Ive been to many doctors over the years and have never dealt with someone so caring and concerned with their patients. Dr.Daramola is my saving grace, they always have time for you and have walk ins just for their patients which is so so so convenient! Their reception is fantastic. Great clinic all around. I recommend this place to anyone that says they need a new family doctor.

The worst doctors in town. I went to two different female doctors. How do they get their doctor's license ?! They spent less than 5 minutes on me and were rude and inattentive. They made an impression of non-professionals. I do not recommend this clinic.

Reception and doctors are super friendly and caring. Doctors have always been a big anxiety trigger for me, but I can go to this clinic without panic or worry because of how kind everyone is. It's easy to get an appointment and the walk-in wait is never too long. I have a good experience every time I go in and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Went in to get a copy of my children's health records to show they have a referral have been refused copies of my children's health records repeatedly and now told if I want copiesI can make an appointment with the doctor by the women at the front desk. Pretty sure I have the right to my childrens health records... Edit to respond to owners reply:: I still have not recieved the children's medical records like originally requested. I recieved a letter confirming they had been referred but not when they have been referred. I believe this is due to the referral never happening until I chased it up again.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. After bringing up the patient charter of rights for Alberta, the male Daramola became abusive and told us to take him to the college of physicians. My wife had to leave for her safety and he dropped us both as patients. There is no topic of conversation, even suicide, that should prompt this type of reaction from a professional and no reason to drop both of us as patients when the appointment was for my wife - unless he was on some sort of power trip. Their zero tolerance policy is only there so they can throw it in your face if they want to - and they do it often in these reviews, calling themselves the victim. They do not follow their policy themselves. Read these reviews and realize it would be best to stay away from this clinic. If not, you will likely be putting up your own one star review and be attack by them for it.

Horrible clinic! I wear a full clear medical mask as I suffer from alot of medical conditions. I was asked to put a mask over my mask that is medical! And expressed that I couldn't due to medical conditions. But expressed that my mask was a medical one and was told to leave then If I couldn't wear 2 masks. have reported this. Also every single time you go there you wait for a long time. Both times I tried this clinic sat there for 2 hours. Highly recommend going anywhere but here.

I switched to this clinic. I can’t remember the name of my new doctor but it’s not either of the Daramola’s. She’s a new doctor at the clinic. I waited a long time for my appointment, which would be fine I understand this happens often at the doctors office. Except she was in a huge rush with me because of this. I was in there for 5 minutes max. I have yet to find a doctor who will take my endometriosis seriously. I told her how many times I’ve tried different birth controls and they haven’t worked. She didn’t ask my experience with them or why they didn’t work for me. I also told her I have an ovarian cyst and she didn’t even address that. She told me there’s no way I can get any surgery, and didn’t even bother to discuss any other options. It’s basically just “birth control or suffer” (she didn’t say this but that’s essentially how I feel the appointment went). I hope this review gets anybody’s attention who can help me. I’m going to book another appointment to tell her this birth control isn’t working, and I’m wondering if there’s any way I can book a guaranteed amount of time. I’m tired of leaving the doctors crying and frustrated. I understand there is no perfect treatment for endometriosis but I would just like to discuss all of my possible options and get referred to a gynaecologist. Thank you for taking me in as a new patient anyways, your receptionists are very kind.

Super friendly staff. I have had the pleasure of both Dr. DARAMOLAs seeing me, and have been impressed with each. There is quite a clinic there, offering a variety of different services. Counseling services as well. Timely!

We have been seeing Dr Daramola for years and find her to be very thorough. She also remembers issues from previous visits, and double checks of those issues have been resolved. My kids really like going to see both Dr Daramola’s.

I've never experienced a doctor that walks away in the middle of a patient trying to speak to her, cuts her off in the middle of speaking and then when told its rude to be doing so says they want to drop the person as a patient. All over trying to get a referral. That still hasn't even been sent out. The most ridiculous experience I've ever had with a "doctor".

Walk in is only for their registered patients. They don’t advertise that but turn you away when you get there. Zero stars but that’s not an option. It’s not really walk in for anyone but the beauty spa patients.

Reception desk fantastic. My daughter and I were rejected as patients by Dr Daramola when we had made appointments specifically to do a meet and greet and for my daughter to get a prescription. We each had 30 min appointments booked and were taken in 20 minutes late and together we were only in the office for under 20 minutes. When the dr said she was not going to discuss the prescription we were unhappy and asked why. The doctor and nurse repeatedly interrupted and when I tried to explain that when making the appointment I had very specifically asked if she would be able to do both or if I needed two appointments they kept interrupting and blaming the front desk staff. I was shocked at that. The receptionists were so great and in my opinion the booking staff should never be thrown under the bus. It is very unprofessional. The Dr and nurse were both very aggressive and unwilling to listen. After the doctor left I told the nurse that I was disappointed in the fact that we had not been heard and had not had our appointment with the doctor that were were booked for honored. We then went to the front and booked another appointment but were later called and told the dr rejected us. They will respond to this with the pat answer that has been given to every unhappy patient (we have a zero tolerance for aggression) rather than taking any ownership of the situation. I was upset but not aggressive and definitely not rude. There are ways to get points across without being rude but people tend to get directness from females confused with being rude. If asking questions about your health and questioning why the Dr can't spend the time you're booked for with you is aggression and rudeness in their opinion then I think they need to reexamine some definitions. I have never felt so overlooked and unimportant to a Doctor, especially one that is advertising for new patients.
