He has the worst receptionist I ever encountered! Rude and inefficient...... made appt for my husband for a full physical.... weeks in advance. We live out of town. When we arrived for his appt (WRITTEN IN HER HANDWRITING) we found the office closed.... nobody there. Called next day and was told they had closed the office that day. I asked why we had not been notified, she said "oh well, everyone makes mistakes". I told her I had been a medical secretary many years and I would have been fired, she said "things have changed since then" !! She promises to do something and six days later I remind her.... still not done! Wish I could get another GP.

Pharmacy customer service is great with friendly staff. Online booking is awful. I had booked an appointment to speak with the doctor regarding a serious matter. There were only three tabs available to be able to choose from for concern of appointment, which none were related to what i was booking for. I received an appointment time and date but received no phone call. After visiting the walk in clinic they informed me that the doctor had actually said he spoke with me directly when he indeed did not. After that incident i decided to find a new health care provider and had asked to be disenrolled. After emailing the receptionist twice i am still not disenrolled and had to contact Health Care Connect myself to have the forms sent directly to the doctors office after it being months of trying to enroll myself online. 10/10 not satisfied with my visits and would not recommend to anyone.

I am disgusted to read any bad reviews written in the past year....WE ARE IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC How dare you people? These poor doctors and receptionist have risked their health and family’s health every day! Worked endlessly to provide you health care. They’re exhausted! All while you sit behind your computers whining that your appointment had to be moved or how you weren’t derostered at your convenience. SHAME ON YOU! Entitled and unappreciative!

So disappointed ????.they booked my appointment for three times in different weeks.i dint get any call i don't understand if you are not gonna call your patients then why are you booking the appointment and when m calling them no body attend the phone calls. one time the front desk lady told me that she doesn't have time for me.is this the way you treat your patient??.SO SO SO RUDE.

@ Judy Larmand our office does not accept email prescription requests. Please ask your pharmacy to fax our office your renewal. We do apologize for our phone lines being busy, best time to call is after 2pm

O my god.The lady is so rude .I am not at all happy with the way they deal .booking the appointment but doctor never calls.such a waste of time .

I Was a patient of Dr Zehedy for 3 + years, never once did he even give me a physical exam, in fact I dont recall him ever doing anything but speaking to me.If you asked him for a referral to see a specialist, or to get testing done ,yes he would do that for you,but you would have to suggest it,not once did he diagnose or recommend anything, short of throwing a general IBS diagnosis at an ongoing abdominal issue when he ran out of tests and ideas to throw at it.Now ,the icing in the cake, after over 3 years of him being my family Doctor ( despite his many misgivings) ,when another serious medical issue came up with me, i contacted his office to follow up after the ER visit, only to find out that he is no longer my doctor,no notice, no referral to another doctor, and in fact,the receptionist was so rude and disrespectful,( basically her attitude was it wasnt her problem and she didnt care).So yeh,after 3 plus years of very sub par service, and an abrupt, unexpected and very rude ending at the hands of his receptionist, who didnt have the common decency to send a simple email at the very least to inform me that I no longer had a family Doctor.I am now without a family doctor,and noone to follow up with regarding a serious medical issue.So in my opinion, i dont believe Dr Zehedy deserves to be practicing, and seems to be only interested in making money,not caring for patients.

Called to get an appointment as website mentioned "Accepting New patient". I was on hold for over 20 Minutes!!! and after she took the phone and without any apology said "Yes". I said "so you are accepting new patient?" and she said "No" and then hang up!!! What? First of all if you are busy, do not pick the phone to keep people on hold for over 20 minutes. Second, update your website, third, being a bit polite would not be a bad idea specially as a representative of a doctor. I had good experience with the pharmacist.

Used the new Medeo Booking and requested an appt. with Dr. Zahedy for Wed. June 10th. Received confirmation. 10 a.m. came and went and no phone call from Dr. Z. Called and spoke to the girl who said, no you don't have an appt. today. After relaying my problems, she said he'd phone around 11:30. It's now 1:11 and no phone call. Saw Dr. Z February 28th, had 7 abnormal blood work readings and he didn't change any prescriptions or do anything about any of them. What's going on I used to really have faith and trust in him. Now I'm not so sure.
