The front end person was terrible and rude. Before even dealing with us she was huffy, was rude to the person on the phone and out them on hold, then proceeded to be rude to us as we asked questions. She then threw out Manitoba health care card at us and yelled at us on the way out. I would not recommend going to this clinic, we didn't even make it in to wait and I wouldn't bother I'd their front end people are going to react that way to patients asking questions.

More than a year ago, I went to that clinic with my husband who was in pain and a wonderful Dr. was there and took his time to treat him. He ended at the hospital and everyone at the clinic did everything to get the ambulance there quick. Today I went for myself. Not the same doctor. She probably shoudn't be a doctor. I was in pain she never touched me, never took my blood pressure, nothing. She didn't even ask what meds I was already taking (neither did the pharmacist at this place). She wanted to get rid of me so quick. I understand it's a walkin, but I think I should have been treated better. The meds that she prescribed, are too strong. I took 1 as prescribed and was alone in my house went the effect kicked in, the worst feeling ever. I wish I had seen the same doctor my husband saw. Won't go back at this clinic if it's Dr. Shaker.

Today while I was waiting in line with many other people the receptionist was on the phone ordering food for the whole office. Do you think she would do that when there's nobody in line. Very disappointed by this as there was about 5 people in line.

Scrolling through the reviews, I realize nobody has made a recent, updated review, so here it is. Coming to this clinic, I've had the pleasure of talking to many enthusiastic workers. The doctors are very kind and warmhearted. The staff upfront are friendly, and reasonable. People complain about the long wait times, but its not due to poor planning, management, or incompetence. It is a WALKIN clinic! For the amount of patients that must come in per day, the staff is doing a great job. Overall, the waiting times may be a little lengthy, but the quality of care you receive is astonishing. This isn't just a clinic. The infinitely friendly workers make it an experience.

Came for a walk-in on a Sunday for a sudden medical issue that was really making me nervous - the receptionist and doctors were nothing but incredibly sweet and kind, and I left feeling so much better. I have bad social anxiety and was a little nervous to come because of the reviews, but I found they did not depict the experience I had at all. Furthermore I showed up a little late in the day, with only forty minutes to close and they still gladly took me in. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Thank you all!

Kilada is a great doctor and caring. The wait times are adequate with the amount of people that come into wait. Also, they will tell you how long to wait so you can leave and come back when it's closer.

Dr. Azer, Dr. Azer lied to me as well in regards to my medical situation, saying that there was nothing that can be done about it. Meanwhile there is medication to help just so you can function a little bit better on daily basis. I had seen her a second time regarding another medical situation and She would not refer me to a medical clinic in which i had gone to before diagnosed with and was referred to a hospital for physio therapy. She made me feel that I was lying regarding the pain I was suffering from. All she did was shove pain medication at me and sent me on my way.

The reception staff are all really kind and accommodating, the doctors (Dr. Shaker and Dr. Kilada) are just incredible. I'm so glad this clinic is here, there is never more than an hour wait. Thank you to all the amazing staff!!

I went there with my daughter a few times. One time we went to a different walk in when my daughter was sick and they said she has a has a cold she'll be fine, but I wanted a second opinion and went here and it turned out she had strep throat.

I came here several times over the span of a few years for the same issue. I came in the first day and told them I have gallstones, everyone in my family has had them, I had textbook symptoms, not even a question. They didn't want to listen, sent me for tests and confirmed I had gallstones but still wouldn't listen to my request to do anything about it because no matter what I was eating I would have really bad attacks. I was told for 2 years over a span of 36+ appointments that it's not gallbladder attacks, that I have anxiety and that they can recommend me to a group therapist to assist with it, despite the proof that I have gallstones. After that 2 year time span I went in and refused to leave until I had a consultation with a surgeon. They finally got me into a consultation that took place 8 months later, and they said they would call me with a date for my surgery. 1 year later I was still told 6 months waiting period to even get the date for my surgery, and wound up being taken in by ambulance one morning after being sick every 5 minutes for 9 hours straight. After waiting for so long, one of the stones got stuck in the duct, my gallbladder was infected and ruptured, I ended up with a bad blood infection and almost died (this is not an exaggeration). Had they taken me seriously the first time when I walked in that first appointment and said I have gallstones, this wouldn't have happened, I would have been on that waiting list almost 3 years earlier. If you're going to go to this clinic - demand they take you seriously. Apparently that's the only way to get care because the doctors don't actually give a rats about you.

Dr Simon one of the worst dr I have even seen. Don’t go guys he is not a dr even. Who give him permission to pratice. I was there in Feb he aks me to take blood report done and didn’t bother to call me even. Am going through severe problem due to it. Am going to report him. And Ben their receptions are worst. Came there 2 years ago and flat out told them I have gallstones. It took them 8 months to figure out I DO have gallstones. They still refused to do anything about it, they instead diagnosed me with Anxiety, since my gallstones 'are too small to bother me, they won't be an issue for you until you're in your 50's or later'. In January I was rushed to emerge because one of the stones moved into the duct, my gallbladder had inflamed and burst, I ended up with a blood infection and almost died. This could have been taken care of before since I TOLD them what I had but they refused to listen. I saw 4 different doctors there and they all said the same thing, and ignored what I said. I even went in one day a few days before my emerge surgery and said "I can't eat anything, I'm throwing up everything, I'm throwing up blood." They're response was "Wait to hear from your surgeon." Which at this point wouldn't be until this December .... If I could give a lower rating than 1 I would.

Last week I went here to get my son a referral that the school speech pathologist wanted him to get. Dr shaker couldn't do it and told me I needed a pediatrician. Fine. She gave me the number for the manitoba clinic. I told her there you can only get a pediatrician with referral To which she responded no you don't. I walked out and called and it turns out I was right. Walked back in and the receptionist gave me a number of a place that was ACTUALLY accepting patients. So she was more useful than the doctor. yesterday I went in for issues I've been having for years but didn't bother dealing with until now because I was worried it might be in my head. After finding out my symptoms EXACTLY match a certain COMMON and minor disease I went it. She told me and I quote, "have you seen a shrink?". After more talking and insisting it's all in my head she got me to lie on the examination table. I've had kids so my stomach looks less than desireable. She looked at me with disgust and said "oooooo did you have a big weight loss". I said no three pregnancies. She said "you're young for three pregnancies" in an INCREDIBLY judgemental way. Luckily she is leaving in July, so avoid this clinic until then.

The main focus at this clinic is profiting off of prescriptions. I bring, either myself or mainly my daughter here far too many times. I started noticing that she wasn't getting better or getting back to back illness and infections and it was from all the antibiotics. The doctor never questioned or tried anything new or gave any suggestions for home remedies or any suppliments that would help keep her healthy. I had to figure out that she needed probiotics to get her immune system up myself. Some of the prescriptions are not age appropriate or thought through. The doctor is not thorough enough in checking for cause of illnesses and infections. They just want to give you antibiotics and tell you to come back if nothing changes or it gets worse. The receptionist is nice but sometimes they don't listen very well when you have to tell them your name. It is a handy place for a clinic, though. The pharmacy is right there and you can go do your grocery shopping while you wait if there is a long queue.

Incredibly slow. None of the staff know what is going on, a few of the doctors are nice but are not very throughout at all and just want to rush you out as quickly as possible.

the 1st time I visit here the doctor laugh at me because I said the back of my neck feels numb many times and worried to get a stroke and he said that no body get store at age of 32, the 2nd visit, noticed that the doctor is always on rush, you don't have much time to ask a question and concerns

Dr.Kilada and Dr.Azer are the best. It's slow on weekends,but during weekdays,not many people attending,so it's pretty fast. Some of the office workers are nice.

I went there to take the Moderna vaccine and it was all good at first with the wait time being that I got there an hour before they closed. When I took the vaccine the doctor told me she would be checking in on me in 15 min. And checked in 10 min. Before that but said she would check on me again. She had other patients to deal and that was ok cause all I had was a shot. My issue was she never came back to check up on me again like she said she would. She never said I can leave after 15 min. And just before they closed up I was left waiting for the doc and the assistant comes in surprised that there is still a patient in a room and tells me "is there a reason why your still here?" I think she forgot about me lol but that shouldn't be funny

I was in to see dr Kilada about six weeks ago,he told me my prostate was enlarged,he told me to get blood work done to prescreen for cancer. He told me it would be a few weeks for the results and would call me when received. I called yesterday to see if he had received the results and was told he was not at this clinic anymore,I asked the receptionist why nobody got back to me and her answer was she only works fridays. I will go in as a walkin to see another doctor to get my results and get refered to a specialist. Im disappointed and will be seeking a family doctor after this.

The staff is incredibly rude. Sometimes they may give you a smiley face, but you can tell it's so fake. They messed up my appointment, put someone else name there. After 30 min wait Noone showed up,still refused to admit their mistake, and told me to wait the other pwrson may still show up, one girl threaten me with"do you want to wait 2 hours for the doctor or do you want me help you", of course with a big smiley face when she said that to me. Avoid this clinic.

They are terrible. I almost died over the summer, and they refused to give me assistance regarding continuing on with a hemotologist (despite teh fact that I am being checked for CANCER), and then refused to give me an ultrasound (despite organ damage documented from the hospital), without having information from the hemotologist - who they wouldn't help me book/refer me to in the first place. I have also had to explain basic medical terms to them, as they do not understand what 'meningitis' is. I honestly do not think they have valid doctor's certificates.

I went there about 5 times with either my older son (2.5 years) or my youngest (9 months). Every time it was either to get prescription for ear infection or just to make sure the ear infection was gone. Every single time I had to wait for 1-2 hours with a little baby who just couldn't wait anymore and cried all the time just so I can get there for 2 minutes to check his ears!! This is just ridiculous and today was the last time I was there!

I have never had anything but a great experience in this clinic! Dr. Azer is the most compassionate and understanding doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Instead of just rushing me through with a prescription, she sat with me and went through all the details and was the sweetest person I have ever met! Don't listen to the negative comments... This clinic is horrible... One fat lady whose name is Misbah smells very bad like she never had bath. No smile on her face and not even polite with patients, very rude to her staff. She doesn't know how to provide good customer service. I went to see the doctor but came back after talked to Misbah. In only 10 mins i judged this lady. I will never go to this clinic again. I won't recommend to anybody until she is there.

The front staff was pleasant. It was a busy day at the walk-in and a wait but they were honest about how long a wait it was. You could at least do some shopping and come back. People seemed to be flowing through at a normal pace. I saw Dr. Azur and she was pleasant and professional. I would use this walk in clinic again.

The receptionist's were unhelpful and violated privacy regulations of collecting personal information. Dr. Nick Dortaj did not provide a thorough exam and dismissed symptoms as stress based on age, gender and career choice instead of addressing the issue. Do not go here.

On Thursday, October 4, 2017 I arrived at 6:25 pm and the clinic was completely closed up and dark but the hours on the door say open until 7:00 pm. No explanation,no note on the door, nothing. Not very considerate for sick patients and no regards for them. Wasted my time. Glad they got home early but if you don't want to work the hours posted, change your hours.

Completely inaccurate wait time posted. Was there almost 2.5 hours and when I arrive it said 2:40h wait. After 2.5 hrs I checked and still 14 people ahead of me, many I heard complaining about 4 hour waits.

I have been seeing Dr Kilada for a few years now. I had a bad experience with my prior doctor and once I came to the regent primacy clinic and seeing Dr K and Dr Shafer and all the staff are amazing. Dr Kilada is thorough and really takes the time to go over everything. Highly recommend this clinic.

I've never had an issue with the staff here. The wait can be extreme at times, sometimes two hours, and sometimes they have a sign that says "full for today". But the staff have always been curtious, and I've been treated effectively.

This is by far the worst costumer service I've ever had. Seriously the most disgusting front staff. They're behaviour was absolutely unacceptable they rolled their eyes at me, and I was waiting in the room even though I was the only one there, and they did not call my name. I waited and waited and finally went to ask why and she told me that they would call me shortly. 1 hour and a half later!!! The staff gave me attitude and was just disgusting towards me. Patients come with illnesses and do not deserve this!! DO NOT GO HERE!! This has happened to me three times. So disappointed.
