I have never had any problems with this clinic and I have been going for over 4 years. Be it walk-in clinic, scheduled appointment, or an emergency appointment. They have been nothing but professional, kind, courteous, and generous in terms of advice. I have 2 young boys, that have been given nothing but the best care, and respect. Dr. Mi is our family Doctor , he is a good man and doctor, who always takes the time, who follows through with care, and genuinely cares about your well being. He is good at what he does. I do not have a single complaint about this clinic and in fact believe this is one of the best places I have ever been or treated so well at. Reading these reviews leaves me in shock... I can not believe these reviews are from the same place @___@
Only doctors office I trust my family with. Dr Jeraj and Dr Lysak are amazing!!
Lady at front desk was normal, not rude or anything. Wait was long but that’s what you can expect for a walk-in. Would go back (:
They do not call you to remind about appointment and Dr lazarevic is worst doctor I ever seen. He does not care about your health. He need you to came back again and again just to charge AB governement for every visit. Useless doctor. Visit him is just loosing time.
Dr.C is all that and a bag of chips, so glad I transferred my medical file here.
Just moved from Ontario a couple days ago and went to this clinic because it was the closest to our new location. I have been there only once but my experience with Dr. Sergiu Ciubotaru was great, he was very kind and professional. Also the lady on the front desk was very friendly.
The doctors are great, but the receptionist is a nightmare. She's bigoted and rude, zero effort to not be plain awful.
Short or very little wait time with scheduled appts. Excellent service & professional care received on every occasion from both staff & physician. Couldn't ask for better & would highly recommend this clinic.
I'm wondering if some people are posting about a Crescent Heights Clinic in another city. I've most always had good receptionist/assistants at this clinic I've been visiting for over 10 years. I've been with Dr. Lagadin since Dr. Cameron moved across the city. She is pleasant, caring and seems knowledgeable.
There is one receptionist there that is truly awful. Something should be done. She has been so terrible to me so many times that the thought of going to see my doctor gives me so much anxiety I would literally rather die of cancer than interact with her. Also they never call to confirm appointments which I really think they should.
I had an appointment booked for over a month ago. Phoned to get an address and the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me, asking for information, when all I wanted was an address. Got there early and waited for over 2 and a half hours just to see the doctor. Even when I asked how much longer it would take, I was rudely told 15 minutes. As I sat down the lady started complaining about me asking how much longer it would take. I finally saw the doctor and it took a total of 2 minutes. I'm never coming back to this place again
Very slow But awesome Doctor
This is a large clinic with many doctors and they are open almost every day of the year. Every encounter I've ever had, with any of the staff, at this clinic was an exemplary display of courtesy and professionalism.
I been with this clinic for a total of 6 years. In this last year the medical clinic had some unfortunate incidents. Which I have taken into consideration but when I was not even notified of having to see a new physician and wait for 2 months to see him. I thought fine...but when the day came to see him they had a bomb scare so I called to rebook my appointment the next day. The reciptionists ill mannered tone of we're booking into January. I politely explained the situation and asked what I should do...I was left in silence...so I said maybe I should find somewhere else to go. She was ok bye. So bye felicia...me and my family will go else where...and I will continue to tell people of your dispassionate nature. My family and I will seek professionalism with compassionate caring understanding receptionists.
The Doctors here are excellent but I am leaving this clinic because the admin are so consistently awful to interact with. I know these are busy times, but this clinic constantly cancels appointments with minimal notice after I've waited months just to renew prescriptions or get test results. They expect this flexibility on their end but if you need to change an appointment time they will make you wait an additional month. They are dismissive, offer no alternatives and will not allow me to speak with or leave a message for my family doctor. Any attempt to politely find a solution are met with remarkable rudeness. I have been trying to get a diagnosis for over a year but due to the repeated months long delays between appointments I have not been able to get results or treatment. My overall health has declined dramatically because of this. I am not the kind of person who likes to complain or cause a fuss but I think staff being deliberately unkind and unhelpful to people who aren't well is unacceptable. I can't imagine how they treat more vulnerable people. This clinic needs to review their admin team, in particular the office manager. I intend to contact them directly about my concerns, but do your self a favor and find another clinic until reviews improve.
I called asking to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude telling me that no doctors were taking new patients. I explained that I had been there before and was not a new patient so she looked me up and told me that I was no longer a patient because I was nine days over my "expired" period. She then told me she could ask my doctor but and I quote "it's not looking good I wouldn't even bother." I asked if she could see anyway and she said she'd see and get back to me and hung up without taking any of my contact information and without saying goodbye
I was lucky enough to be placed on the patient list of Dr Peter Motsi. Dr Motsi always has time to listen & explain things to me even when I know he is very busy. Dr Motsi is a very thorough doctor & shows genuine concern for me as his patient. He also has a great sense of humour & is without a doubt the best GP I have ever had the fortune to be placed with. Thank you Dr Motsi.
Where to begin?? Arrived half an hour early before having to register myself on a computer. Was the 3rd person there but the 8th person to be seen. Waited overall an hour. Person who took me to the back was very snarky and rude. I told her my symptoms and gave my opinion on what i thought i had, to get a "Oh, so you've been googling, have you?". Wrote 2 things and left. Long story short? - Rude Staff - Long Wait Time - Not "patient friendly" Only plus side was doctor that saw me was extremely friendly and cared about my symptoms. !!!UPDATE!!! Just went back to this medical centre after nearly 2 weeks of no follow up calls or results. Got tossed around to 3-4 clinics. Finally went back to this one, just to get told they can't take anymore patients and i'll have to wait for my results another day. Complete B.S. Steer clear of this place.
The entire team of professionals at this clinic are outstanding. You are welcomed by the wonderful and patient reception, the nurses and doctors all very much care about each patient. I am really glad to be a patient here.
Dr JARAGE always listens and spends time I need. Thumbs up that you took the time To seek out other doctors to help you understand my daughters diagonis. And than get us to the specialist we needed to see.
Doctors and nurses are fabulous. Reception staff need some work. I go there occasionally, and usually it’s fine. Once I showed up ten minutes after the clinic opened and was told they weren’t taking any more patients for the evening. That’s fine, I get that. I told the receptionist that I just needed a refill on my birth control prescription. Being from out of town, and knowing I wouldn’t have another opportunity to see a doctor until after I ran out, I asked if they could make an exception. She told me no, and that they had already taken more than they had time for. Ok, fine, again I understand that. I then asked her what she would suggest (explained my situation, and thought maybe there was another evening walk in that she could tell me about). She glared at me and said loudly and sarcastically (in a very crowded room) ‘Abstinence?!’ In retrospect, I should have complained to someone at the time and requested an apology. But I was so embarrassed I just turned around and left. Had a little cry in my car and then drove away. Turned out my pharmacist was able to extend my prescription temporarily so all ended well. But someone who thinks it’s okay to treat people with that kind of disrespect should not be working in healthcare. Edit: I did receive a call from this clinic after posting this. They apologized for what happened and assured me that this issue would be addressed with their reception staff. I appreciate that my concerns were noticed and that they took the time to reach out to me about it.
The walk in clinic in the evening is absolutely horrendous. My normal doctor is on holiday so to get results of my ultrasound I was told to just come in for the walk in times and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude.....just be aware of the night time receptionists, the girls that are there during the day are wonderful but this lady was very abrupt and not at all friendly.....
Never going back lady at.reception was extremely rude and had 0 personal skills. I had gone to 4 different walking and when we got there was 1person in front of us. Receptionist said lady in front of us was the 20 person and shw was full??!!! she couldn't takes my one child there was nobody behind us . I had my two little ones with me and all she said was we are capacity and put her sign up? Horrible service
The receptionist with blonde shoulder length hair and glasses is so ignorant. She's like that everytime I go there. Not sure why they keep her there when she has so much negative opinions about her. Smile lady!
Poor patient reception desk person. I went to this clinic at 11 am today because they are open until noon. I waited behind a lady with a small child as they checked in. When I approached the window I noticed that a closed sign was on the counter. The lady behind the desk told me she was taking no more patients. I suggested she change the sign on the front door so I would not have come inside at all. She told me she had just closed and had not gotten around to doing that yet. I was the last person standing in line. Although I understand you have to close registration at some point I fail to understand how you can slam the registration closed for the one last person in line. Perhaps if the waiting room was overflowing I guess you might but this was not the case either. I suggest the staff at this clinic needs to be retrained in patient reception techniques.
I would love to give this place a 5 star but unfortunately I can not. I find all the staff, doctors, nurses and reception to be kind and curtious all the time. However appointment wait times for my particular doctor is absolutely rediculous. I book my appointments many months to a year in advance. at times the appointment may change but not often. however, I show up 15-30 mins early for my appointment and still sit and wait sometimes upward to over 2hrs past my appointment time. on average I'd say it is 1.5 hours every time I go in. Not now and then, but EVERY TIME!!!! and of course it is even worse now with COVID. I have even made a special request to be the first patient in a day and still have over an hour wait (this is past my scheduled time not from when I show up). I find too that during open hours I am unable to call in even tho it is past the time stated in the message that they are open. if phones are answered at 9am then why am I still receiving the automated msg at 9:20am? I need a family doctor and appreciate the care I receive but only when I actually am able to receive it. and 2-3 hours in a waiting room for a 15 minute visit seems a bit over the top. something needs to be done about this for sure
Secretary is very unfriendly, and rude towards patients. Haven't seen the doctor yet, however it was the worst customer service I've seen towards myself and everyone else visiting the clinic.
