Thought after Dr.Atwal left I might feel more at ease talking to Dr.Sidhu...no. It was just a meet and greet, going through my previous info and asking questions. Not only was she not focusing on my current issues, only past ones, but I never even got around to talking about exactly why I came in. Felt trapped and intimidated and stupid...anyone that has anxiety I hope you don't go to her. She said people with anxiety and depression work better in a structured lifestyle. So instead on going with what the CRC said (BTW, they also said talk to my family doctor) and try to get on assistance for a few months while working things out, I should just try to find a job. Thanks, you forgot to tell me to smile before I left because of my depression. Again, if you're depressed or have any anxiety problems, find someone else. I love work, but if she got to know me and not my chart she would know that. And right now my anxiety is so bad I can't even function outside these four walls of my room. I hate it and just wanted help, and was turned away

I was not pleased with the service I have received. The secretary for my doctor was very rude and not understanding at all. I explained I tried to get a hold of them for months and she said well how come other patients can get through?. meanwhile everytime I have called it says they are closed and she asked why I didn't leave a message when right in there automated phone message it says not to leave a message because it will not be returned when i asked to reschedule the rep said she would have to talk to my doctor because I swore at her out of frustration because she was sighing and asking me repeated not needed questions like how can other patients get through and when I told her i've been trying for months and it doesn't give an option for an message she called me a liar and said no you haven't and yes it does. I would not say anything about my doctor for she is very understanding but she should definitely talk to her secretary about respect for her patients.

Doctor was fast, and the secretary was pleasant, didnt say much but who friggin cares, she did her job. I got in within and hour and didnt have to deal with the random angry whiny people that sometimes stumble into clinics like they owe them something for their free health care.

Dr. D. Breckman looked after my mum when she had ALS. He even visited her in the hospital and then he called me at the hospital to let me know that my Mum would likely pass the night she did. After spending the next three months being let down by my brothers and sisters. They all accused me of taking my Mums jewelry and that someone had seen the on my hands. I had to show each of them that there is no way her rings would fit on y fingers. But anyways after a few weeks Dr David Breckman called me at home to find out how I was doing. He is the best Dr in that clinic!

After waiting years for a family doctor that I felt comfortable with, I finally found Dr. Bykova through the Physician Finder. She's great and I really feel that I can talk to her about anything and everything. Hopefully she will be my doctor for a long time to come! The only downside is trying to reach the office first thing in the morning if I'm running late or have an emergency and can't make it - as my appointment is often before they start taking calls at 9am.

I can only speak for my experience, but my Dr. at Assiniboine is always on time. I might go in once or twice a year, but she listens to all my concerns on whatever issues I'm having and never asks me to come back for other concerns.

It's a Wednesday at 4 p.m. and this clinic is suppose to be open until 5 p.m. (according to google) or 5:30 p.m. (according to their own answering service) but yet no ones answers and the operator's line says they are closed as it is 5:30? Gee I wish I could tell patients who come to my hospital that I'm off in an hour, I can't do your vitals.

Dr. Rumbolt is very good. The receptionist Karen is a grouch, she is mean to even old people. She needs to be removed from that clinic. Karen never returns calls, my wife left several voice mails and has yet to return her call.

If you are disabled and you fall down stairs this place will literally look you in the eyes and tell you they cant help you . they said all of our doctors are busy. I get it just tell people to wait. You can not deny health care at all. It just happened to me this city has a massive issue helping people that actually need help.

While my doctor is great, I can never get ahold of him anymore! Phone number changes almost every time I call without notice, and I have to call every day for at least a week to get anyone to even answer the phone to TRY and make an appointment. Whenever I'm there in the office however, the phone rarely rings and 2 receptionists are often sitting at the desk the entire time. Very frustrating

Worst experience of my life with dr. Sidhu! I have never had a doctor try so hard to push pills and when I refused she thru up her hands and actually said well what do you want me to do? Omg what kind of doctor says that to a patient who is at the lowest point in life, mentally and physically? She is terrible ! Do not recommend! Had to give a star just to post otherwise I wouldn't give her any!

I have had a great experience with this clinic. I wanted a female physician and switched to Dr. Sidhu and she is awesome (not sure what the previous person was talking about on this post). She is also my grandma's physician and made a house call (didn't even know people do that these days) when she was quite ill. Been a huge help to our whole family, we all see her. Never rushes me out, is really thorough and always on time. She figured out what was wrong with me when no one else could. The staff is great too, they're always kind and answer any questions really politely. Love this place.
