a slightly inconvenient time for us. I really do not recommend it

Calling to get back in after a round of antibiotics did nothing. My nose is still hurting and infected. And now, I can't get through. Even when it rings, they don't pick up. I'm beyond frustrated

Not the greatest. Unfortunately there are few places in Moncton i would call "great", this would not be one of them. I could list half a dozen scenarios but telling you they suck should be good enough. Too bad most all clinics in Moncton suck. Healthcare just isnt what it should be.

Really poor service over the phone. Told me to go to my family Dr. Or emergency. My family doc is booked up for weeks and I shouldn't have to burden the emergency department for such a trvial non emergency thing. I thought the point of walk in clinics was to help ease the burden off emergency

Highly recommended. This was the best clinic experience i have ever had. The front staff is so well trained and organized. They show empathy and are so friendly. It did not take long once registered to see a doctor. They also have very good doctors.

This clinic should be your absolute last resort in Moncton/Dieppe. Dr Daigle was great, however my issue was the receptionist. She took my medicare, as per usual, and then LOST IT and could not find it. She was not the nicest and most patients in the waiting room either. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I was able to start leaving a message after the dial tone, and as soon as I said I need to make an appointment, someone hung up on my message so I wasn’t able to continue. Not happy with this place at all

The receptionist was just extremely rude to us, I’m a new comer, don’t know much about the rules of health card, and I was trying to figure out what should I do, she reaped 30$ cash to see the doctor or I can go to Moncton hospital, and refused to answer my other questions. Then she said she has other things to do, and ignored me. This is the first time I have bad feeling about Moncton. I feel sorry about that.

The recepcionist was one of the rudest, most impolite, disrespectful persons I have ever met in my entire life...a person this obnoxious should not be allowed to work with people, let alone people with medical problems...I absolutely don't reccomend this clinic to anyone.

I went there with what I knew to be a blatter infection (have had plenty before) doctor told me it was nothing took a test told me to go home, ended up in the hospital with an infection so bad I almost died..

The receptionist at this location was very rude. The doctor acted like I was a waste of her time. She does not care about her patients but rather she is just in the job to get paid, and apparently getting paid doesn't mean you have to treat people with respect.

I only got an appointment the 1st time when they created my record there and that was in person. Now i been sick twice in the last few months and i'd been calling for days from 9 am to noon trying to set up an appointment whit out success .

called 10 times today between the hours of 10:30 and 2:40 got an automatic response 9 times. The 10th time it finally rang through, only to get an automated message saying "we are full, go to Trinity" This after having tried to drop-in in person yesterday during the day, only to be told they were full.

Supe unhelpful and not friendly. I was told that this clinic wouldn't be able to write a prescription on pills that I have to take during my whole life because they were prescribed abroad. They also can't refer you to a blood test or to a specialist because they wouldn't be able to follow up on your results. Are they only treating cold and flu?

*no stars at all should be an option when you review something. I give this clinic a big ZERO. I called 150 times (no joke) before someone picked up. Couldn’t get an appointment because of a covid vaccine. What happened to accessible medical care? Some things can’t be dealt with over the phone and people need to realize that not everyone can get the covid vaccine. The excuse I got was “they are protecting themselves”. Ridiculous. The receptionist is horrible. I’ve never seen anything like it and I’ve lived in Quebec. Healthcare in NB is worse than Quebec.

In Moncton for a week, and went here for an indigestion issue that was diagnosed in Halifax quickly a few years ago. The receptionist blocked me from seeing the doctor, said they couldn't diagnose it and I should go to the ER. Apparently the doctors in Halifax are better. Can't wait to get back to home and get this figured out.

Horrible staff, they are lazy and don't care about you. If you care about yourself you will go elsewhere. Went to another clinic and made an appointment to come back for a small surgery, but they didn't even tell it was at this clinic instead. Didn't give me the time, or even call to see if I could still make it. Then I called all day and no one answered the phone. Clueless people.

The last time I was here everyone was friendly. I got in and out fast. But I just called and the lady on the phone was very rude, and acted rushed like she just wanted to get off the phone. So I suggest if you need anything just go in. Don't call them.

It literally took her not even 30 seconds to check my throat and my ears to tell me there nothing there.. i have been having a throat ache now for the past two weeks almost to the point i have trouble swallowing... Going for a second opinion at another clinic tomorrow. ...

While doctor gave prescription to help with short term issue, she refused to provide a referral to a specialist for further help. Her solution was to wait years on a list for a family doctor to give a referral, all while continuing to suffer. Unbelievable. Health care in Atlantic Canada is a joke, if I don't pay my taxes I go to jail. But if I don't receive what my taxes are supposed to pay for, no big deal.

Horrible service. The blonde receptionist is extremely nice. However, the other one thinks she owns the place, talks to you like you're a piece of garbage and tells you to go to emerge for the most trivial of problems. Do not go there.

Look, foremost you have a lot of people on here with great expectations of a threadbare system, wanting their hands held through every process they don't understand. This clinic reliably gets me in for what I need every time my family Dr cannot. Which is most of the time. Most of the complaints on here seem centered around rudeness (the receptionist isn't, she's just good at her job) or not having access to the office if they're unvaccinated (choices).

I went in with an ear/sinus infection. Doctor looks at my ears and throat a few seconds & would not prescribe antibiotics, suggested I keep taking Advil. Wake up in agony that very night with my ear drum bleeding from the infection. Called telecare in the morning who suggest I see another doctor within 24h so I went elsewhere and was prescribed the antibiotics I could have probably used before my ear was damaged. Edited my review down to 1 star because I called telecare after having negative symptoms to the antibiotics. Telecare suggested I call either this clinic or the Mountain Road clinic as they are open in the mornings to be assessed by a doctor within 3 hours. The receptionist told me to go to Emerg (even though telecare's registered nurse told me to go to their clinic). These people don't care about your health. Might as well go somewhere else from the get-go.

This is my go to clinic for non-emergency visits (when I can't get my family Dr.). I've been there for years now and had overall excellent experience. The only thing I dislike is the time it take to get through the busy line to book the appointment.

Very good - all the female doctors - but my friend just told me there's a male doctor not so good there that acts like asthma inhaler samples belong to him personally. My friend has not been able to find a family doctor so hello that is what that clinic has doctors to give sample inhalers for. That doctor is wrong to not want to give a sample or give prescription for inhaler! My friend goes there once every 5-6 weeks and that is normal usage of inhalers. I personally never had any negative experience always positive and never met a male doctor there yet - they are fast to get you helped, professional atmosphere. Plus, this clinic has Zenhale inhalers which work very well for asthmatics - its the newest asthma drug on the market and its free at this clinic. Who has $400 to spend on an inhaler? Not me...and I get free inhalers from this clinic every 4 months approximately. if it was not free I could not have it as I am a single mother on social assistance - my drug plan doesn't cover Zenhale! I used to take a Ventalin Inhaler ever day - 1 inhaler of Ventalin sometimes lasted me less than 24 hours...but with Zenhale I go 4 months breathing clear. So I think this clinic saves alot of lives! Its just a shame if a male doctor is treating a male patient like he's lower than low for not buying Zenhale when it can be free.

Been to this clinic twice in the past month and a half( my family doctor seems to be away a lot). The medical admin ( lady with blond hair black glasses) that works the front is amazing. She is cheerful, and pleasant to speak with. I was there for aprox 20 mins and she was kind and caring to each patient coming in no mater their situation. Nice to see a genuine person like that in this environment. Clinic was clean, and doctors were efficient both visits.

I've been to the walk-in clinic twice in two months and I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. Much better than waiting a week or two to get into my own doctor and then having to wait almost an hour for my own doctor. I was in and out of the walk-in clinic (Dieppe Superstore) within 15 minutes.

Very unhelpful. We're not able to write a simple refill for someone who just moved here from out of province and has no family doctor. When asked if they knew of any other clinics in the area I could try, I was told they wouldn't give out that information. This makes it very difficult for people transitioning to the province.

I've been to this clinic a few times now. I call for an appointment and I always get one the same day. The receptionist is very friendly and the doctors are all helpful. :)

Called with pain receptionist is a rude she wants to be paid but does not want to accept new patients for the doctors I am reporting her to medical association did she charge my Medicare card as if I had appointment are the Doctor happy not to have a new patient receptionist should be fired .argumentative refused to book appointment with doctor told me to go to emergency It says on the clinic skip the ER or go to my own doctor I do not have doctor here . Told her I went to emergency they know what is wrong gave 14 days ant inflammatory did not work is bacterial infection I need the opinion of the Doctor she said we do not deal with that here go to ER refused appointment with doctor.these clinics are no open to send patients to emergency they are open to alleviate over crowed Er but she thinks her job is to send everyone’s the emergency.

Unfortunately it's not one of the better clinics. You really have to be careful what you say to the secretary because she's looking for specific words to send you to the emergency room instead of taking care of you There are many good doctors but the one I had today had little sympathy or compassion. Didn't seem knowledgeable and send me home with as much information as I had going there. I'll have to go to another clinic again ... no one has time for all this running around save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Says it opens at 9, got there and it’s closed. No information on hours of operation on th e door. I asked the pharmacy and he said oh sometimes its 10, closer to the summer it sometimes closer to 1pm but they don’t share that info with us. What kind of clinic is this?

I'd give you zero stars if I could. Tried calling shortly before open, clerk will pick up then immediately hang up. Tried calling right at open, straight to voice mail. God forbid someone needs to book an appointment to get a prescription refilled. Dont waste your time, go to another clinic.

Was diagnosed with shingles on my eye by not the doctor but the receptionist, didn't even see the doctor!! Sent me to emergency at hospital and the Dr said how could I be possibly diagnosed with the receptionist and all they do is pass the book cos, they don't want the patients. Terrible

So I tried calling for an hour for an appointment only to show up and have her tell me it's by appointment and I'd have to call. She tells me this as she's putting stickers( lables) on vials and such and nothing else going on no phones ringing. So I decided to see if I called the phone if it would ring and she would answer and low and behold I call and the phone DOES NOT RING !!! I REPEAT IT DOES NOT RING. I get and instant automatic message saying they must be on the other line! I walked out and will never return there. I'm still sick with possible strep.
