4 stars for the doctor's and one receptionist. You can see that special receptionist loves her job and chat with people. You can see her professionalism. But the other receptionist, I don't understand why she is still there. Clearly does not like her job. Very prompt and ride to people. Rolls her eyes when the phone rings or someone comes in without an appointment. Not only she is rude to them in their face or on the phone I, caught her a couple of times complaining about it to patients waiting afterwards. Also was waiting and this gentleman came in with a very different last name . He was trying his best to pronounce his last name so she could understand. She interrupted him multiple times telling him to repeat and slow down with a nasty attitude and letting big sigh out. Finally the gentleman gave his ID and she looked at it and laugh and said how was I supposed to understand that last name shaking her head while saying it. Disrespectful and unprofessional. She should not be working with public

Had no issue getting a same day appointment when most clinics in the GMA were closed or full. Service from the reception and physician was great. Would not hesitate going there again if I needed to.

(Translated) I was very anxious to go there especially after the Google review on the clinic but in the end it wasn't that bad. Indeed, the receptionist is not there nicer but if you be polite to her she will still keep a calm tone. The doctor is very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to return if necessary. (Original) J’étais très anxieuse de m’y rendre surtout suite au avis Google sur la clinique mais finalement ce n’était pas si pire. En effet, la réceptionniste n’est pas là plus sympathique mais si vous rester polis avec elle elle gardera quand même un ton calme. Le médecin quand à lui est très professionnelle et à répondu à toutes mes questions et préauxupation. Je n’hésiterais pas à y retourner au besoin.

Will prescribed painkillers no problem but won't give you a referral to get x-rays or see a Orthopaedic surgeon ? Sounds about right I recommend going to literally any other clinic. Also I agree with the other reviews the receptionist is very rude doesn't know what she's talking about started asking me about someone else's blood work when what I was calling about had nothing to do with blood work.

This clinic is the worst place you could ever go to. The receptionists are disgraceful to human kind. They are so rude we walked out even though my wife was in so much pain. The receptionist literally said "what's your problem?" not "Can I help you?" or "what brings you in today".. She was laughing at the fact that we would have to wait 2 hours until the doctor came in. We thought walk-in clinics were just that, so of course we walked in.. Never being sick or it being years since we've actually been to a clinic we didn't know the oxymoron of the new term for "walk-in clinic" meant call, make an appointment, and THEN you can walk in.. Irregardless of our understanding of how the system works, we were so angry at how she not only spoke to us but the poor sick people calling on the phone. The minute we walked in she was yelling at the callers "what's your problem?" UNBELIEVABLE that any DOCTOR would even so much as consider the disgrace that is this person. DO NOT GO THERE! It will only make you angry!!! DISGUSTING!

I'm a type one diabetic trying to get a referral to an endochronologyst and I was refused over the phone by the receptionist on the grounds that they don't have my blood work. The specialist will not see me without a referral, terrible service

I was a little skeptical on coming to this clinic due to past reviews and after my experience, I created this google account just to leave my own review. When I went in for the first time today as a walk-in, the receptionist was very welcoming. She was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and spoke gently when discussing my medical concerns. I was able to get my prescription, pick it up, and then have it delivered in a matter of 45 minutes. Although the place was booked Dr. Saulnier ensured that I knew about the side effects, long term use, and related conditions. The only time he wasn't smiling was during important/serious discussion. In the last 5 years that I've taken this medication, this Dr. is the first to take the time and educate me on this. It was also the most pain free/quick injection I've received in the 5 years I've been having it done. I was even more pleased when I left and the receptionist said her goodbyes while remembering my name. This is where I will go for any future needs.

First time ever writing a review. The secretary has some serious attitude issues. She clearly hates her job and should not be there. I waited over 30 minutes for a vaccine, Once I went in to see the doctor he tells me they don't do this type of vaccine here. Waste of time, she could of told me this over the phone when I made the appointment. While sitting down I watched her roll her eyes with every phone call that came in. It's also not nice to insult people on there last name. Not impressed at all...... she should not be there.

Very rude on the phone and then hung up on me as saying ok ok goodbye told me to go to the emergency for sore muscles, an absolute shame that this is how we are treated when looking to our medical (professionals for help )

Incredibly rude costumer service with front receptionest, keep giving her the benefit of the doubt and assume she's having a bad day but this has been every single call/visit at this point its just how she treats people and I cannot believe she hasn't been fired for it yet.

It all depends on who you get as the receptionist. One is absolutely fantastic and has worked for doctors for 40 yrs or so. The other one, is rough and not very nice. I have had some less than pleasant and professional doctors at all the clinics. This one seems pretty good. I maybe be bias as my family doctor works at this clinic.

Went in to see a doctor and the receptionist was very rude saying there wasn’t a doctor. Maybe you should post that on the door so we don’t walk in and disturb your highness.
