New Brunswick Health Care Administrative System is horrible! When you go to a private clinic of a doctor located on Mountain road (in Moncton) and you present the Medicare for your kid... And they are not sure the medicare is the kid card... you know there is problem with the administrative system. Charging 30.00 to a poor mother so a six years old kid can see the Doctor. It’s wrong! Plan wrong! Shame shame shame ! When our politicians could make sure the Department of health can be fair to everyone? First thing to do: Have the picture of the client on the health care card... Or is it too expansive to do? And to the clinic located beside Shopper Drug Mart! To refuse the card on the purpose you want to prevent fraud... I think there is an ethic and moral issue. I won’t leave it at that...

Never in my life have I ever been refused help with my medications. I have offered to have my medical records faxed over to prove, PROVE, that I have been on the meds that I need to function properly in the world for over a decade. Instead I get told that "Oh sorry, we don't do that here" Then why was I given a prescription from this clinic twice for the meds?! "Well you have to see your family doctor" I'm on the wait list to get one. I explained that I was off my meds due to them running out and me trying to call everyday to state I need to see a doctor but getting told the clinic is full. I explained that I'm suffering from insomnia and the ability to do my job. They couldn't give a care, nothing. No help. Never have I felt like I was being treated like a inconvenience rather than a person in my life. Never. Avoid at all cost. You are not human to these people, you're a number.

My daughter had a sore throat and fever had an appointment for 11am as called in early saw Dr Jules N Melanson, he was great, had a prescription and diagnosis within 15 minutes. It's great to have these clinics when you need to see a dr and unable to get into your family dr. Thank you

Tried to see Dr. for possible ear infection, told to got to small town ER for quicker service. Covid was the excuse. If you can’t see patients, close the place and stop sucking up tax payer money for turning people away. Another glaring problem in the bloated health care system that’s a gong show of epic waste.

No one ever answers the phone there. Called about 50 times last week, and voicemail over and over. Calling today for my son. Said the phone lines open at 1pm, and it's 1:20pm and last weeks message still comes up. Been like this for a number of years. Tired of it. (Sept. 8/20) Called again today because my Dr is full and got voicemail again. Surprise surprise!!! The voicemail said they will reopen September 8th, and it's now Oct. 8th. Can't even be bothered to update the voicemail message. Done with this place.

I called at 20:40 just for advice if I could get some sleeping pills(which I only took once in my life &79 years old] It is the BLOOD thinner that I took @ 1800 & all I wanted to know if they could or could not be taken with this medication. I haven't had restful sleep in five nights. Certainly disappointed that you were already closed. Oh well I hope this privatization will stop before the medicare pioneered by the Hon Tommy Douglas is totally privatized. We are not Americans we like to take care of the less fortunate in our society. Good night hope you will sleep tight ,I know I won't.

It’s 5 pm on a Sunday and it should be open until 9 . It’s closed. No signs to suggest why? Awful when you need a doctor. Called ahead and line was busy.. couldn’t leave a message. Unreliable! Do not count on them.

You get to see the doctor within 15 mins of your arrival. But the doctors here dont greet you..instead straight away ask how can i help you and they dont look at you, they quickly write some prescription and they are out. I have been here several times and i am done with them.

You would be better to go to the Actual HOSPITAL - SERVICE IS EQUIVALENT TO A TRASHBAG. Not Personable and do not abide to appointments scheduled. I get people coming in with little to no ailments but don't be short with clients, if they have questions humor them with the appreciation that they give you work, and provide service based upon personality. People are not going to be happy when they are sick, so it's your job as the MD to be better and listen and try your best to not give Helpless motivation. Asking for information about getting your own family MD don't shut an individual down and don't be pompous about your own Malpractice. I never write things like this and very respectful to the Doctorate industry,very frustrated with this and I needed to voice this to hopefully not fall of false ears. You know who you are and don't be nieve to the situation. Work harder for you Patiences!

Made an appointment last week for Friday...they canceled...rescheduled for toady after six.. they left a voice mail...didn't call...and canceled again...need a medical for class one...I asked for a discount cause they canceled twice ...she hung up.. Pretty sure if I canceled 2 appointments I would have to pay ....yes? P .....

What a joke, my wife made an appointment a day before, the day of the appointment they cancelled and postponed for the next day, I take her there and there was no one, the they said ther were open but not even calling. And they were the ones that scheduled even the time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING HERE.

Yes, there’s waiting time to book an appointment, or to see the doctor, but I never had to wait for more than 20 minutes or so, which is better that any ER I went to. Staff is straight to the point because they’re busy, but always courteous. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

Been there twice. Nice and quick service WHEN you do have an appointment. Sadly calling there to even talk to someone is terrible. I called about 20 times for 2 days each. No one picks up the phone. Your best bet is to go there yourself and book an appointment in person.

Their phone lines say they open at 9am but for a month straight I’ve been calling at least 15-30 times a day to try to get through and they send you straight to voice mail… just trying to renew a prescription.

Always goes straight to voicemail, but you’re not allowed to leave a message? I understand things are crazy right now with Covid or whatever but honestly at least let me leave a callback number :( The receptionist was quite nice, though, so thats good, but they sent me to a different clinic to get a referral and i found out over a month later my referral was never sent. Kinda irresponsible if you ask me, so if I die from this skin cancer we have our culprit to blame.

Ive called over 50 times from the time the line opens and i never seem to get threw. Ive went in herd the secretary saying they are booked when no one was even in office. Ive also waited an hour after my appointment was booked to see a dr with a 10month old baby. They are very unorganized and not there for the patients at all. They need better medical clinics in moncton considering there is so many people without family drs.

Receptionist is screening the patient incorrectly. I explained my symptom, she said in my case doctor has to asess in person but because of the red phase her doctor is not seeing anyone thus to call other clinic or go to emergency. I asked if doctor can at least call me back as I think it's a sinus infection and needed saline spray prescription. She insisted doctor needs to see me. I called other Clinic explained exactly the same way, the receptionist put me through to talk to doctor who prescribed me the drug over the phone.

Do NOT use this clinic, they are rude, pompos they want the easy money, soar thoats, infected ears. My daughter has acne they will not take her because there is a follow up, can you believe it. As i probed on I asked so you are a private clinic, she confirmed she also added they can pick who they want to see! CAN YOU IMAGINE if you said that to one of your customers, clients... Its time we make these private clinics take responsibility with thier after hour clinics. How dare they say they are a after hour clinic. My past 40 years going to a after house clinic is: I have no family doctor, I am sick or injured but do not need a hospital. STAY AWAY try the superstore clinics.

Lines were busy for an hour. When I got ahold of someone she put me on hold for 5 minutes. I explain my reason for needing to see a doctor. She proceeded to tell me that, "the clinic does not have time to deal with people like you." She gave me a different number to call. I think everyone deserves to speak with a doctor regardless of the reasoning. I am almost certain that the receptionist DOES NOT have the right to refuse that. Worst experience ever.

My first time using an after hours clinic. My own Dr couldn't see me and suggested I try an after hours clinic. I called this one around 1:30pm and the receptionist was lovely. I described my symptoms and she agreed I did need a Dr for this. She gave me an appointment for 4:30. The Dr was running a bit behind, but not by much. He was quick and efficient and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Went there because of a neck injury told him on the phone that I would possibly need short term papers filled out reception told me no problem talk to Dr. when I get there once I got there and was assessed by the doctor and went back to reception a different receptionist told me no we do not fill out short term papers I said I told the receptionist on the phone that’s why I was coming in because I couldn’t work with the existing injury she continue toRefused to fill out my paperwork.I don’t care if you’re publicly or privately funded you still have a responsibility to your patients especially when you tell them one thing on the phone and another once they get there.

Receptionist is more then useless since they answer 1 out of 50 calls(PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY OR VOICE MAIL KICKS IN). Also not sure why they give out scheduled times cause they quadruple (yep you read that right) book every 15 minute bloc so you end up waiting 1 to 2 hours every time..by far the worst clinic in all of greather moncton area

Literally can never get through! Either I get a busy signal or the answering machine comes on saying they are away or on another line. When i am there i do not see the secretary on the phone that much. Do they just leave the phone off the hook all day?

So discouraged. I've gone here a few times, and I honestly don't know why I bothered calling back the last time I tried. The doctor I've always had was always nosy (trying to find out about things that had nothing to do with the reason I was there). I am a student from Saint John working in Moncton full time for the summer, so to go home to my doctor I would need to take a minimum half a day off work plus pay gas money (which I can't afford right now) so I tried to go into this clinic to change my medication. I was told to go to emerg. or my family doctor, to change birth control pills. I think emerg has better things to do with their time like saving people's lives. Get real. I then called the clinic down the road and they took me in that night no problem.

I called right at 9 am on a Sunday and the receptionist took my information and my reason for calling. She asked me to email over a picture of my issue and said the doctor would call me within an hour. The doctor called at 45 minutes and we had an over the phone appointment and she sent my prescription to my closet pharmacy 30 minutes after that. No complaints.

The wife called Thursday to make an appointment. Said "schedule wasnt out yet" and they would call the next day (friday) never got a call, cant book appointment until friggen Tuesday now. She NEEDS her birth control, we just had a baby not planning another one for a while. Cannot depend on this place at all

First time at the clinic, the wait time was great. In and out within 20 minutes but the downside to that seems to be that they're more worried about getting as many in and out as fast as possible than really listening to what's wrong. Specifically told the front desk when asked what medications I'm allergic to and the doctor prescribed it anyway.

I've always been happy with the service I got. Quick and efficient until today. I got in for my "scheduled" 2:30pm didnt see the doctor till almost 3... No big deal... it was my experience with the doctor.. He listened to what was going on. Checked the usuals and said no infections. Now I am a larger woman and I am usually asked about diabetes and things related to weight. However when this doctor asked. I said can that be causing this issue. He said "No, but I have time and you need to hear this" so he proceeded to give me a lecture about being overweight. This doctor didn't know me, didn't know my history and I truly felt like this showed a lack of professionalism and I walked out feeling personally attacked. Not good...

It's impossible to get a person on the phone! I started call at 9am right to 6pm and only ever got a voicemail. Just a little tip to whom it may concern, IF YOUR FULLY BOOKED SAY THAT ON THE VOICE RECORDING!!! save us the time and effort so we can try some other place. ????

there's a reason this clinic has over 100 1 star reviews. The receptionists alone are enough to keep people from wanting to seek medical attention here, and that's IF you can get through in the first place. Ruth was horrible to deal with and made me feel like asking for an appointment was a huge burden, and then proceeded to lie and say that the doctor would have to call me, which made no sense because I was calling to make an appointment to see a doctor...In the background I could hear whoever the other receptionist was giving the person on her line a hard time also. I ended up waiting until one of the other locations opened and called there, I've never been one to leave bad reviews but this experience was horrible and if you're in a profession dealing with people at their most vulnerable time you should at least pretend to enjoy your job.

One of the receptionists here does not know how to do her job. I've been told I had to go to the emergency room for a routine prescription refill only to have the emergency doctor call the clinic to not-so-politely tell them to do their job and then send me down there to get the prescription. I couldn't get in touch with my doctor lately so I went again today for the same prescription and the same person once again told me that they can't fill it and I have to go to emergency.

Extremely frustrating. I called about 20 separate times this morning to try to book an apointment, the phone never even rang, at right to voicemail. Finally go all the way out there nadia they're booked. Needed to study anyway, so I asked if she could call me if there was a cancelation, I dont care if theres no garanti. She refused. So I guess I'm missing a day off work tomorrow that I cant afford because the rash I have all over my body could be contagious. This isn't the first review of this kind I've seen either.She recommended the emergency... that's what walk ins are for, to avoid unnecessary cases in emerg.

Worst experience I have ever had at a clinic. I was rushed in and out. Doctor didn't even give me the chance to ask questions or ask for a note for work. I was told it was "viral" and to go home without him even examining me. I'll never return. I'd rather sit in emerg for 15hrs.

Absolute worst clinic in Moncton. The clinic opens at 9 but the clerks dont pick up the phone before 11-12. Had to physically drive their to book an appointment later that day multiple times.. Plus they've both got horrible attitudes and they double book every single 15 min block they have. Just pathetic really
