It's usually quite busy. The majority of patients are Chinese. The receptionist/nurse at the front desk can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. There are 2 male doctors, one European and the other is Chinese. There is also a female staff who works with the cardiac machinery.

Dr Lai is horrible. Please avoid. Doesn’t want to help people and doesn’t have patience to listen. He asked the same questions three times and we answered three times too. But somehow he still complained us not listening to his questions.....didn’t pay any attention at all. Even we asked questions, he is just so cold and ignored us. The most importantly. Dr Lie changed our dose without notice for no reason. Our dose is referred by specialist and shouldn’t be changed until next follow up appointment. The pharmacist reminded us so that we know.otherwise we are increasing dose without any medical recommendation. The most horrible day with this doctor and he shouldn’t be a doctor if he doesn’t want to listen to his patients.

This place has absolutely no respect for appointments. Brought my family memeber in 15 mins prior to their appoimtment and waited for over an hour and a half. Finding a new family doctor asap.

If I can make zero star for this clinic I will do that with no doubt. I made an appointment a week ahead for my hand stitch removing from cut, but two days before the appointment I was told that day they closed!!!!!! And I need to ask a day off to meet their schedule !!! Why they can't let me know earlier or on the day I called??? They let the patient to pay the price for their mistakes. whats worse, their options for me is to accept their time or get another family doctor, OK will do that asap. Hope this help people to avoid this trash.

Dr Lai is cold, rude, and very dismissive. He is always stressed and irritated. For example, when I asked to be referred to a specialist at a certain hospital, his first reply was, "What makes you think they'll take you?" Who talks like that to a patient? This man is unfit to be a doctor! Every phone call I have to put up with his attitude, and my blood pressure rises. On the other hand, I find the receptionist to be Ok. She is less rude than the doctor.

This place is awful. I came around 10:45am and finished registering at 11am. They told me to come back in 2 hours because they were really busy so I came back in 2 hours and was told to have a seat. After an hour and a half of waiting, I went up to reception and asked if it’ll be much longer because it was now 3 hours and a half since I registered but I still wasn’t called. The lady had no idea who I was but told me to have a seat again when I told her I’ve been here since 11am. I thought she’ll call me soon knowing I was there since 11 but another 20 minutes go by with her calling other people in. So I went up to her again to ask her how much longer again (also it was almost 3pm at this point and I had to pick up my son by 3:30). Again she looks like she had no idea who I was and told me that they were delayed and that there are about 5 people in front of me. You’re telling me they’re still seeing patients from 10 am in the morning? Well I couldn’t wait anymore because I had to go pick up my son so I had to leave therefore my whole day was pretty much wasted waiting around to see this walk in doctor and not even being able to see one. Don’t waste your time here like I did.
