I’ve been meeting with Jennifer for over a year, and it’s been life-changing. I’ve met with various social workers and psychologists on and off since my teens but with limited success as I’d never found someone with whom I was comfortable enough to delve into the root issues behind my struggles. Jennifer is compassionate, open, insightful, and witty (when appropriate). Our sessions are flexible and tailored to my needs at the time. If you’re new to therapy, remember that growth is often uncomfortable and slow; the sessions that leave you feeling vulnerable and raw are usually the ones that create the foundation for the most significant changes.

My husband and I met with Jennifer only one time for a 90 minute appointment. We had a second appointment with her which she forgot about (we sat outside of her office for 30 minutes waiting for her) then she decided that she did not want to with with us. Which is fair, but I really do not think that is a decision that can be made after after one visit. I am not sure that she would be very effective with couples seeking help if that is her attitude.

From the beginning I feel as though Jennifer "got me". She has not only helped me move into a better loving place mentally, she has assisted and guided my partner and I into a much more positive, loving and understanding relationship.
