This blood lab would be better run if it were by students. Staff show up late, are unorganized and are painfully slow. This may be the worst in the city, go to any other blood lab if you can.

Doctors may be great...but come on no one ever complains about the parking!! There is NO PARKING ...u have to walk almost a mile to be safe from getting parking tickets. And if you are late to check in due to trying to find parking the doctors office will make you wait even longer to get in to your appt. Something needs to be done because this is retarted beyond reasoning

I visited Dr. Arara, he listened to my concerns, and made me feel like my health is a poririty. I'm happy to have found such a caring doctor. Parking was a bit tricky with the construction, but I was notified by the staff that there are 5 spots now available behind the foodfare. Staff was friendly and efficient with helping me.

Very well thought out treatment plan and hands on work. Mark is a very knowledgeable therapist who is also very easy to deal with. His advice, work and stretches have yielded very noticeable results in less than a month. Clean facility and direct billing at front desk which is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Have the best doctor!! Been with him from the start and would never change! The pharmacy is handy as well as being able to get your blood work done! Love that you can now park in back for 5 dollars and then get money back when buying prescription. Down part - I do tend to have to wait at all three places for a fairly long time and, even though I get the same prescription monthly more often than not they never have the full prescription and I have to go back. Also no rewards or points.

Had to go get blood tested at Dynacare here. Had to wait a bit but very quick once my number was called. The staff ensuring we were not infected with Covid was very nice and made the wait very pleasant for me :)

Dr. Arara is great. He has helped me with issues that were worsening because other doctors have ignored them. I had one issue where the clinic staff failed to tell me when they cancelled an appointment. But mistakes happen, and the level of care is worth going back.

Really appreciate the physicians and staff here, always friendly and welcoming! They recently added 5 parking spots in the food fare parking lot, which is really awesome, I know people mentioned parking being an issue. I also have gotten my prescriptions filed at the pharmacy, I received fast friendly service. Can't say enough good things about this Health Centre!

I have visited all of the doctors at this cl8nic and they are all excellent. I come here regularly as does my wife. We jumped at the opportunity when they were accepting full time patients 10 years ago. Very convenient for Wolseley residents. Blood work done on site. Pharmacy located on site.

Dr. Jacobs acts like he cares more about getting out of the room quickly than his patient's problems or wellbeing. It is incredibly hard to get him to explain his lightning quick diagnoses, which have been wrong on multiple occasions. In addition, reception staff are extremely unorganized and generally unhelpful. They have made me wait in an empty waiting room for an hour past my appointment time and have forgotten to send documentation off to a specialist.

Its a pain in the ass when you make an appointment and wait 40 minutes to see your doctor , is the doctor paying for my daycare fees when i am charged an awful lot for minutes late , these people need to learn how to run a business , i cant walk into a work meeting 40 minutes late a doctors office should be no different

One staff who answered the phone was not a very accomodating one, she rushes and almost wanted to put down the line. I didnt sense any compassion on my situation when i requested sending a message to the Doctor about my lab and prescription. The way she spoke to me doesnt help a sick person to feel better. Seriously? I know you guys have policies but please exert added effort to make the person in other line feel that you will try to see what you can do rather than sounding like were not important and just wanting to hang up... phone courtesy pleassse....

Doctor is always late. Parking is awful and staff are rude i went for breathing test forgot my hat went back for it and a nurse came up to me and said" are you just walking around the halls?" I said " no just getting my hat" she replied " well next time ask" it was very rude. Sucks becuase my family doctor is here now i will be looking for a new doctor.

They are fantastic. No frills and zero bullshit. The office staff are kind and friendly, even in the face of some of the ass holes that come in. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on workplace abuse and double doctoring. My entire family sees Dr VanRooyen as our family GP and we highly respect and appreciate him. We have also seen some of the other Dr's at the walk in and feel they are highly professional and attentive. I won't be leaving this clinic... Love it. Love the service and dedication we receive. Thank you Dr Van Rooyen, and all your staff. Keep up the great work you do!!

The doctors here must have got their degrees from a cracker Jack box. They dont know what they are doing. They will tell you anything they want and prescribe what ever meds they can just to sell the meds . Worst doctors in wpg. DO NOT GO unless you want a bunch of meds for something you dont have cause the dr. Doesnt know what you have. Better luck asking a stranger on the corner what's wrong with you . You'll get the same results.

I followed Dr. Grobler from Westwood clinic years ago and am so happy to have such a compassionate, caring and knowledgeable Doctor. He listens to my needs and ensures all is done to reach a solution. As for parking I get there early and have never had a problem parking within a two minute walk. Love the staff and am please to be a patient at South Sherbrook!!
