I saw RN Jennifer today excellent caring ..I had a wait but there are stores there she said I could go wander with my walker as the room full I did . She even kept telling everyone she will get to them how many in que and sorry for the wait exempelary never seen that before. Plus she even took care of all of my needs which I had 23 of and went the extra mile for one of them as the other person involved didnt have up to date information as to forms .WOW she did everything fro me I had been trying to get a new Dr and other places I couldnt get in cause I was past 8am their close off paitent time done THANK YOU JENNIFER XOXOX YOU MADE AN ELDERLY LADIES DAY

I want to start off by saying that making an appointment for a WALK-IN CLINIC is ridiculous. I called to book an appointment earlier this morning for 12:20 same day. Received a confirmation text and everything. Drove 20 minutes to get to the clinic to be completely refused my appointment because apparently I wasn't on her special list of the day. Another woman was there as well and she had the exact same issue as I did and the same booking time as well. The lady who was there refused to even see me or the other woman because we were not on her list even though we SHOWED her our confirmed appointment. She was not compassionate at all and told us to take it up with head office. People come to walk-in clinics because they need help and antibiotics, like I do, and are turned away. DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC.

This is the best clinic that I have attended in the Midland area. During my daughters visit today, the NP was fantastic and the doctor via webcam was professional. A very fast on-point service and team. Thank you!

Probably typical of Canadian healthcare, but the wait was rather long and consulting with MD over webcam was difficult due to microphone feedback. The nurse was great however. CA$50 for a 3 minute Skype call, basic examination by the nurse and a prescription. Private insurance (foreign) did NOT expedite anything.

For something simple like the flu or an ear infection, which my daughter had, I cannot say enough good things about this location. The service was fast I was overall extremely Impressed, Sarah was even great at answering all my questions ! Thank you!!!!

I have not been myself, but for those rating a one, are you aware of the see and treat at Georgian Bay General Hospital. It’s for non emergency visits and it’s open 24 hours through the Emergency department. No need to drive to Barrie and back.

I see a lot of these reviews referencing an NP but what this clinic actually has is an RPN - two very different types of nurses and levels of schooling. Although she was fairly personable she was also quite judgemental and after a three hour wait for a five minute phone call with the doctor - who told me I needed to make an appointment to be examined by a real doctor- I left feeling like this setup is a bit of a joke. Overall I am not impressed and I won't be using this service again.

Waited almost 1.5 hours with only 1 person in front of me. Nice nurse - but 8 days later and still no follow up for an ultrasound. I should have gone to Barrie.

First visit was today I only waited 20 mins to be seen. The nurse Sarah was amazing they listen,not once did I feel rushed. The Doctor I talked to Via webcam was thorough and informative. I would highly reccomend this clinic.

My husband needed assistance after heart surgery and our family doctor was away on vacation. We went to the clinic and he saw a RPN that helped him in a kind and respectful way. After an evaluation, he was able to connect with a Doctor through Telemedicine. The doctor and nurse reviewed his concerns and were able to provide medication to help with his discomfort. Nice to have this service available in Midland, Ontario. I would certainly recommend this service and the courteous staff when you have a medical need.

Nurses are nice and helpful, but I was given a referral months ago and just called back again to check in. They have no information on which doctor the referral will even be to?? I will not be going back to this clinic.. The first time I went I was misdiagnosed and didn't even get a call back to tell me to stop the treatment until I called them first to ask about results. Probably a fine clinic if you have a simple virus or easily diagnosed problem.

Check your medical records for lies and inaccuracies. Especially if the team came to no resolution for your symptoms. I thought the nurses were kind until I read my medical records.

Beware at Good Doctors there's actually no doctor on duty. They use telemedicine. If you need to see a doctor best to go to emerge.

Booked virtual call on 2 separate days and no return call from doctor oth days. They ask for your health card info to bill OHIP but don’t do the service. Be careful of this SCAM.
