I had an amazing deep tissue massage from Sue-Ann. It worked wonders, my neck pain is gone and my lower back feels so much better. I've made it a monthly event. I'm addicted to Active north.

I recently had a massage at Activenorth Midland and it was amazing. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. The massage itself was incredible, very relaxing. I already booked my next appointment. Looking forward to trying out their other services they offer as well.
