Came in just after 9, the receptionist was nice and quick. The wait wasn't long and the treatment itself seemed thorough and got me what I needed in a timely manner. Location is good, convenient for those in the south hill area.

JINU’S EASY COOKING

Today my family (me my husband and two children's they 7&4)went to this clinic first time at 4.45 pm four girls standing on the reception we are the only client there .they told as 1.30 hour was the waiting time if you need appointment ?we deiced to wait said yes.when we sitting in the front area one girls told as to go inside to wait .Then we went inside while waiting there our kids play and laugh one girl came to said we are getting phone calls and disturbing our jobs very rudely .we said sorry to her. after 30 second another girl came in said we r getting disturb with kids laugh .so we decide to leave this place my husband told her we r leaving she didn't say a single word to us we feel like a little racism never recommend to go there. this our first and last visit we just went to the hospital for emergency just few block away.

Just moved to Medicine Hat and unfortunately have had to seek medical help twice in the past month. Both visits I was treated with kindness and compassion. I was attended to by different physicians at each visit and they both listened to my concerns and reassured me they were there to help. I am forever grateful for their care. The office staff were also professional and supportive (keep up the good work).

I vist this medical clinic as walk-in, waiting time was not that long. Both receptionist are friendly. Doctor was ok but unfortunately she doesn’t have answer to the reason why i came to see a doctor. But she gave me a prescription to try if it works. Not much information given to me. I like the looks of the clinic, spacious and looks new. This is just my experience.

The clinic was able to get my son in as a walk in fairly quick. They were able to provide him his prescription even though we aren’t from Medicine Hat. The staff and doctor were super friendly! Definitely recommend this clinic

The receptionist staff and nurses are awesome, caring kind and understanding. And two of the doctors we've seen here are great, the British guy and the East Indian woman are very good doctors. There is another doctor here however that has really bad bedside manner, felt as though we were an annoyance to him, he doesn't listen at all to your issues, he only wants to tell you his two second diagnosis. We've been coming here because it's convenient and we can't find a family doctor, but because of this extremely rude doctor, we won't be coming back.

I went into the walk-in clinic for neck pain. First time in. I really like office environment, nicely decorated and calming. The time in the waiting room was short and the doctor was efficient without being rushed..He faxed in my prescription and it was less than hour from stepping into the office to picking up my medication was less than hour.

The doctors are amazing and I love that they’re open 9-9 daily. But the receptionist staff need to be worked on. I should not have to go back to my car and cry because the blonde one decided I was the person she was going to unleash her bad day on by being incredibly rude. Like I said before, establishment is wonderful. Just very rude receptionist.

Most useless clinic in Medicine Hat. They order tests but, when you go back to get your results, you get told to go to the hospital because they dont have Netcare, and are unable to get results for the tests that THEY ordered. Go elsewhere to receive better medical treatment.

Would definitely not recommend this clinic! Waited for two hours with my sick 3 year old to be told by the doctor it's probably covid and to go get him tested before she would even look at him. Could have just saved the time and asked if he had been tested recently at the front desk prior to making us wait. Not everyone who has a cold or congestion has covid! Thankfully we have an amazing emergency room who did a rapid covid test on us ( negative btw) and looked after my little man within half an hour today.

Very happy with our experience!! Went in to walk-in with a 3 year old with an ear infection. They got us in right away and Dr. W Kriel was amazing with my little one. He was so friendly and made him a little stick puppet. We are between doctors right now and one thing I've missed when seeing others is the friendly bed side manner. Dr. Kriel actually SAW us, we weren't just ppl in a room, even though our interaction was short, I will remember it. Thank you so much Hill Clinic.

The medical care was top notch. The doctor was confident and provided clear information on my diagnosis and how best to treat it. The interactions between the staff and doctors was respectful but relaxed which is always a good sign in a medical office. I had about a 40 minute wait to see the doctor. This was a shorter wait than expected and clearly indicated on the app, so I was ok with it. However, I spent that 40 minutes listening to the staff complain about their experiences with the various schools, teachers and administrators. I found this distracting, a little bit uncomfortable--especially when it seemed (I don't know for sure but) they were talking about a family member--and unprofessional.

Love this clinic! My family doctor practices out of here and she is amazing. Its very handy that you can see any doctor on call from 9 am to 9 pm. Best hours for a walk in clinic ever! The staff at the front is always very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about the Hill Centre!

Nice receptionists and facility. The Doctor on the other hand IS useless . Ive been there twice and both times I spent about less then 15 mins with him and neither times he looked at what was wrong and just told me that If it was an emergency I should be at the emergency room and that going there was a waste of his and my time. ((Neither times WERE emergencies)) and both times Id been specifically told to go there via health link. I am extremely upset and very worried that others are being talked to like this and mistreated. If you can go to another clinic I would if i were you!

Misdiagnosed the wife with a STI. Something we both knew was not accurate and so we took the drive to emerg and well it turns out she actually had low blood pressure and a minor kidney infection. No idea how that Doctor came up with his diagnoses but he should go back to school and not take guesses on people's health. The ladies though at the front desk where intelligent and clearly more schooled than others in the office
