Hobbled in with my walker 10 am and got to the rude receptionist who said "didnt you see the sign you have to be here at *8am *to get in " i politely said no didnt see a sign am watching where I am walking with my walker a man was kind enough to open the door, and my Dr said I could come here now I have a Dr after 2yrs here and said 8:30 am to 4:30pm as does this broucher he gave me she abruptly and rudly said no i told you you have to be here at 8am as we are booked for the day now VERY RUDE YOUNG GIRL ..Then i told a lady I know sitting there I will go to the one by Giant tiger they always take you Dr or no booked or now which I did and got everything done there that the Dr wouldnt even do..priceless.

We are so blessed to have this service available to us!! The front desk and clinical staff are very respectful and helpful. I have had to use the walk in service many times and they have been extremely professional and accommodating. I thank them every time I have used their services. So grateful for this clinic. They fill in the gaps when you can't see your doctor and have so many other health services. The staff are patient and kind.

It should be called doctors office just drove there with sick son to find out because we don't have a doctor there they can't see him. THIS SHOULD BE A COMMUNITY WALK IN.

Never been treated so disrespectfully in my life trying to get help for my child that has been sick for 5 days , when I asked if being respected was optional she hung up on me !!! She wouldn't even tell me the location of the place and cut me off Everytime I tried to ask a question ! Extremely Rude , and unprofessional ; I could not in good conscience bring my 5YEAR OLD daughter into this place ! Especially when she's sick and cranky and not in a great mood ? Who wants to be around nasty people when they are sick ??? NOONE Highly DO NOT recommend

This is NOT a walk in clinic. So many people think it is and they get upset when they are turned away. The walk in clinic is at the Huronia Mall.
