I had been battling with an unexplained rash for close to six weeks. After 2 wrong diagnosis from a clinic, I was finally able to see a doctor who referred me to a dermatologist. I was referred to dr. Martin LeBlanc on Tuesday evening and had my appointment on the Thursday. The staff at his office were absolutely amazing. I felt at ease the whole time. He didn't have solid answers as to what my rash was but he did have some ideas. They did a biopsy right away and I went home with a prescription for a cream for the time being to hopefully help with the discomfort. I could not believe that I had seen a dermatologist within 48 Hours of being referred. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I highly recommend dr. Martin LeBlanc.

My 90 year old mother with dementia had 2 growths on her face. I found Dermago online and he was the doctor in New Brunswick. For a fee, he provided consultation and advised to get a referral from her family doctor. Coincidentally, it turns out they are related. Took my Mom to the clinic within a month and both growths removed. He and his nurse were very patient, kind and gentle with her. I would recommend to anyone and if you want to get in quicker using Dermago is definitely worth it.

The receptionist for this office is horrid! The phone is always busy and the answering machine you get when her limited hours of answering are over is always full. The first few times I called back to set up an appointment with the office after they left me a message, I only got a busy tone or the message machine which was always full! When I finally got through she must have lost my referral as she said that she did not have any referrals in my name or from my practitioner, but she said she would look into it for me and would call me back. She never did. After three weeks of waiting I decided to follow up again with her and she was extremely curt and said there was no referral under my name, which I didn’t even provide her with at the time of the call, said she had never received such a referral and then proceeded to hang up on me. I went back to my practitioner and asked them to follow up, the next day I received a phone call from this same woman who was completely impolite in her manner and booked me at the earliest convenience she could three weeks later. That appointment fell two days after I was to have a major dental appointment to address TMJ issues. When I tried to phone the office to reschedule due to heavy medication and pain related issues due to this TMJ appointment the same issue of the line being busy or the answering service being full plagued me for two days and the day of the appointment I was in not in any condition to sit through such an ordeal let alone pass any Covid screening at the hospital. By the time I managed to finally get through to the office the receptionist said that my referral had already been sent back to my practitioner and I would have to follow up with them and she hung up on me. I am utterly disgusted at the treatment I have received from this individual Covid19 pandemic or not!
